My wait time , record breaking. The driver talked me through each of my concerns, during his inspection and removing a rock from the exhaust pipe. Displayed a level of professionalism, that s far, few and in between.

Company I work for uses these guys all the time for some weird stuff, the drivers are always nice and super helpful! This time we had an employee in an accident. The flatbed got to the location fast and was great. They continue to show and give us reasons to keep calling them! My moving truck broke down on the I70, and these guys came out to assess the situation during tornado warnings and thunderstorms. It turned out I needed a tow, and the service provider came out and determined we could make it to the next exit where a tow truck could bring us to a location where we could swap trucks. Cut brake lines on I70 south in downtown Dayton. The mechanic was there in 30 minutes and had me rolling in another 30 minutes . That s unheard of in the trucking business these guys are awesome highly recommend!Jim Carter trucker for Dawn foods

Company utilized them today for my truck not being safe to transit from Cincinnati to Shelbyville, IN. Showed up before their ETA, friendly crew and prompt service. 10/10 would break down again and have them tow my tractor trailer.

I had a no start on a freightliner tractor. I never spoke with anyone at Englewood as penske handled it all. But I was surprised how fast he got there with another truck for me, and you can always tell the experienced operator from the rookie. This guy had it figured out asap as the truck was out of air and jacknifed in a tight spot. But, less than 30 min after he showed up I was in the rental and rolling.Service: Special vehicle towing

The Tech was very fast and very professional II had an air leak under the cab of my tractor and he squeezed right under there and had it fixed in about 5 minutes. Definitely recommended
