Overbeck was fantastic. Was able to get me in the next day. Had a transmission issue and check engine light. They figured out my transmission issue and replaced the thermostat. I don t recall my transmission feeling this smooth ever and the check engine light is out. I was very happy with the quick, effective professional service! I will be back for sure!

Brought my car in for an alignment and some suspension work. The team was incredibly helpful, giving me options for the repairs and sound advice. Courtesy shuttle was very convenient as well. Glad I found a great local shop I can trust.

Awesome shop! I had bad steerability issues .Was in at 930 and picked my jeep up at 5! John is very nice.The service is great price was great!

As a female, I get intimidated by repair shops. Overbeck Automotive treated me with respect and didn t try to upsell me with more than what was necessary. Although I still dislike car repairs, Overbeck has restored my faith in repair shops and has earned my business for life!

I had my rear brakes (rotors, calipers, pads) replaced recently at Overbeck s new location in Springdale. This was my first time having service done at Overbeck but it won t be my last. The manager, John, is top notch when it comes to customer service. He went above and beyond in taking care of me and keeping me informed. John also provided me with a loaner vehicle so I didn t have to wait at the shop. I highly recommend Overbeck!

WARNING!!!! Don't waste your time or money with this business-especially the Anderson location. Over-priced and never on time. There are many other places that will do a much better job for less!!!!!Very shady all the way around!!!!!

My experience with Overbeck Auto was great. Ray and Travis were knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me well informed on the status of repairs. The diagnosis was quick and accurate and the repairs were made in a timely manner. I was also offered a loaner vehicle for the day my vehicle was in the shop.

I started my own expediting business almost one year ago, and wanted a local shop to handle all my repairs. I stumbled across Ray and Ron's,and I couldn't be happier. They have always been there for me on short notice, and have made every repair in a timely manner. Not only are they excellent at what they do, they are also fair about their prices, and above all else, they are friendly, and courteous.

This was my first time visit here. All the staff were super nice. They were very upfront and honest about my car. They even have me a courtesy ride home. I will definitely be a return customer for all my automotive needs.

Ray and Ron's has kept all of my cars, including my wife and kids, running in tip-top shape for over 35 years. They use quality equipment and certified parts that will keep you on the road and free from break downs. I look forward to our continued mileage future.

We were from out of state and stopped by with short notice to get our car inspected for a 900 mile drive and they were courteous, understanding, professional, and got us fixed up in under an hour. Peggy and the staff are second to none. Thank you for helping us get home safely to Florida. And for the prayers for our family.

I was in a bind as my vehicle broke down unexpectantly; on calling Ron's they were more than accomadating to working my vehcile in that day. They were completely understanding, friendly, and proffessional. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs vehicle repair and will be taking my vehicle back to them when I'm in future mechanical needs. Every person I encountered there was compassionate to my situation friendly and I found trustworthy

This place did a great job on my boyfriend's 2001 Lincoln, after having issues pinpointing what was wrong through many read outs, they fixed the problem sooner than expected and fixed everything they said they would with no problems to follow, you get what you pay for, well worth it!
