Buying my first car was overwhelming and very exciting! The staff at Dale James Ford made the process painless. This was the biggest purchase I've personally ever made and thankfully the sales staff was helpful, nonthreationing, and no pressure. The communication was clear and the purchasing process was simple. Scott personally helped me understand and set up my car loan. Before I left the lot, I had Ford Pass set up on my phone. I feel ready and confident in my new car! I'm glad I used this dealership! You hear rumors about car dealerships not genuine and trustworthy. That's not the case at Dale James Ford! I highly recommend this dealership!

How is this store even in business? Tried calling wanting to buy a $94k car. No one from sales was ever available, sat on hold. So drove down to the dealership and it was a ghost town. Waiting 10 minutes and never saw anyone. Bought elsewhere in a showroom not stuck in 1975.

Wow!!! Honesty and integrity in a Car Dealership!!!I bought a new car from Dale James Ford a number of years ago and was so impressed by everything!! When you walk in the door, they immediately make you feel like family. Quite often Dale James himself will take time out of his busy day to come out and chat with you making you feel at home!! The receptionist is friendly and my salesman is so helpful and laid back giving me plenty of information and time to make my decision. No high pressure sales tactics here! The service department has always taken good care of my vehicles and were kind enough to explain everything to me when work needed to be done. I have purchased many vehicles from Dale James Ford over the years.I recently bought a used car from Dale James Ford. I was so impressed when the salesman made sure to show me everything he knew about the car from a scratch on the leather seat to some dents on the exterior. You don t get that kind of integrity and honesty anywhere these days!!I also like that this is owned by a local family. I saw a plaque in the showroom while I was there. Dale James Ford has been in business since 1928!!!! That s almost 100 YEARS!! They must be doing things right!

Took several days to mount/balance oversized tires and put on a lift kit. Charged an astronomical amount and still had to take it elsewhere to have the tires balanced!

Not impressed at all with this dealership! Husband purchased a 2005 Toyota Corolla with 90,000 miles and some rust. Was given one price but when I looked over the paper work, the sale price of the vehicle increased by $1,350. After much discussion and arguing with Scott the salesman, he agreed to the original price but then backed out on the deal because his dad (Dale) made that call. Kept ranting about what a great car this was and we will not find one for this price and low mileage. Well, we will take our chances! This car was not worth when all said and done $11,000! I wish I would have done my research on this dealership before "trying" to deal with them. Take my advise and shop elsewhere!!!

When operating a used vehicle dealership you depend on certain qualities and technician levels when you choose a auto repair facility. I have been using Dale James Ford's service department for awhile now they are the absolute best in the area with confident technicians and they do it right the first time. The quality of workmanship is above level at this dealership. Pete the Service Manager will always make things right and the Techs always have a great attitude and are willing to dive in and solve problems. I will continue to use DJ Ford for many years to come.

As of 11/29/2022, if you're looking at the used 2008 Silver F250 with the no rust from TX, just be warned it has a cracked up pipe and they fully expect you to overlook that and pay the above market value. They will try to tell you it's nothing at first and that you're wrong. Then after they have their mechanic confirm it, they will forget who you are and that you ever test drove it and then tell you good luck when they won't work/adjust the price accordingly after they originally said we can talk about how we want to work it out. We always try to give the benefit of the doubt and car sales people are just that, sales people, only out for #1. Can't say we've met a sales person yet that legit cared and was honest etc. But this place took the cake. Even if it was the last place to shop, I still wouldn't reccomend them.

When called dealer ship they were very friendly I was transferred to service manager Pete was friendly and he got me in service the next day they were honest prompted and professional I recommend this dealership .

I saw an ad for a truck online and called them to inquire about it. I was assured it was in great condition and the body was rust free. I drove an hour to look at a rusted out truck. The bed in particular had holes and bubbles on many places that were obvious from 10 feet away.Don't trust these people. Jim Crandall is the guy that lied to me.

I had posted a few months ago we got good service from Scott at Dale James in applecreek, while he did give us good service we found out quickly how dishonest he is. We bought a truck for supposedly 24,000 but last minute he added another 2,000 saying he made an error of some sort about a month later things started going wrong on the truck, it wouldn't start and a few other things. We took it back to Scott as he said if anything goes wrong he'll stand good for it, well he did NOT!!! He told us there is nothing wrong and sent us home. Long story short we had to take it to another mechanic where we had to spend 13,000 to get it running again.and he would not pay anything even though it was his dishonesty that got us there.as far as recommendinganyone else do yourself a favor and go to someone who stands on their word and is honest about what is going on..

I called with a couple questions about a truck for sale. The salesman (Scott) goes on and on about it and kept encouraging me to come in and see the truck in person because it was so nice, etc. etc. So, I drove over an hour round trip to go see the truck and once I get there and ask to test drive it, he says it has a "tire problem" and can't be driven. What?!?! Complete waste of my time! He also claimed he couldn't allow a pre-purchase inspection to be done on the truck because "insurance wouldn't allow it". That's funny because no other dealerships had any issue when I asked about taking a truck for a pre-purchase inspection.

Called to see how much mount and balance would be for 4 tires. $45 a tire! HAHAHA. What??? Is this a BMW Dealership?? I kind of chuckled with the Service manager on the phone and he said "Well that's what we charge". That's triple the price of any other tire shop around! And he kind of got cocky instead of accepting a little criticism and hung up on me! Yeah good job!

If you like over priced rust buckets with paint brush touch ups this is the place. Owner and son very arrogant and rude which is surprising with how junky their vehicles are on the lot

I just bought an Escape from them today. Very helpful when none of the other dealers that I dealt with were. Jim was very friendly and very helpful, found my Escape for me. Even fixed the starter problem before I bought it. Would highly recommend!!!

Had my work truck in for oil change and rotation. Ended up taking it off the road for three days with "add on" work that I never approved or was called on. Service manager is an arrogant joke!
