I bought what was supposed to be a brand new tire and it started going low on me almost immediately after I left I had to keep filling it with air then they said I needed a valve stem got one and the tire STILL was going low didn t have time so couple weeks of me stopping to fill it with air and $240 later still messing up went to another tire place and they told me my tire is not new it s used and the tread is practically gone and I m a girl I never check I expect what I bought to be good so now I m going to be out another $200 because these people lie and decieve people don t go here it s in your best interest to NEVER GO HERE bad idea never again

Been calling for over an hour. Front desk send me back but also mentioned that if they were working on something they wouldn't answer the phone. Funny how they have 6 employees and maybe 2 of which ever actually do there job ever. When they do get us in they do a great job. But this Leaves me no choice but to call somewhere else because they don't answer the phone to say weather or not they have what you need in stock. My tire blew out I'm on a a 20 year old donut. This is an emergency since I gotta be home in time for my kids. Thanks alot Walmart for not being helpful.

Excellent job. Extremely fast. I got new tires put on in about 20 mins. Classic Walmart price.

Went there and was immediately give attitude from the lady I spoke to on the phone who played dumb the entire time I was speaking to a guy while she stayed to the side mumbling things under her breath I went in trying to explain what I was told by a Walmart employee from eastgate when a manager came over and told them to just change my tire for me ended up waiting outside for 20 mins for them to not change my tire and wasted my time I fully understand if I went in with an attitude or being rude but I was none of those just trying to explain I would ve had no problem paying for a tire again if they had just been respectful. My advice if you want to be treated with respect go to the eastgate auto shop where they all will .

So if they don't have your tire in stock you have to buy it online and ship it... The people answering phones are not very knowledgeable and they are really hateful. They act like they hate answering questions and they treat you like you are bothering them. I am Very disappointed at this place... Beware...

Main line will not answer phone and the number for the auto center has been disconnected. WOW a great example of mismanagement. I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere, My tires are in desperate need of replacement and I can't drive all the way there just to see if they can fix today.Service: TiresService: Tires

Ordered tires online and had them mounted. It took 3 visits due to them being understaffed, which I forgave. However, on the second visit, I called to make sure they could get me in and they told me they couldn't once I got there. So I made an appointment. The appointment took forever and they were telling people that were coming in that it would be hours until they could get to them, even though I was the only appointment. I had one bald tire that I requested them to trash and they ended up almost trashing a good tire and gave me back the bald one (which was very obviously bald). They severely scratched and gouged the paint and metal around my lug nuts (every single one). They put 3 of my tires on the wrong direction. The manager apologized, but did nothing else for me. Do NOT go here. Pay more and go to a garage or at least maybe a different Walmart.

This place is terrible. The employees are terrible and rude. My wife got a tire rotation and they forgot to torque the lug nuts and her tire about fell off while driving our 9 month old. She took it back and the manager said it wasn't their fault and that it's common to happen in aluminum rims. Which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Now we have to pay money for a mechanic to make sure they didn't mess anything up. DO NOT TALE YOUR CAR HERE FOR TIRES OR A SIMPLE ROTATION. 0 out of 5 stars

Everytime I go here, I have to get help to get someone in that department to help me. Phone number is wrong on site and if you call through Walmart Noone ever answers the phone. I took my business else where! I tried twice to get my oil changed here. I understand the times we're in, but goodness. I waited 30mins in line down the road. And will go there next time also

So yea, I've had issues with this particular TLE. Like most Walmart automotive departments they're usually really busy & understaffed so they don't really provide good customer service. I won't get into details about my ordeal b/c wow, was it an ordeal, but I'm just reviewing on behalf of Jerry. I'm not giving a 5 star rating b/c of past issues & the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is b/c of him & the superb customer service he provided to me today. He's easy to talk to & understands exactly what you're saying. Plus he's humorous which makes the transaction easier. Thanks again Jerry! I really appreciated your help & thanks for your time in helping me w/ my situation.

Waited in line for 15 minutes to be told they couldn't help me today. Had they answered the phone i wouldn't have drove all the way and wasted my time and gas. This is the worse Walmart iv been to in Ohio just happens to be the only one near me. I shop Kroger more now then ever before

Got a flat tire, checked that my tire sensor didn't need replaced (it didn't) and took just the wheel into Walmart at 11am to have a new tire put on the rim. Get a call 6 hours later saying my wheel sensor was bad somehow, but couldn't tell me how or why and wouldn't mount a new wheel unless I went to a different store and bought a sensor.

I called at 3pm to come in for tires and an oil change and was told they weren't taking any more cars. Called the eastgate location and was told to come in they don't turn anyone say. That is poor customer service if you ask me!

Went to get 2 new tires but no idy there can drive a manual and they won't let me pull my car in so looks like have to go elsewhere what a jokeService: TiresService: Tires

went in to get 2 tires i had put on my car they said we can't do it because they are 205's and the car takes 195's but if you take them off the car and bring them in we will do it went home took them off the car and went back with the rims and tires and they said oh you have to carry them in ok i carried all 4 in after i did that went and washed my hands came back and they said oh we can't do it those are 195's on the rims and 205's are different and this was after they said oh you have to carry all of them in now you need to carry all of them back out sorry
