Test drove a lot of junk cars and delt with very rude salespeople this weekend. Mostly Fairfield area. This car lot had much nicer cars at lower prices. Adam was super patient, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this car lot when looking for affordable and used cars. We did purchase an 08 Versa on Sunday. Smooth transaction.

Best place we have found to buy cars! The owners are friendly and helpful and willing to work with you. The cars are in good shape and very decently priced. My husband and I were recently in the market for a new vehicle but on a very tight budget. We went around to several lots and were astonished at the rude and unprofessional sellers we encountered. One even laughed at my husband after asking if he could drop the price of a car $500 after paying to take it to a mechanic to check it out before deciding if we wanted to buy it and finding out it needed $1300 of work plus new tires and alignment. Then we met Steven at gear motors. He was so friendly and helpful and the complete opposite of the sellers we had been dealing with. We decided right away we wanted to buy from him. It took us a few visits and test drives to find the perfect car for us. When we did find the car we wanted Steven worked with us to assure we could afford it and we couldn't be happier. Anytime we need a vehicle in the future we'll be going back to gear motors for it.

Gear is a cash only lot. They don't help arrange financing. I saw there ad on face book but there was a ad under there's talking about financing but it had nothing to do with them,that was my fault i just assume it was there ad. I looked at one car ,my wife liked it and I would have bought it if they had some type of Financing there. It's a small lot,the people there were friendly enough to do business with.

Went to purchase a vehicle in cash. Went to look at a specific vehicle that was listed as 6,000. After test driving I was then told it would be 6,700 because of tax and title. I questioned for a minute. Gentleman then started getting upset with us and then said he wouldn't sell it to us for under 7k. Hopefully others will have an easier time with these people. Of course if they are willing to be that confrontational maybe they don't need anyone's money.

Just helped my girlfriend buy a car today, and received excellent service from the couple who owns the dealership. The prices are impossible to beat compared to other used car dealers and everything we test drove ran great and seemed reliable. I plan on recommending this place to anyone looking for an quality, affordable car.

Had a great experience here, they have tons of used cars for great prices. Just bought a 2005 Camry and love it! Will be recommending this lot to anyone needing a car. The couple that owns this place are super friendly and extremely helpful!

I wanna give Gear Motors a big shout out! I wanna say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for working with us. This was the first car lot we came to an I didn t look at no other lots in the area. Though I m familiar with a couple when we were looking at wheelchair vans. When I test drove our 2006 Jeep commander, I knew it was the vehicle for us. The folks at Gear Motors are some of the most friendliest folks you ll meet in the car business in this area. You can t beat the prices nor the quality. It was a great buying experience. Thanks again, I love my Jeep!

Was looking to purchase a car nothing too pricey for my kid who was turning 18 and needed some wheels. Upon pulling into the lot I noticed they had a small blue Ford (I believe it was a focus) out front. Walked inside seen a blonde haired lady sitting on a couch. Asked if she was who I need to speak with about possibly purchasing a car and she looked around puzzled and said yeah which one. I pointed out the focus and she said ok, proceed to go towards the computer then apologized to me that the computer was having some issues and they were unable to sell anything at that this time. Ok not a big deal for me I just wanted to shop around is all to see my options. I explained I was just looking to see how much they wanted for the car. She then got on the computer and stated for a ford explorer is was some odd ball amount. I politely told her an explorer is an SUV and that the vehicle I want to know more about is a car. She asked which one I pointed it out and she then told me it was not for sale. Um ok??? I then asked if they had any cheap vehicles in a certain price range was told no so I left. My feeling is that I clearly bothered her as she did not want to even greet me or try to sell a car. She also had zero knowledge of inventory and was not interested in being at work. Needless to say I found a car at a competitor down the street. 125 is full of dealerships rude behavior does not have to be tolerated.

Buyer beware. I am in disbelif at the disrespect I just received and because of this place I will NEVER buy from a used car lot again. I bought a traverse for 7000. When going over numbers I notice sale price was 9600 when I asked about this he said it was still 7000 he just had to play with the numbers to make it go through for gap insurance reasons.. Upon calling 4 days later to question this he said the 7000 was a cash only price which was never said. I put 2400 down. So I'm paying 12000 for a 7000 car. And that's not even before finance charges. I was calm and he started screaming at me. He said he I was there for he helped me for 6 hours I was there about an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. He was screaming so he probably had no idea what he was even saying. I said I am glad there is a video camera in the office and he went blastic. I kept trying to talk and say sir so I could just tell him I needed a breakdown because what was agreed upon is not what happened and he wouldn't stop yelling to let me talk. I hope someone will Reach out to us to reconcile this matter. I do not like to take advantage and do not like to be taken advantage of. What is fair is fair. And I would have probably accepted being ripped off blind but I will not be talked to like that when I've done nothing wrong. I can't believe some people can sleep at night ripping off the few people that still work. A breakdown of his reasoning for charging what he did is not unreasonable. But he still lied at the end of the day and that's just not right.

If you're looking for a vehicle, this is the place to shop. My daughter bought a car that broke down the next day, but they made it right by offering to fix her vehicle or switching to a different one although they didn't have to. I think that was very nice of them.

I needed a car after I got in a car accident and my car was totaled. I stopped here the guy was super nice until after the sale. He promised that there was nothing wrong with the car. I ended up buying it. THE DAY AFTER I buy it, it already had a problem. I ended up bringing the car back to him he tried to fix it but in the end it didn t. He tried to replace a coil in my engine. He ended up breaking my dip stick, so what did he do? Didn t tell me and just put tape around it and I would later on find it. This allowed air into my engine (which is bad). I haven t had this car more than 45 days and have already had to put $1200 into it. He fixes cars well enough to sell them. Don t go to him! I ve never had a worse experience before.

Gear Motors has the best prices in the Ohio area, Adham is a very respectful person, fair prices and worth what you pay, you will be happy with the service you get. They have a great and various collection of cars, you will definitely find what you might be looking for. Drop a visit and I am sure you will find something you will like.

Adam was more than willing to help me with a car and went out of his way to do what he could to help. I ve been struggling getting a car and he stayed on top of it. I highly recommend asking for him! If I could give more than 5 starts I definitely would! Thank you Adam for a great dependable car !

Had great experience with them i have 2010 Nissan Altima love it great price on car . They have alot of nice cars good condition in and out owners very nice will definitely recommend them to friends i drove from dayton oh to buy my car from them it was worth the drive........

We bought a car and literally a day later it s having multiple problems and then I called and he said sorry there s nothing we can do so I wouldn t buy a car from there because if you do happen to buy one with a problem they won t do anything about it and honestly every car there probably has something wrong with it
