We were traveling from central Indiana to Arcanum and we had a tire that was rapidly losing air. Made an unscheduled stop here and they repaired it in no time. Great customer service! Thank you!

Troutwine's treat you like you are part of the family! Warm greetings, fast friendly service, and most of all they CARE!! We have been customers for new and used vehicles for over 20 years. We have all our service work done there from oil changes, tire rotations, tires, battery, transmission, body work, bumper to bumper.Highly recommend!!

Bought a 25 year old Grand Prix from Scott Troutwine from 4 states away and it was a great experience. The car was very low miles and when it arrived it looked like it was right off the showroom floor. Recommended Highly!

Great staff. I bought a 2020 chevy malibu from them. They were relatable and honest in the buying process Someone tried to break into my car a few months after I bought it and they fixed it for free and washed it. They are a good local and dependable dealer.Will consider them again for buying another car in the future

I had to order a part from the dealer to be shipped to this store due to being specialty. And it is probably a 30 minute drive from Dayton. But it was a beautiful drive! The staff is absolutely amazing. You really did feel like you were somewhere you'd been your whole life.

I can not express how wonderful of a car buying experience I had at Troutwine. Everyone at the dealership was kind and considerate. From the beginning, starting with the test drive, I felt comfortable with the salesperson knowing he was honest. It is a wonderful feeling to know I got my truck in great condition at a fair price. Went in to buy a used truck and was treated like family. No unnecessary haggling, no hidden fees or mandatory charges. I paid what the truck was worth and got a more than fair offer for my trade in. I would not hesitate to send my grandmother here alone to purchase a vehicle, you can t recommend a dealership more than that.

My family and I have bought cars here in the past and have had the same salesman everytime. Very personal experience here which I love. I've had my car serviced and fixed here multiple times and they always come through and give me a great experience. They work well with auto warranties as well. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else to get serviced and fixed. The main mechanic is very knowledgable and always makes sure you are comfortable with your car after it being fixed and always walks you through what they did to the car. Very nice job. Highly suggest troutwines.

My wife and I bought a used vehicle from them. Our salesperson, Tyler Roberts was professional. Instead of pushing us out the door once the paperwork was signed, Tyler took the time and showed us how all the options that was on our vehicle. We will definitely make the trip to Arcanum for our next vehicle.

Once you buy a car here you will never buy from anyone else. Had a car repair and was given a loaner SUV that i could have kept for six days if needed.

Our vehicle needed the same repair twice (replacing a heating/cooling unit), and later a mechanic told us that this was fishy. We stopped using this auto shop as a result.
