He didn't do any repairs for and that is what was great. He returned my call promptly and spent a great deal of time on the phone with me running thru my electrical problem helping to diagnose and giving advice and suggestions on how to repair it myself. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely ask him to work on any repairs in the future.

Chris was *great*, very knowledgeable, professional, and timely.The refrigerator in the used hybrid travel trailer we had just bought was not cooling and incorrectly trying to run on gas and not electric. Chris diagnosed the bad control board, had a replacement and changed it out. Refrigerator now works great, holding about 38 with the freezer at -10.Chris also spent time educating me, a sub-novice RVer on several systems, helping me grasp needed knowledge.Chris is the guy to call for any RV/camper repairs, he comes to you and is very reasonable in his fees

Chris is very knowledgeable. Our water was not heating up at all. A storm came through and took out our power, and burnt some wires. And our air conditioner needed to be replaced. Chris phoned me right away after receiving my message for repairs. He walked my husband through some things to check the air conditioner for just in case it was something my husband could fix without having to spend money on a new replacement air conditioner. But, everything he checked for didn't help. So, we needed a replacement. My husband is working on a job here and did not have time to fix the wires correctly that burnt out and Chris walked me through what he was going to fix and repair because I was worried about the way the wires were left, it could catch on fire. We got lucky it didn't catch on fire the night it happened. Chris walked me through what he knew was the problem to the hot water. He replaced a part, and showed me the bad part. Then, he kept checking the hot water temp to make sure it wasn't overheating and going to need a new thermostat too. And even called me a few hours after he left job to still keep checking on hot water. Today is now 5 days later and he called to check on how hot water was doing, the air conditioner or any other problems. Myself and my husband really appreciate all the work he did for us. It was 85�-90� down here with a real feel over a hundred some days. Chris came out as soon as possible and help us out tremendously. I had called another RV repair the week prior to me calling Chris. No reply back at all. In addition, my husband was going to fix the hot water and wires but didn't have time too. He had been taking cold showers everyday. So, last minute I asked Chris if he could fix those things too. He had me take pictures of wires, asked questions about them so he could bring parts with him. He asked me to take the panel off outside of travel trailer to figure out what he would need to fix hot water. This saved us a lot of money. He was able to repair everything all in one day. His prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Best RV repair around Cincinnati! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job fixing our AC. He was on time for appt and prompt to get working when he arrived! I will forever call him for our service needs!

Chris did a great job on the brakes of our 5th wheel. When our brakes were much worse than originally thought and the repair turned difficult, when others would have given up or half way repaired our RV Chris did it right. Very happy we found TIP. We would highly recommend Chris and plan to use him again in the future for any repairs/maintenance needs.Chris was very professional and able to fit us in quickly which we really appreciated since we were only in town for a few days. Being onsite, was a major convenience too!He was able to quickly diagnosis our AC unit and thermostat issues in our new RV and make the needed repairs. Since our RV was still under warranty, we needed a detailed write up to submit to the manufacturer for reimbursement and Chris gave us a detailed invoice that was a breeze to submit. Even without getting our service call reimbursed, I was very impressed with his pricing and would have been happy to pay $125 service call for a working AC unit again!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Talked with Chris on the phone. We had a crisis, as we just bought our RV this week. Neither of the air conditioners were working, and the hot water heater wouldn't light. With just 3 days away from leaving for a 3-week trip, we needed to get these fixed. Chris walked me through troubleshooting the problem on the phone. Finally found that there was a fuse laying loose in a fuse panel, apparently had fallen out. After simply plugging the fuse in, the air conditioners worked, as well as the hot water heater pilot ignited. This company is a life saver, and they didn't even charge. Within 10 minutes, our problems were over. I would highly recommend this company over any RV Dealer/Service center in the greater Cincinnati area. Chris from Trouble in Paradise is going to be our go-to guy for any future RV issues we have.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Chris was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, such a breath of fresh air from the service departments at the RV dealerships! Was super easy to schedule an appointment and he was accommodating to our schedule. Was so nice not to have to hook up and tow our trailer to a dealership. He answered all our questions. Even when the weather turned bad and he had to work outside he still came to winterize our RV because he thought it was too important not to get done. We will get any and all repairs and services possible through Chris going forward!

Chris was great to work with. He fixed my refrigerator as it was not getting cold. By that evening my drinks were nice and cold. All the positive comments on this site are 100% accurate. I would use Chris again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him for RV servicing.

Chris was fantastic!!! It was great not having to deal with a service center, dropping off trailer and the hassle. I was able to schedule a time that worked for all of us. Then the convience and ease of services was the way to go. There's a fee for coming out but it's worth it, heck, we were able to get our issue fixed that day with no additional costs and he was happy to help explain some things to us. I would assume prices would be fair and this is a business and a great service offering so I couldn't be happier. We will absolutely call Paradise Mobile RV Repair for all our future needs. If you're in his coverage area and have an issue as described on his site, please reach out to him!! There's a great form on his site too that you can complete and he can call and discuss further. Chris was great! We purchased a 1988 pop up camper and he came to check out water, gas and electric systems. He was thorough and gave us lots of suggestions for how to upgrade our camper. Even months later when we reached back out with a question, he answered promptly.

After calling our home dealership and several others who could not get us in for months for a water heater issue, Chris was there in two days! I just went full time in an RV and believed the used RV I bought was having some issues with the electrical system [converter] due to lights flickering and dimming often when increased power was being drawn.I emailed Chris through his website (which is my preferred method of contact, as I usually am able to research and take care of this type of stuff later at night after my kids are in bed) and he got back the next day.Tl;dr of our experience: Chris was great. �He was very responsive �He set appropriate expectations for when he could make it out per his schedule He kept us up to date on when he was leaving to come to where our RV was parked (and showed up on time based on that) �He took time to chat through the issues we thought we had, look at the problem and come to a quick conclusion of what the issue[s] were and how to solve them He was reasonably priced (especially considering we had to leave the day he was able to fit us in) �He took time to talk about other things around the RV that he wasn't working on, but was super helpful for us to know (especially being new to RV'ing)If we're ever back in OH again and need help, he'd be the first (and hopefully only) one we'd call. You couldn't ask for better rv mobile service. Price was very reasonable. If I would have taken my travel trailer to any place else it would have sat for weeks before it was even looked at. Chris came to our house the next day after calling and fixed our hot water heater. Highly recommend them.

Very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Unfortunately I lived too far away, but was helped over the phone for an hour at no cost. The gentleman helped me to Guthrie out what the problem was and instructions on how to fix it. He didn t have to, he just did and was very nice while doing so. I highly recommend using them for all your RV repair needs.
