Great place to go. Our Ford F150 had a sudden issue. They were able to diagnose and fix it the same day. Fair price and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Fugi and his crew are very knowledgeable in their business. Outstanding customer service and outstanding results. Very reliable. Experts in all things powerstroke. He may have a wait time ,but man is it worth it ,besides why do you think his garage is always full it s because he is the best !!!

Fugi's is the best place to have your Ford Powerstroke serviced on the east side of Cincinnati. Joe, the owner, is competent, professional and one hell of diesel mechanic. He maintains our entire fleet of 20+ Super Duty trucks. Just had my 2011 F250 serviced here. I had a coolant leak which Joe diagnosed and fixed. Both he and Tina were great to deal with and took the time to answer all my questions. They got me right in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend Fugi's and I will be back if I need anything else fixed that I can't do myself.

Joe maintains a small fleet of concrete form/pour trucks and we use them and abuse them, we are always able to get in a time matter. If Joe says it s needs it .. it needs it!! I am going on a road trip and my truck had some much needed repairs. Joe inspected my truck very thoroughly as it was his own and made the recommendations. Joe was awesome and I will be using him for all my truck needs. Tina also provided awesome customer service. Just talking with Joe, you can tell he's a professional who knows his business. He knows these diesel trucks inside and out. He fixed things the dealer could not. I'll be taking my diesel F-250 back to Fugi's for any maintenance in the future. Fugi Diesel was referred to me from another 6.7L owner with rave comments. I had never been to Joe's place, but we were about to travel out of state w/ the travel trailer and a miss developed on Monday, we were leaving Friday. Called Joe, explained the issue, and he said bring it in. Two days later it was fixed. Supreme service and communication!! When so many businesses are falling away from good service these days, Fugi Diesel is the model service provider that all businesses should imitate.
