By being honest when recommending repairs to our vehicles, Conrad's Technicians have earned our trust. It never feels as though they are "piling-on" to unnecessarily increase the cost of service.

Been taking my current car there for 3 years now, this last oil change they tried to tell me I've never taken that car there before and that it was going to cost $80 even though when I got there they had me sign a quote for $29.99 and never told me any different until it was done and time to pay. And once I told them I had all my paperwork from every previous visit and would gladly go and get it, they said they would just comp it because for 3 YEARS they had been putting in the wrong oil. And then didn't give me any paperwork because they were behind supposedly, so 3 weeks later I stop in and ask for a copy because surely it was done by then. Nope. They never even did the paperwork at all! The guy put together a new order because I wasn't leaving without something showing I had the oil change done. Because my luck that's the time my car would blow up and I'd have no proof of them doing anything recently.

UPDATE!!! Stopped on the way to work turned car and will not start!!! Now I m stuck!!!! Please PLEASE DO NOT take your car there!!! Go anywhere else then there trust me!!! I was having problems with my car battery and explained to them that I was all alone this Christmas and did not have to much money! I told them I could not spent $200.00 dollars on my car so they charged me $199.27!! They said they think they fixed the problem? All they did was move a Fuse to a different spot! And said it seems ok at this time!!! They aren t even granting their work!!! Also came out and started my car and now my drivers headlight is out so now I have to get that fixed!!! So please oh please do not go there!!! They should not even be in business!!!

Car wash review ONLYI'd recommend a middle of the road package being I've had all of them at some point. Multiple different vehicles /colors and it pays for itself if you use it 3 times a month roughly. Decent hoursI chose this one because it's close to me, and it's unlimited with great vacuums in the back for the interior. Trash cans too.I don't give it 5 starts because regardless of the package you choose, regardless of car color, doesn't always get it all the way clean and I'm not a picky person.

Do not like their sales policy I should have the right to cancel anytime I want without having to start all over in the program again that's just my opinion

They took care of my car and made it fairly fast for a oil change. I would've gave them 5 stars if they filled up my tires like the coupon said they'll do.

Loved how easy it was to compare and select tires, get pricing that fit my budget, and schedule a time that worked for me on the website!Did not enjoy the call I got day before letting me know the tires offered were unavailable, and that the substitution would be more expensive.My scheduled service at 9am did not begin until noon, and did not finish until 4:30 PM.I was unable to get the product I selected, the price I had budgeted for, or the time frame I had scheduled.The tires are great.

Please read this it really took me couple of days to write a review due to trust issues with mechanics in the Lorain area, I took my car to a mechanic last year (I always read the reviews first)I told them to check the entire car and fix everything that was wrong with it they charged me more than a thousand dollars for it, my car started acting up a 2 days after, I took it back and of course they wanted more money for something I already paid for I waited like 4 months And I took my car to Conrad s in Amherst last week and they did an incredible job, my car FINALLY feels and runs like new, no noises, no complaints at all, the prices are super affordable and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly too! I m so happy to say I finally found the right place to take my car to get fixed!! I do recommend this place to everyone!!Thank you guys!!!

My wife took her car there for an oil change. We got a video saying she needs new brakes. The car drove perfectly fine before it went in and now it sounds like metal on metal. Kind of odd, almost like something was altered so we pay for new brakes.

A buddy of mine took his car here a few time for a reacquiring problem. His issue is that his rear breaks rotors calibers and Tires needed to be replaced once to twice a year for the past 2- 2.5 years. First few time he brought it in the mechanic would tell him it s basic wear and tear and that the breaks just fell off. We ll he told my buddy this 2 separate times. The 3rd time he brings it in guess what they tell him? That he has way to much rust damage/wear and tear under his car and that his car won t last another winter. So what I m getting at is that Conrad s is either too incompetent to recognize this almost obvious failure in his frame or they took advantage of my buddy for an extra 2k that he payed in previously made repairs that Conrad s knew would fail. Catastrophic structural rust damaged doesn t happen over 1-2 years. They knew this was the problem but choose to take advantage of a customer.

We have the monthly unlimited pass for the Blue Falls car wash right now. Their car washes are great but we may not keep the monthly package as it's more cost effective for us to wash our cars at home in the nicer months.

My son just got an oil change for his 2017 Taurus and was told the every day oil change and tire rotation coupon for $29 does work. Charged him $96.

Shopper Approved - Verified CustomerJennifer S.TodayConrad's is A-1 in Customer Service.I've bought 3 sets of tires here bc I feel safe that they will always take care of me and take care of things fairly. We all know a lot of places don't, but they do here and have the Best Warranty Package you can Find...and They Actually Follow It!I've needed tire repairs and gave the best patching ever...no bumps or shaking at high speeds. And 2x's they replaced the whole tire with No charge - labor and all! Their Head Manager Adam has a heart and will take care of you. He's not the talker, but he makes sure you get taken care of rightly. Their talker is great at explaining things (Bill, I think his name, 50's w/ gotee)~ so I know just what I'm dealing with.Bottom line is that they have the Best Warranty and I have Never got taken advantage of here and I never worry if they're gonna do me wrong.

