tried this local business,,,,they mounted my tires and did the balance, which I found out later, was over 3 ounces off for each tire,,,bad vibration until I found another tire installer on a trip that corrected the problem. Beware...

I have never had a better experience at an automotive business. Prompt service, friendly staff, quick service. The technicians took time to answer several questions I had, and helped me find the information I needed for a future repair project.I am so accustomed to wasting hours at a tire shop. I would sit there and watch other vehicles get worked on before me, even though I had scheduled an appointment. It was so nice to experience a properly managed shop!I can 100% say, if the experience I had today remains consistent I will never go anywhere else.

Small town tire shop...they usually can work on your vehicle immediately...and are rather quick about it...very convenient if you live in the area

I used the Goodyear website to purchase my tires. The website scheduler was a few days from the time I purchased the tires online. Called the installer the next day to see if it was possible to get them done earlier. They checked to see when the tires are arriving. They informed me that they would be in that day. They called when the tires arrived and had me come in a couple hours later. They were ready to install when I arrived and made short work of it. Very satisfied from start to finish.

Great customer service. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Order tires on Thursday afternoon, they called Friday morning to say tires where in. Arrived Friday at 10:27, pulled out of lot at 11:07. Love this place. Plus I got a unexpected $80 rebate from Goodyear.

Honest and Helpful - The kind of SERVICE that deserves a Thank YOU!! We were stranded so they came to us in the camp ground, changed our tire and didn't take advantage of us or our situation. They showed concern and wanted to get us on our way. We are going to go to them for replacing the remaining tires on our Motor Home

I've used them for years always great service when I was up here camping (3-4 times for leaking tires on vehicles and tractors). Today I needed air in my tires so I stopped in while I was in the area. The tires require 60 pounds and I don't have a gauge that goes that high. They took my truck in and aired up the tires properly for free. I didn't even buy the tires there because I wasn't living in the area when I got them. I will buy my next tires there because they are really good people and their service has alway been great and affordable.

Fast reliable service. My tires were changed on June 30th 2020. Appointment was for 11:30 a.m. and the service was completed before noon. Will be going back again for all my tire needs.Kyle and Jessica Skinner.

Been using pyma-tuning tire since I started driving. Recently moved out to Pittsburgh area and bought a car, found out the rim was bent. Local shops gave me the run around and gave me a hassle getting it fixed. I drove the 110 miles back home to get my tire fixed here. Great customer service and speedy repairs will make this my go to tire repair shop no matter how far out of the way it is. Prices are cheaper then most repair shops as well, even after you factor in the gas I paid to get there they were a good 15% cheaper then Pittsburgh area repair shops.

I ve been dealing with Pymatuning tire since 2016. They have always been fair and honest with me. I would not take my car anywhere else. They are always pleasant and care about their customers. I d highly recommend this place.

Very poor service & rude technician and manager/owner. When we asked technician to move his truck by myself & my uncle he refused. Therefore making the milkman's job harder by having to park farther away & the technician standing aroung for 20 mins or more doing nothing. The technician also told my uncle he could fix the rim by sanding & painting it. My uncle did. The technician came back out- was specifically asked if the rim would be OK- the technichian said yes it is fine- fixed the tire & the tractor tire was flat again after a day of use. They set up another appointment to come & fix it Monday- did not show up. My uncle called & spoke to them & technichian & he said he "was tired of fixing the tire" but set an appiontment to fix now for Tuesday. When they did not show up my uncle spoke to the manager she was rude & before listening to the whole story told him he could take his business elsewhere. Apparently customers are not a priority. The tractor is very important at this time of year & a company should not set up an appointment & then not do the job. We are gladly taking our business elsewhere & for your sake I suggest you do the same... just an addition the man came out from GCR tire services & fixed the tire-- no problems-- no complaints & it is still holding fine-- Thanks so much !!

I tolk my chrome wheels there to get tires on.I ask them if they can do this with out damaged and they told me no problem. When I pick them up all 4 wheels were damaged. I ask them what happened and they said the wheels were like that.now time for small claims court. Very unhappy with this company. Please don't ever use them.
