My vehicle was in an accident and needed the transmission replaced. The good people at Michael s sourced a replacement with a 1 year warranty at a very fair price. They worked with my insurance company and communicated everything to me promptly along the way. The repair was completed sooner than expected. I cannot say how pleased I am with their professionalism and quality of the work. Thank you Michael s for taking excellent care of me and my car.

My vehicle broke down on the Turnpike and it was towed into Michael's first thing Monday morning. I received a phone call from them within 30 minutes of it arriving. By noon they had called with the diagnosis. I had broken a belt, I figured it was the water pump that had seized and was expecting a huge repair bill. By Tuesday morning my vehicle was ready to be picked up and the bill was $200. Needless to say, I'm a happy guy.Great communication through out and quick thorough repair. My car broke down on the interstate 100 miles from home on a Sunday evening, they had me back on the road by noon Monday morning. Great price for the parts and labor my car needed, and they even gave me a ride to a local restaurant while we were waiting for my car's part to arrive. It's never fun getting stranded while traveling for the holidays, but I'm glad I chose to have my car towed to Michael's. Thanks guys!

I had to get my starter fixed on my car and I was unable to drive it to the shop which is like 5 minutes from my house. I didn't want to really call a tow truck to get the car there because of the very short distance so the guy came to my driveway with the new starter in hand, lifted up the hood of my car and replaced the starter. Truly amazing!

I highly recommend Michael's auto. I was searching for a new mechanic, one that is closer to where I live and one that could complete the work in a timely and reasonably priced manner. I was very impressed by the thoroughness in which they diagnosed my mechanical work needed and for their help.

The mechanics here worked with me to repair my car at very reasonable rates. I did not feel as if they were talking down to me as a female customer. I'll be taking my car back here as needed.

I've been going to Mike for at least 5 years now. His shop used to be at another location. This is an honest independent shop that's fairly priced and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't really need.

I never actually used this place, but when I called with my issue the helpfulness received was so positive. I needed service call, and that service is not rendered at this time....short staffed as is everyone these days.

Called for a estimate on changing a power steering pump, I have the new pump, they said they would call me back and never did. Guess they don't want to do the job.
