Class act! I spoke with 4 people, from the phone to the manager to two members in the service bay. Every single employee was courteous and kind, explaining all aspects of what they were doing with my vehicle. Best part? In the end all they needed to do was tighten a few screws and they didn t even charge me for their time! I m now a Valvoline customer for life. Thank you for keeping it great in a world where customers service no longer exists.

1st time customer today, I will be returning for future needs and recommending to others. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable friendly staff who really seem to care about the job they do and the customer. They upsaled me really good today lol but it's stuff I've needed, I don't regret my purchases. New oil change, cabin filter and license plate light. Keep up the great work and thank you all for the prompt and friendly service today.

They were very knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change, and not only did they help me with the oil, they programmed my next oil change, changed 2 filters, checked my other fluids, and informed me of a blown light that they could fix and a ton of other services for my car that I will have done there this year. I absolutely love this place. Thank you for going above and beyond!! The Amelia Valvoline is awesome!

Always a pleasant experience. Been visiting this location for 2 years. Professional yet friendly. Not to mention speedy. No pressure into buying all the maintenances and services BUT always informs you of what is recommended. Couldn't ask for better service.

Very quick and professional. Save some $$ by using coupons they have on many platforms. Never get out of the car and they do the work.You hate to leave your car and wonder what is going on? Well, the new camera computer system lets you watch them work under your car and front while your in car waiting. Took 16 minutes total and never left the car. Great job.

After having a horrible experience at Jiffy Lube, I went up to Valvoline for an oil change. The gentleman helping me was named Orlando. He went above and beyond to be kind and considerate, very polite. They did a great job in a short amount of time. I have nothing but good things to say about this gentleman and this business. I would highly suggest them as they do a great job without charging an arm and a leg. Great customer service!

Adam was awesome. Ben, Noah and Bradlee also worked on my vehicle. Everyone was so nice and professional. I wish I knew everybody s names to give every single one a shout out. Adam went above and beyond to make sure I knew the services available for my vehicle, and personally checked which items were in stock to do the services. Nobody made me feel pressured to buy anything but made sure I had the knowledge to make the best decision for my vehicle.

Went in for an oil change an a cabin air filter change. Everything went fine until they tried to put my glovebox back on. The gentleman that took it off didn't install it correctly and just closed it and sent me on my way. Not happy about it.