Had a leaking tire. Went in, explained the situation, and asked if something could be done. The person at the desk was friendly, professional, courteous, and explained everything well. The price was given up front. Next they then took about 15-20 mins to fix my rim leak. I paid them what I think was a really reasonable price, and they gave me the paperwork and sent me on my way. The inside of the facility was clean and set up comfortably and also had free coffee. I would definitely recommend this Conrad s. A good experience and I had my issue resolved quickly and for a pretty good price. Good job Conrad s.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation through the website (super easy). I arrived for my appointment and was greeted very professional by a technician. Was quoted price for requested services, and they began working on my vehicle promptly at my appointment time. Service was completed professionally as always. I am always pleased

I have been bringing my cars here for a few years now, and never think about going anywhere else. The work is always done right and if there has ever been an issue these guys take care of it no questions asked.The manager here, Adam is incredible. every time i talk to him, he is very relaxed and calm and never seems to be frustrated. Which I am sure he is with the amount of people he has to deal with.Recently Adam really helped me out with a situation with my car. Because of how he runs the business there I will always be coming to Conrads.- Nate, with the red Chevy Cruze

Fantastic service. We blew a tire on the Ohio turnpike. We had less than an hour to take the blown tire off, place the donut spare on and get to Conrad's. They gave an estimate and had us back on the road in about 45 minutes, despite us arriving late on a Saturday evening. Too bad this company does not operate near us, but if you are in NE Ohio, I highly recommend them!

I have always been treated great whenever I take my vehicle to get serviced at Conrad's in Amherst. The staff there are always there to answer any questions. Very good at keeping you posted while any repairs are done and inform you if future service will be needed soon. They do their best to keep the repair price down as much as possible and are honest to tell you of a part doesn't need repairs . Great team !!!

Positive experience. Booked my appt and reserved the tires all online, the day prior. Showed up at my scheduled time and waited while the work was completed. Clean lobby and overall, for 4 new tires and alignment, took under 2 hrs! Would go back and would recommend to others.

Pro: very helpful in showing me the rebates I would get for the tires I decided on. Very friendly.Con: Very very slow. I had made an appointment 4 days prior to make sure they had the tires. I was told an hour to an hour and a half to have the four tires installed so I decided to wait instead of dropping off the vehicle.I was the first one there at 7:30. It took them 3 hours to get the job done. I waited and waited while other customers came and went. I wasted almost half my day and had to take double the time off work that I had planned for. They did give me a free car wash for the wait.

Another good experience with Conrad s. I was able to get a couple concerns with our vehicle serviced quickly. Kevin kept me informed of what needed to be done. Amanda helped to process coupons and AAA to make the most of discounts available. Very satisfied with how our needs were taken care of!

Online appointment opportunity was welcomed by this user. Easy to set appointment, next day service was available. Arrived at store, welcome was courteous and professional. Service was prompt and expertly delivered. No surprises ($$$) at checkout which was again a sign of professionalism. Thanks for a hassle-free experience!!

I highly recommend Amherst Conrads! Going online to eConrads, finding my tires, scheduling an appointment and then dropping off the car, was nice and convenient. The other big thing here is that, with getting 4 new tires, I also had told them to do a wheel alignment ahead of time. Well, most other establishments I have dealt with in the past are more than happy to take your money even if it's not needed. But not at Conrad's!!! They were upfront and honest and showed me the print out of my alignment and that it was not necessary. I am very satisfied with Amherst Conrad's and will recommend them to everyone for honest service!

The biggest reason I love coming to this particular Conrad location it's because they don't try to pressure you or force you into something that you're not prepared to pay for it the moment. They will lay all the options out to you and present you with all the information that you need oh, and then allow you time to make the decision that you need to make regarding your vehicle. I witnessed firsthand as a gentleman was dissatisfied with his bill and his service. The manager politely explained everything to him and then proceeded to refund or discount his bill in order to make the situation right. You don't get this at very many other locations. These guys are top-notch and I will continue to take my vehicle for any service needed

Got my wife's tire's rotated. Made an appointment and really didn't wait long at all. Very convenient to Blue Coral Car Wash and has deals when you have service done. Always friendly and convenient because it's local. One negative comment, just make sure your hood is actually closed and latched before you pull away. Why the hood had to be opened in the first place when you are only getting your tires rotated is beyond me.

Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. We were able to get my wife's car in for service on short notice. The work was performed in only a few hours and the staff did a great job making the repairs needed to fix her car. If you are looking for repairs, service, or tires, then Conrad's has all your needs covered.

I went for an oil change that was free due to an issue that occurred a month ago in which I was grateful for that they were nice enough to give me . When I picked up the car I went straight home and called it a night thinking all was fine. I wake and my car is leaking antifreeze all over. I couldn't call as they were closed yet Monday I for sure will be calling. If you were to check the notes I have with them you can see they stripped my oil pan plug, broke off an oil dip stick, broke my headlight and had to replace all. The crazy part is they wanted to hide it from me and then I confronted and they had to fix. Now it seems I have another issue at hand. I'm sorry but just because Conrad's needs to keep replacing parts that their techs keep breaking I am not letting this one happen either. Seems like a way to get back at me but nope . I just had hoses and parts and inspection on my radiator done.. nothing wrong and now I have a leak in a weird spot on it. I will be taking it back in for a fix asap.. I'd love a phone call back asap tho as I know Conrad's has it.
