These guys are fantastic. I bought a used cub cadet from a third party. Steering went out. These guys diagnosed it based solely on my description and sold me $20 worth of parts which I was able to use to fix my mower. They could have tried to upsell me on service or new equipment, but they didn t. Just good solid advice and assistance. They even printed out a diagram of my model for me! Highly recommend and I will be back for service.

Went in to get blades sharpened and a qt of oil. Blades were new, had a powder coat on them. They could've lied to me and charged me to for the service but did not. I realized I had left my debit card with my wife so the owner wasn't even going to charge me for the oil. I'll be a customer for life now.

Terrible company. Stopped in for a little advice and help on a part and the guy behind the counter refused to assist or even help me with my mower. My family and I have spent a lot of money there, no more. I will ensure I turn everyone I know away from this place and their shoddy customer service.

Great customer service!! We've had a few mowers serviced here and they always do a good job. Prices are reasonable and they offer pick up and delivery which is really convenient! The employees are very knowledgeable and happy to answer any of your questions.

Purchased a Cub Cadet mower from the Milford location. Glad I did with this company, rather than the big box stores. Service was top notch. It didn't get delivered when they said, but under the circumstances I understood. I Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Great place! Knowledgeable, courteous, polite, helpful, friendly staff! The riding mower they helped me pick is an outstanding mower. It has great power and doesn t bog down at all. It cuts really smooth. Highly recommend! Thank you.

I only did one star because I couldn t do zero stars. Clermont County equipment in Amelia is absolutely the worst. I bought a cub cadet commercial zero turn from them. It was the tank model. At the time the salesman told me it would be the last lawn mower that I would ever need to purchase. I owned it for 2 years and it started sputtering. I took it up to have it serviced and when I got it back it literally blew up on my wife s back and legs. I am so glad that it didn t permanently make or kill her. She was lucky. When I contacted them about it they said that there was nothing they could do or that they were responsible for. Buyer beware with this company. I will never do business with them again.

The last three times I have received the incorrect parts even when I have given them all the correct information of my equipment I still receive the wrong parts. This causes me to make trips back to the supplier causing me time and money for gas I expect when I go to an authorized Cub Cadet dealer and Stihl dealer that they would know their own parts and be able to supply me with the correct ones I find this unacceptable.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff with great customer service. Just bought a new chainsaw and they demonstrated the proper startup procedure, went over all the details, explained best fuels to use and how to store it long term. I also take all my blades here for sharpening and they did a great job replacing a hydraulic pump my mower too. CCE will continue be my first choice for all outdoor power equipment needs.

Great prices and so far great customer service! I will update with other interactions I have with this business. I would recommend for all small motored equipment, as they have the best brands and the backing to keep it running.

I purchased a Cub Cadet push mower from Clermont County Equipment in Amelia. The staff was friendly and their price was competitive. I will definitely use them for future purchases.

Very friendly staff. They actually talked me out of purchasing a more expensive mower then I needed. Price was very competitive, they have knowledgeable staff that does not talk down to you if you are not a "professional" landscaper.

Down to earth folks that genuinely wanted to help, rather than shove a piece of equipment at me. Knowledgeable and professional. Delivered my mower exactly when they said, and it of course worked flawlessly.

I was having trouble finding a part for my Cub Cadet Rider. Internet and Cub Cadet s website were not helpful but the two gentlemen in the store figured out the part I needed and had it in stock. I ll be back.

I was searching for a belt for my John Deere tractor, and asked if they had a replacement belt. I got the curt answer we re not a John Deere dealer, we can t help you . My question was not whether they were John Deere dealer, but rather whether they could help me find a replacement belt for my mower. It was a very unfriendly exchange, and I am not inclined to use them in the future.

My bad. Just bought a Cub Cadet clutch cable from them for over $50. Seemed very expensive. Checked online when I got home. Under $20. I'll buy online next time.
