Gene always takes care of us. He does a great job on our cars. Just picked my car up, it looks brand new and it was detailed. Gene does an excellent job, as always, I highly recommend him. 3rd photo is after repair.

The secretary stated that they are at least 100 estimates behind. Don't waste your time. They are too busy to help or return calls.

You will be hard pressed to find someone who has as much dedication and pride in their work. The whole left side of my car was banged up from a deer and left looking as good if not BETTER than the first day I bought it!

I can't say enough about this business! Very professional, quality work. Great communication every step of the way. Once they were done my vehicle looked better then the day I bought it! I would highly recommend Gene's, and I'll definitely be taking my future business there!

Can't say enough positive things about Gene and his staff. You're never going to him with good news, but they streamlined the insurance, rental, and repair process for us and made it all very timely and convenient. Highly recommended!

Gene is seriously the best. I live all the way in Hubbard and I still drive out to Andover just because I don't want to trust anyone else with my car. Can't recommend this place enough.

I will only ever take my car to this body shop! After hitting a beaver my whole front bumper was messed up ! Not only did they do everything to get my car in there fast It looks the same way as when I bought the car! The staff there cares about helping you unlike other places that do everything to get as much money out of you as possible !

Gene takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure that your car looks as good as new. I took it in when a semi hit the side of my car and when I got it back he had not only fixed the dent, but he fixed the stripe going down the side of the car so that it matched on both sides (the one side had been damaged in the hit) and detailed the inside of the car!

Lat summer some friends from Garfield heights visiting Lake got sprayed with roadway tar on there new white jeep Gene personally removed the tar and just showed why he has been up town all those years a high quality work at the right price great team of experts Gene saved there day
