Stopped in for some car shopping. They have quite a selection...& at the time we were there some very nice looking Chevrolet Corvettes. The salesman was helpful & attentive. A good experience with them.

Ken Birdsall was my salesman. Dave was the person that did the financial part. Everyone there was kind, courteous, polite and hospitable. Pretty good experience. They are not pushy either. I talked with other customers their and they have been going to Spitzer Chevrolet on Levitt rd for years. That was encouraging.

I bought my 2015 Chevy Malibu at Spitzer Amherst last February. I took it in 11/21/20 for an oil change. Wish I could remember the clerk's name....a wonderful young woman!! So kind & friendly! My appt. was for 8 AM - so maybe you will know who it was by the work schedule?The evening I bought my Malibu; my salesperson - Jacob I believe - could not have been better - even drove me and my "new" car home as I do not see well after dark anymore! The manager - another "J" name and the finance guy - also initialed "J" - were also terrific to me! Everyone I came into contact with that afternoon/evening were so nice!I will not take my car for service any where but Spitzer Amherst!! They washed my car, too, after the oil change!! I tell everyone I know who is looking to check with them for a vehicle!!I am beyond pleased with my entire experience!Service: Oil change

Chase got me in a 2017 Chevy Cruze and I love it! Didn't think it was possible! I discovered a knick in my windshield the day after I brought it home and Spitzer is fixing it free of charge!

I just purchased my 2021 Traverse through Jacob and had a great experience working with him. He was professional and really worked with me to meet my needs. My husband previously purchased his Silverado through Jacob and we will likely work with him in the future!

Always helpful and right down the street.Today I got a battery for my keyfob which the attendant knew how to take apart without breaking it.
