The service was excellent, the manager, Donald, a real sweetheart He was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The lobby was new and spotless. Got a quick oil change, will definitely go back!

I am just in love with attention to detail. ...I was missing a valve stem cover on one of my tires and I did not tell them about it and they put a new one on without me asking. The quick vacuum of the interior and cleaning of the windshield, and the other extras they did were a what makes me want to come back. I am a fan!

I brought my car into this establishment for an oil change, and clearly it was a blessing in disguise that they couldn t perform the service, due to not having the type of oil my car needed. After noticing oil on the outside of my car near my hood, smoke, and a burning smell the next day, I immediately took it to another service provider, who discovered not only did their team not push the oil dipstick back in resulting in oil spewing everywhere under the hood of my car, but the skip plate underneath my car that was unscrewed before notifying me they couldn t change my oil, (as they told me once you we re finished putting it back on, we ll pull your car around), was not screwed on all way. I have oil all over my garage, my driveway, and I am now missing 2 bolts from this tray after driving my car for nearly 48 hours having no idea the carelessness this place took with my vehicle in the 10 minutes I was there. This plate could have flown off my vehicle at any moment. It s currently zip tied until the new bolts come in to replace the ones that have been lost. My vehicle isn t even a year old, and I chose to visit based on reviews. Maybe they didn t care about the level of service I received once they realized they weren t getting a sale ?! Unbelievable.

The District Manager Destiny Ducharme went the extra mile to bring about an excellent result with the service rendered. She was completely dedicated and very professional in regard to customer service. Jiffy Lube is in good hands with Managers like her!

Only thing is I have a fleet contract with by Ryder to where I get 20 dollars off and they said it wasn t set up. It would be great to be able to use my perks from the car in leasing

I will try to make this very long stressful incident short. I brought my car in for a simple spark plug change on a Saturday. After about a hour of working the tech broke a spark plug off and I was told it couldn't be worked on until Monday as they didn't have a tool to get it out. I had told them prior I was from out of town. I again told them I lived 3 hours away and they said, "well I don't know what to tell you it's not drivable." I had to take time off work on Monday. Monday comes and it was not fixed. We requested the managers name. We got the name to the district manager, Travis. When we spoke to him he continuously said it was not his techs fault and "speculated" things that were wrong and why the plug broke off. When we said something about speculation we said could we speculate it was the tech's fault. He immediately shut us down saying his tech did nothing wrong. On the Thursday after this incident and really no communication with me unless I reached out, the tool they were using broke off and had to get a replaced header or now was told a quote for a replaced engine. We had my car towed to another shop where it was found there had been a hole drilled into the piston and engine had to be replaced. We requested Travis's manager information which we did receive and reached out to him, Bobby. Bobby responded to one email but had Travis be in contact with us. They did replace my engine but not worth the stress. I was without my car for 6 weeks, which they did provide a rental car. The big issues I had were that the communication lacked unless it was us reaching out. They were very withholding on information regarding the 3rd party inspection and they required me to take my vehicle to a shop an hour outside of Cincy so they could have a favorable rate for the repair. After this incident I don't think I'll go anywhere but a Ford dealer to even do an oil change.

I had an amazing experience here. The staff is very friendly while knowing what they're talking about. They were very helpful in telling me what may be wrong with my car that I had just gotten off a car lot. They were very friendly towards me and my kids while being very professional. I would go here again!

Morgan the manager is so great! She is incredibly smart and efficient when it comes to cars. She repaired my front suspension in no more than 3 hours, we came across an issue and she very quickly solved it and made sure I was safe to hit the road again. I won t have anyone else work on my car from here on out! The store was very clean and her team was just as great. Thank you Morgan! Five stars all around : )Service: Steering & suspension repair

My service technician Josh was awesome! He explained everything that was being done for my car very well, pointed out some issues that will need work in the near future, advised me of costs and promotions and left my car much cleaner than when I arrived by vacuuming and doing the windows. This was a great visit and I m glad to have Josh and this Jiffy Lube team here in my neighborhood!Service: Oil change

The manager was wonderful, very pleasant and knowledgeable. However, other than manager the crew didn't seem to be to friendly. Wasn't told what they were doing. I wasn't shown my oil was full, I was asked to turn my vehicle on then off and suddenly everyone seemed to disappear. I even opened my door to see if I could hear anyone talking or moving under my vehicle. A young guy on crutches came out of the bathroom and didn't say anything to me. The manager finally opened the office door and asked if I had a coupon. I said I didn't and she said she had one for me, that was kind but I wasn't even told how much it would be before I was charged 90.00 after a "coupon". Wiper blades were not checked. I believe the washer fluid was topped off and tire pressure was checked and filled. I am not likely to go back as I believe that when paying for a service, you should be informed of pricing and be fully assured that the service was completed. For these reasons I won't return. Again, the manager was friendly and did the best she could but the crew needs work. I hope the manager is able to take criticism and use this to better her store.Service: Oil change

Great service! Not sure why these guys don't have the business that Valvoline has down the street. They don't have all of the pressure sales like the other guys and you don't have to wait.

