I called and made an appointment at the Alliance Walmart Auto Center for an oil change. I arrived for my appointment on time and after waiting for over an hour, they told me they didn't have the fuel filter for my type of car so I would have to reschedule. They knew what type of car I had, they knew I was coming in at a scheduled time you would think they would be sure to have all the things needed prior to my arrival. Forget that, never again will I go there!

Walk ins would be helpful due to my spontaneous work schedule.. the whole making an appointment for an oil change sometimes causes me to have to take my business elsewhere due to time and convenience

Rude ladies at the desk. She was unwilling to help put a battery in my car. When I asked to borrow tools to do it myself, I was told no. The technicians do not want to help you.

Went here to get a tire replaced that blew. Got here at 430pm and was told there would be a wait while they proceeded to do an oil change of a car that came in after us. Two people in the department, phone ringing off the hook and no one to come help them.

Walmart Auto in Alliance, Ohio got two stars for today's visit. One for the friendly phone employee the day before and the second for the fact they could get my car serviced the next day. They lost the other 3 stars because: one, I was told 45-1hr wait time & didn't get in bay until 35 minutes after my appt time, two, because they replaced THE wrong tire, and three, because the service tech told me all the tire pressures were fine even though the bad tire was STILL on the car and reading 23 (32 is correct pressure)! Not cool! Do better Walmart!

Went to wal mart to get my tire changed Saturday. No big deal they ve replaced my tires and done a good job before. But when I went in I told them I knew my tire was leaking from around my valve stem and the man assured me that wouldn t be an issue. Fast forward to today when I wake up to go to work And what do I find but my brand new tire completely flat. So do not go to this Walmart for tire work because lord knows they ll jack your tire up just like mine.

The official hours say that they open at 7:00 am, but I waited ten minutes or so after that before they unlocked the door. That said, it's a quick, convenient, easy, and inexpensive way to get your oil changed as long as you don't spring for lots of extras. The "Pit Crew" oil change is as basic as it gets, but it gets the job done and it's as cheap as you'll find anywhere. Thanks folks.

Went in to have a tire repaired that had a screw in the tire and decided to have an oil change done while we were there. We waited an hour and a half to be told they did the oil change but wouldn t fix the tire, nor did they bother to reset the oil change light. HORRIBLE customer service we left went to Mr tire they got us right in were super friendly and helpful fixed our tire and also reset the oil change light that Walmart didn t bother to reset.

Getting a tire changed is by "appointment only" even if there are no vehicles in the parking lot or in the garage bays, with all the techs are just standing around not doing anything. Don't bother going here

Don't do it! I went for an oil change and I don't even think they changed (after waiting nearly 2 hours with only 2 cars ahead of mine). My car is telling me I still need to change my oil and it has never stayed on after having the oil changed, and they lyed saying they checked the tire pressure and put air in as needed. I caught this right away before leaving today and was able to have that fixed at least (I get that may sound petty, but don't lie about it).

My car battery died in the parking lot and Pam came out and jumped it for me. The battery was old and needed replaced that day and she was kind enough to replace it right then and there in the parking lot! I really appreciated the kindness they showed me. They didn't make me wait because I had groceries and two small children in the car. Excellent customer service! Thanks Pam!

WE WILL NEVER RETURN to this Walmart Auto Shop. Went in to simply rotate and balance the tires in the truck. They told us it would be a 2 hour wait (no problem) we sat around Walmart for 2.5 hrs and got a phone call saying they can t do anything with the truck due to the transfer tank being in the back which they SHOULD HAVE noticed when they went out to evaluate the truck and get the Vin number. VERY DISPLEASED! If I could rate this NO stars I would.

Good experience cheapest price for Saturday work to be honest quite often forget that they're even back there behind the store! Would typically do business with Vans or Murphy's but they're no longer open on Saturdays

I arrived at 7:40 thinking I've finally made it early enough to get in to get oil change however there was an issue that only one tech was there and said I couldn't get any service until 11;00 so I asked for some type of compensation and he wouldn't budge on anything nothing for my inconvenience however I have had service there and it was fine but extremely a LONG WAIT I will patronize the service again MS HARDY

Bought tires a few months ago from Alliance, OH, store. Worst mistake EVER!!!! We regret buying tires from here. Came in a couple of days ago for a leak. They "supposedly" fixed it. And yep, two days later, back again. Mechanic "hopes" it works this time. I feel so assured (insert eye roll).

Bought 4 new tires, they had them mounted and balanced in less than an hour. No issues at all with the service. Jon, the guy who rang me out though, could be taught at minimum...how to smile. Swap him for someone who wants to act like they want to be there, and BAM, 5 Star!

Good visit . Look to Walmart to get savings on brand names on engine oils and transmission fluidLook well into your choices and see the price differences. Although there was no book to get type of transmission fluid had to look at labels .the department was well stocked and had associates there to assist .oil and filters with windshield washer fluid was on the list today. Also purchased 120 watt spot light for garage .

Called and ordered a tire from them on wednesday. They had to get it shipped. It was supposed to be in on Friday and they would call me when it was in. I did not receive a call. I called them on Saturday and asked where the tire was. I was told it would be in, possibly on Monday. Since both dates I was given were 3 days after I called I think they just didn't order the tire. Theres no reason a tire should take nearly a week to possibly get. I Cancelled my order with them and called someone else. Big waste of time

Just sad. Part one: changed the oil and left the cap sitting on top of the engine. Part 2: attempted to replace two tires but couldn t figure out how to remove the hub caps. Attempted to remove the lug nuts through the hub caps and destroyed two lug nut. Still haven t installed the new tires. And this was all in two weeks. I d give them another shot but I m afraid my car won t survive a third attempt.

i went there to have my tires replaced. was told it would be 1 hr 30 min. however, it took over 2 and a half hours and they didn t even put the tires on correctlyService: TiresService: Tires

Dont go in here expecting to get the tires you need. I have a 98 dodge truck that I bought with 17 inch wheels from a newer dodge installed on it. They would not sell me tires as the wheel size had been changed. This is the last straw I will never shop at walmart again.

I went in to get my tires and battery checked out. Sam worked on my car and he was great! He clearly explained what was wrong with my car, gave me several recommendations, and treated me very respectfully the entire time.

Trash , wouldn't rotate my tires because they said " the pinch welds on my vehicle were rusty" so they couldn't lift it . OK , they may be rusty , but not rusted through. I mean it is ohio after all, and i had it lifted up by the same pinch welds not to long ago! Bet your ..ss if I was buying 500 dollars in tires they would have found a way to lift Alliance walmart auto is trash.

Not good at all. After 2 hours they decided their outdated tire machine wasn't able to accommodate my dually rims so I drove out of there with my old tires still on the truck and a gouged rim.......would give them 0 stars but not an option

Bought tires off walmart then to turn around they didn't have the correct socket to take the tires off my truck then to wait an hr and be told they couldn't even mount them but they can sure screw up your rim while trying if I could give 0 stars I would what a joke.

Tried going in at 5:30 when they close at 7, I only had 1 carry in with me. Only needed 1 tire and can t do it in an hour and a halve. Also came for 1 tire before and took them nearly 4 hours.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Told me they opened at 10am I got here at 10:30am and they don't open till noon can't drive back home cuz my tire has a hole in it so now I'm just stuck here waiting for them to open. And the Walmart worker I talked to about it this morning was extremely rude to me.

Fast and easy was nice enough last car to get into for the day got a screw in my tire heading home from work I Walmart help me out by let me in get my tire fixed
