I dropped in here right before closing time around 6:15 for a little oil change preventive maintenanceThis crew is awesome. They didn t have any problems taking me at that time even though they close at seven and they did a fast great job.Far as I can tell, this is probably one of the cleanest oil change shops that I ve ever come acrossAnd I also got to tell you the crew was very polite, credibly, friendly, and respectful, and I would highly recommend this to anybody in the Gahanna Ohio areaOne thing is for sure these guys have customer service as top priority because they do an awesome job

Needed a quick oil change before a road trip. The team here was quick, efficient, honest and professional. Rob and Nasir both helped get me on the road in under 15 minutes and I couldn't be more appreciative of the amazing service.

We had the absolute BEST experience this morning at the Valvoline located at 1154 Hamilton road. The mechanics WERE friendly, very knowledgeable, and beyond helpful and they offered other services but in no way were they pushy or pressuring us into buying anything. Plus they got the job done quickly! Like super speed! Great experience and I would suggest this place to everyone.

Dear Valvoline future costumer if you ever need to a get an oil change, I would highly recommended the one in Gahana (this location) you will meet an amazing team that will assist in all your needs. Special shoutout to Maxx, he s one of the team members in this facility, as first oil changed I felt very well guided to the whole procedure, Maxx is super knowledgeable and hardworking. I will be definitely coming back.

In my almost 20 years of driving, I've never left an auto repair place and thought to myself "Wow, that was an incredibly pleasant experience!" Well, that has changed after my visit today! Maxx and his team were unbelievably professional, kind, insightful, and humorous (which I appreciate!). It was the most efficient and painless process I've ever experienced and actually saved some money, which was an added benefit! I couldn't speak higher of the quality of service I received today and would even go as far to say I would recommend this place to my worst enemies, as they might actually transform into a positive person after stopping here! Thank you and I'll definitely be back!

Great experience. Brought my 2012 Accord in for an oil change, brake light, and tag light. Pulled right in, team was very friendly and professional. They had me taken care of and on my way in only a few minutes. Great Price, great team, will definitely be back and highly recommend.

This place is awesome! I've been to this valvoline several times. My car was given to me by a family member so it had some maintenance that got a little lost in the transfer. I never thought to check the air filters in my car, but they showed me what they were looking like and the NEEDED to be replaced they were NASTY! You can tell that they don't care about nickel and diming you, they just genuinely want to make sure you're safe and your car will serve you well. Max processed all my necessary maintenance and made sure I had a full understanding of everything being done and why it needed done, he even went the extra mile to show me a trick to make the most out of the work that was done! I'd always recommend this place!

So I THOUGHT this was a great place until my last experience with this place. They are super nice but negligent. They do NOT know about some cars like mine and they need to say so instead of trying to change the oil and replace air filter, etc. Anddddd they will check off things that they say they did even if they didn't do it. For instance refilling the windshield wiper fluid.I won't be back.

The crew here are very kind, knowledgeable, and quick!I came for an oil change and was seen to quickly, was not pressured into services that I didn t come in for but the crew member made me aware things that would need tending to in the near future which I greatly appreciated. I ll be back to this location again.

Man, I love coming here. Although this location isn't close to me, I go out my way to come here. The service is always exceptional, the customer service is always top tier, and they never try to over sell you on things, they just inform you.

The price was right since I had a 50% off coupon but:The guy who put the oil in carelessly pulled the oil nozzle away from my engine as he is talking to a Co worker while dribbling oil across my engine,Then with his oily rubber gloves he closed my hood and left oily handprints on my hood and fender,Never attempted to clean anything off.I would no recommend taking your car here unless it's an old beater because ...put it like this,If it was my new car,I would have went nuts on the careless dude.
