Dealt with Billy, great guy didn t feel like a typical sales person just trying to get you off the lot with something. Price was great, take my word you won t find a load trail dump trailer for less. I will be back next time I m looking to add another trailer .

I have been renting trailers here for a few years for my commercial video production business and the time finally came that I needed to buy one instead of continuing to rent.The rental process is super simple and convenient. The trailers were always clean and well-maintained. The Apple Creek location is very easy to get to and the service there is excellent.The buying process was also equally as easy. I bought a 5 x 8 extra tall cargo trailer and worked with Billy at the Orrville location. After briefly, explaining what I would be using the trailer for, he laid out the best options and within about 20 minutes I was hooking up my new trailer. The trailer manufacture itself is very reputable and high-quality, which was important but the service is also important to me and that s exactly what I got here. It seems like every other dealership that I called tried to either bait and switch or upsell and Billy did neither of those things. These guys are my go to for everything trailer related.

Bought a enclosed trailer from their Orriville location and was a fast and easy transaction. Great sales person. Very knowledgeable and helped me get what I wanted . Will most definitely be back soon.

I m not one to ever leave reviews but sometimes when an experience is as good as the one I had with j and r a review must be shared. Rented a flat deck trailer over a holiday weekend, set it up for a return date they were closed, ended up needing an extra day, was very quick to respond and was willing to extend the rental an addition day. Top notch service and the trailer was in excellent condition for being a rental trailer. I will always rent from j and r any time I need a trailer in the future. Also had a great rate on the rental

This is a 5 star business if I ever saw one. I had an issue with my sailboat trailer and Mike and his people got me going again in record time by going above and beyond. I have had him do work in the past and it was equally responsive and excellent.He even called me that night to make sure I understood what was done. You can be sure if you have a trailer need that Mike and his team will treat you, like he says, "as I would want to be treated"5 stars !!

We recently needed an enclosed trailer to haul our side by side for vacation. They were so accommodating and the price point was awesome! The owner is a true class act! Will definitely use them again!!!!

I used a 6x12 livestock trailer to bring my yearling home safely. I was able to rely on J&R. Will use again if I need to ever transport another horse! Very fast service, very good customer service!

The only place I will go to rent trailers. I needed a trailer on short notice after business hours and Mike told me to grab what I needed and we'd settle the billing later on. That's absolutely outstanding customer service.

Very reputable, honest, responsive, genuine company to work with. Mike cares about his customers and its very apparent with his responsiveness and attention to details. I purchased my 1st trailer from J & R Trailer 18 years ago and due to my positive experience with it, my first call was to them. Was looking for an all aluminum utility trailer this time and found they carried Aluma brand trailers. Aluma are very solid build, and after extensive research, appear to be in the top of their class. Best prices in the area. Highly recommend J & R Trailer for any/all your trailer needs for sales, service, and rentals.

The owner of J & R is very knowledgeable about the trailers not only that he sales, but also other manufactures. This allowed us to make a better decision on what make we wanted to purchase. With his knowledge, assistance and listening to our specific needs he was able to customize the trailer to allow us to haul our vehicles. He also spent an hour after purchase reviewing and showing us all the features and giving us trailer towing advice before we hit the road home with our new Aluma 8216 Tilt Anniversary Edition. I stopped by J&R because my trailer plug on my car stopped working and I couldn't find a blown fuse. Michael spent about 15 minutes checking fuses and wiring until he found an aftermarket fuse tucked away in the rear of the car. After all of this, he only charged me for the replacement fuse! Service like this just doesn't exist any more. I highly recommend J&R for any of your trailer or hitch needs!

I recommend this place if your looking to rent a trailer. He rents out livestock trailers too. The prices are very reasonable. And they are in good condition. The owner is a very nice guy

The guy went out of his way stopped what he was doing saw me when no one else would. Fix my trailer and get me back on the road within 20 minutes. I highly recommend him his pricing is fare!!!

I ve needed to use several different trailers. They have them available to rent. I have taken several out of state with no problems mechanically. I highly recommend the service J & R Trailers give you.

The running lights on my trailer didn't work and I have to haul it down to Columbus on Saturday..we baught the trailer from and it an amazing trailer... they fixed my problem they was so nice people.. turns out it wasn't the trailer my truck had a bad part in the wire and they fixed it for me. Thank you guys so much.
