Ordered by phone tractor protection valve they had in store one but price was 367 $ that why I ordered different manufacturer and Neck said the price 160 $. When I call 2 days later to schedule time for PU Neck says I have it here bu the price change to 360 $. Not professional treatment Neck. Not recommend. This guy is a joke.

Got oil changed on 12/5, sat noticed oil while at hotel but was dark out 34 reset. Checked Monday noticed leak at plug added 1gallon. Tuesday go to a different dealer. Bill was initially 1650. Dealer wanted to warranty oil pan replacement but current dealer said no no. It was from over tightening. Cost me over 3k this week in lost revenue plus my reload. Now it screws up my month. I average 7k a week. Won't deliver tell monday instead of Thursday. The only reason I am giving them 1 stars is at least they took responsibility for their mistake. I can't believe a dealership would have these issues. I won't be buying another Volvo. Too much bs..i also incured a hotel room for breakd own waiting on oil pan and now idling tonight because I been up all day waiting to go. I'm on ELD ALSO

Nice & helpful staff thank you guys help me out I checked in 10:30 am to fixed DEF system I got my truck back same day before they closed Cristina & one more lady was working on reception. They are really nice to to the customers I would like to give them Thank you

Worst service ever. Aber s ordered a warranty part that is on national back order. I spent 6 weeks waiting on this part, I spoke with GMC twice a week. GMC called told me part had arrived at dealership. Abers decided that they would install it on a different vehicle. Now I m waiting at least another 6 weeks. Not trustworthy, or truthful.

Risked the lives of several people on May 25th. Me and my daughter were behind a truck who had debris that littered the road for almost 3 miles. Several large stones were visibly falling off the back of the semi. I was lucky to escape with zero damage.

I visited their showroom for an out-of-state vehicle purchase, which needed a Vin verification. Everyone was polite, and paperwork was finished in a few minutes!!!

As an owner operator I have had difficulty getting work done on my Volvo vnm. Dan Aber has always been willing to work on my truck without a large deposits. If you are an owner operator with a volvo and close to ashland ohio this is the place to go.

Good Volvo dealer to deal with. Got there with problems in my truck on a Saturday morning 8:00 am, they got me out an running by 10:00am, this is the way Volvo Trucks Northamerica should go, independent subcontracted dealers, official Volvo dealers aren't worth a penny, these guys in Ashland are awesome.

Shop manager and his techs are awesome. Stayed after hours do diagnostic tests the truck so that they could get me back on the road as fast as possible. Just a fantastic shop.

Very good service here. Alternator siezed and took out the belt. Didn't have the correct one in stock but they found one close and had me fixed up and out the door hella fast.