Josh was great, I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs service done. I got my spark plugs, air filter, cabin air filter, and oil change done and at a very reasonable price. BEWARE: We DROVE our Ford Escape in with a check engine light on and were told that the car needed new spark plugs. We agreed to have them replaced for $200. Sounds pretty simple, HOWEVER one of the techs broke off a spark plug and told us that they would have to keep the car for a couple days to get the plug out. Well not only did they not get the plug out but they ruined the piston by drilling to far down into the motor. Guess who they say is responsible for the fix, thats right the customer that did not do any of the work. We had to have the vehicle TOWED to our Ford dealership and all of those certified technicians said that this Jiffy lube has no idea what they are doing. Travis the General Manager must think that we as customers are morons and refuse to pay for them destroying her engine. Stay away from having this place do any work. I dont even think they should be trusted with oil changes. Again, we drove the vehicle in and had to have it towed out. What a way to do business.

Prices are very high!! I was quoted $99 for a full synthetic oil change which is high to begin with. I had a $20 coupon for it. When the service was completed my bill was $136 and I was told that the price she quoted me was for 5 quarts and mine took 8. I asked why I was quoted a 5 quart price of $99 for my 2020 Tahoe knowing it uses 8. I know you guys know the amount of oil each of these vehicles require and that info is easily available. I also don't understand the math$99-$20 coupon=$79 so my bill was over $50 more for the additional 3 quarts. That's crazy Valvoline quoted me the same service for $106 out the door price. So I guess I have 3 problems1) Prices are out way out of line2) Be honest with the customer and quote full actual price instead of a bogus 5 quart price. Who wants to know or cares what the 5 quart price is? Its a useless statement and useless knowledge. Who would drive out there and have you put 5 quarts of oil in a car that requires 8? It makes no sense and its completely deceiving.3) The $4.99 fee you they told me you charge the customer for some oil handling deal is ridiculous as well.I doubt I'll be back to your facility and I'm sure my opinion doesn't really matter but its something you could consider for the future and other customers. I've had my last 2 oil changes done at the dealership. I thought this time, beings I drive past your store every day I'd give you guys a try. The dealerships oil change was only $70. I'm far better off paying dealership prices versus jiffylubes.Service: Oil change

Took a set of wheels to have old tires removed and new tires mounted and balanced. They got it done without an appointment and not only were they ready when I got there, but they cleaned them for me as well. Really customer service driven, balanced, and friendly crew at this location.

I was having a rough morning but needed an oil change. Valvoline was closed, so I went to the new Jiffy Lube. Morgan was friendly, upbeat, personal, professional and knowledgeable. I left there today a little happier than when I went in. Thank you for being closed Valvoline.

Morgan the store manager was super helpful and you can tell she runs a good store and has a good crew! Jason and Adam worked on my brakes and suspension and they did an amazing job and respected my car by being extra careful with it. Johnny the assistant manager over saw the guys and jumped in to lend a hand. It is a very clean store with nice people who work there but don't expect to save anything when you use a coupon I used the one they sent in the mail for 30$ off I don't feel like I saved anything... I know the customer in front of me felt the same way it was my 1st and last visit If you have a coupon I would recommend getting an estimate up front before having the service done ! What I'm not happy with is you offer coupons.. but charged me more for my oil change and then deducted the coupon so I didn't save anything so why should anyone bother with using your coupons it's kind of a scam if you ask me

Went into get brakes replaced, and or new tires to help my car stop squeaking. The technicians looked at my car said mine were brand new they helped stop the sound by cleaning and lubing my brakes.they saved me so much money by not replacing stuff that did not need to be done. They have such an awesome team that even answers the phone when you call. Thank you for great service! I will be back!Services: Tires, Brakes

Came in for an oil change because I got a coupon in the mail. Walked in as a single woman and was told that my brakes needed replaced immediately, pads and rotors, the whole deal I was skeptical because while I don t know much about cars, I ve been around long enough to know when someone s trying to pull one over on me. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion and was told that my brakes were fine and still had PLENTY of life left in them. Now, I can t 100% say for sure that they were intentionally deceitful, or if they re just poorly trained mechanics who can t tell the difference between good brakes and bad.. but I got a vibe and I will not ever come back here. Local shops with honest employees and better prices are abundantly available, Jiffy Lube should do better.Service: Oil change

I went to the new Jiffy Lube yesterday to get a oil change. I usually go to Valvoline but I was right next to Jiffy Lube so I thought I d pull in there for a quick oil change. I ve had my vehicle for a little over two years and I ve always gotten a conventional oil change. Well, on this particular day, when I pulled in, a young girl came out to ask me what I wanted to take my information. She of course, suggested other oils types but I explain to her that I ve always gotten conventional and I have no need for anything else. She then refused to give me an oil change unless I use synthetic oil. I explain to her that I ve had a vehicle for two years And that I ve never gotten synthetic. I ve always use conventional. She argued with me because I thought she was joking. I left there and went back up to Valvoline as I should ve in the beginning, got my conventional oil change no issues no arguing no questions asked in fact I got great service as usual. It s unfortunate. Some of these companies are hiring such a young, ignorant, argumentative young people. Good customer service is definitely not standard anymore in a lot of these places. But as I stated, it was great at Valvoline as usual. Stay away from Jiffy Lube in Amelia, you ll be highly disappointed.
