I had originally purchased my used vehicle from a different Volkswagen location and the service wasn t the best there as I was facing an ongoing concern and it wasn t taken seriously. I decided to start going more local and went to Amherst location. I couldn t have been more pleased with the customer service in the service dept! Kyle has been amazing and made sure we figured out the true cause of my concern. Made sure it was followed up on and take care of while still within warranty! The service dept team at the main desk both did due diligence in making sure my car was fixed and communication made along the way and making sure my family didn t go without transportation along the way as well.I will not be having service done anywhere else. The two guys take a beating and but still continue to be great at their job and smile when they can.

Alexander Karohl provided the first year maintenance services on my ID.4 and completed a safety recall (to apply fire retardant on the fabric of the roof-long sun shield). All at no charge, and done in about an hour while I waited.

Alex Karohl was very polite, professional and exceeded my needs. He got my car in immediately and had me out within 30mins. He was personable and super nice. He spoke with me the entire time and assured the service was top notch. Thank you Alex and look forward to my next service!

Kyle is amazing! This place got us in the same day we called due to our car not operating properly. The diagnostic process they do is like no other. We had bad fuel and Kyle not only outlined every detail for us, he provided a link to the video they recorded of the service and provided a fuel sample. We received updates every step of the way and when something still didn't seem right after the initial fix, the team kept looking to find the underlying problem. While it took a little longer than expected (due to not fault of the service team, they had to wait on a part from VW), the service was still the best I have ever received.This experience was so phenomenal that we ended up trading in our second vehicle (a Jeep) for another VW, all because we know we can trust this team with any services we need down the road.

We had our 2023 VW Atlas in for its first service and Kyle Eaton assisted us and I can t say enough good things about him. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only with me but with every customer he came in contact with in person or on the phone. Thank you for making our first visit a breeze.

Kyle Eaton of the Service Department was extremely helpful and totally professional. He made many telephone calls for us and arranged for us to get the correct glass. Kyle ordered the windshield and coordinated the glass company to install it in a timely fashion. We look forward to dealing with Kyle in the future.Thanks for the extra effort!!!

I went in for warranty repair on my 2012 Passat tdi, they got me right in which was nice. I ended up getting other service done on the car that was needed and might I add very expensive and was not receptive of giving me a better price. In the end I got an on line discount and a filter taken off. Just under a hundred dollars cheaper.Car blocked in by several other vehicles and had to have them moved before I could leave. Was not cleaned in any way and just as dirty as I dropped it off. No one acknowledged me coming into the dealership or even said hello, was like totally dead inside.I have no desire to ever walk into this dealership again
