Christian and Amy were so kind & helpful. They helped me get into a vehicle that I absolutely love in my budget. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were patient, nice, and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend them for your vehicle needs.

Madison and Amy took care of my purchase from the start service was prompt professional and friendly from beginning to end. It seemed like time flew by with how efficient they worked. I was pleasantly surprised. The new franchise covers everything. Would definitely reccomend! The first car she brought out was exactly the one I wanted! AND THEIR SERVICE AGREEMENT IS SPECTACULAR! The price was just right for my budget for what I was looking for! Took it for a rest drive and I just knew it was mine! Definately know I'll be taken care of in a service aspect as well as my credit! This team is amazing!

Absolutely awesome experience here. The Staff was amazing with making you feel like your part of a family and not just wanting your money and rush you out. Very detailed and descriptive so you know exactly what you are getting into no grey areas. Also very lenient on credit situations and will work with you on down payment options to fit your budget. Chris, Amy, and the rest of the team that helped I couldn't be more grateful. Definitely recommend!

I had the worst experience today!!! I was blatantly lied too! I was very upfront with christian via text as to what vehicle I was interested in and my down payment . When I arrived I was shuffled off to a different saleperson... and then essentially bait and switched to a different vehicle!! Very unprofessional and very dissatisfied! I was told by an employee there that they are told to do this exact thing!!

Angel was great and helped us a lot! He made sure we were taken care of. Service is also amazing! I was in a pinch with my engine misfiring and they were so helpful. Everyone was so nice to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Received a voicemail from someone at JDBNOW cussing and talking about me on my voicemail. Pretty sure the rep thought they had hung up already. Will absolutely not be conducting business with them and do not recommend them. Do better.

Be careful of the false advertising. The website states "We help everyone who walks through the door regardless of your credit". I have a 599 credit score, make $55,000 a year and they denied me stating my credit was too bad. I have proof. They sent me mail 3 weeks later starting this exact thing.

The worst car lot, they LIE SO MUCH, I would never recommend know one. Went around the corner and got a 19 fusion for 1500 down. In and out with warranty. DONT GO HERE GM LIES TOO CHRISTAN

Stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY'RE FRAUD! RIDICULOUS PRICES FOR LEMONS. THEY LIE ABOUT HELPING YOU WITH ANYTHING WHEN YOU LEAVE BUT IT TAKES TOO MUCH TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE. THE ONLY POSITIVE IS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THATS WHY ITS ONE STAR.AGAIN UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $30K FOR A $3K CAR, SPEND IT ELSEWHERE. FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE WOULD BE BETTER

Would have rated higher except I called the day before to inquire about the posted $199 down. I explained that it would be for my 18 yr old nephew with no credit whatsoever, as he just graduated high school, recently moved to the area, 3 months with his job, and I was told the $199 for for individuals such as himself. Only to get to our scheduled appointment, begin the process, then be told he would need $1000 down payment.Otherwise the lady was pleasant to work with.
