Excellent service, prices and honest evaluations. Sometime you don't want to hear the facts, but the truth will set you free. Honest, caring, realistic about the job. They have serviced my families vehicles on more that three occasions. Never a disappointment.

Great first experience! Everyone was very friendly and most importantly, honest. I knew I needed some brake work and the tech was very honest to say that just the one set needed replaced. Even took me back to my office so that the work could get done the same day. Highly recommend!

Awesome place!!! I just moved to the area from Nevada a few days ago, and I got a car from Carvana delivered to my Ohio address. After only one day, the car started having problems with the engine overheating, and it was very stressful, not knowing the area whatsoever. I was stuck on the side of the freeway at 1 am, completely lost on what the problem was. The original shop didn t fix the problems that they delayed the delivery a week for. So I took it in to these guys and after 2-3 hours they told me exactly what was wrong with it. The price was very reasonable! Only $465 for a replacement of 3 parts. I was very pleased with how straight to the point the employees were, and how quick the process seemed to be. I live 20 minutes away, but i will definitely be returning back if any other problems occur, and will be recommending this shop to everybody I can!

Quick, courteous, dependable and reasonable. Excellent customer service from start to finish and my car feels and smells great! Great experience that started out as a simple oil change...Got a dreaded check engine light. Uptown said they would run a diagnostic on car to see what is going on. Found a misfire issue. They called, let me know what was going on and already had a solution. Repaired it right away. Really impressive and appreciated. Quick, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them for your car needs.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Had a self tapping screw puncture one of my tires, I was lucky enough to be driving by Uptown Auto pulled in and they fixed me up in less than an 1/2 hour. Super friendly and the price was very reasonable, I would recommend them to my family and friends.

They said it would take two hours. 1 hour later my van is fixed and the price is as they said it would be. Great service and work! They could've taken advantage of me being from out of country but they delivered on their quote! Definitely 5 star!

Truck detail:There were spots on my windows I couldn t clean out myself, and Uptown did a great job of that. Some parts of the interior had some spots and I couldn t get out as well. Uptown did a great job of making everything look new again.Fast Friendly Service.

Usually get my oil changed here and some car work done. The staff is great and knowledgeable, they are very honest and do good work. They are always very helpful and I strongly recommend this place for anyone needing work done on their car. And very importantly the prices are very fair and they wolnt break your bank account.

Chris, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and will help explain things that may or may not need fixing or show you something that may need fixing or can wait to be fixed, but gives you the heads up about the issue. Had a lot of front end suspension done on my 07 Ram and noticed that I needed front brakes and I asked if I should replace all 4 and he said no rear we still good and over 50% where as the front were at 25% and needed them. Told me wait on the rear which helped me out a ton because I was already dropping 3k in the front suspension. Awesome staff and will take care or your vehicle

The people at Uptown Auto are very friendly and knowledgable.They did a free overall check on my car and found things wrong with it that I already knew about but didn't mention, so I could put those repairs off longer.But then they offered to repair it all for such a good price that I couldn't turn it down.It was fast service, too.I was waiting to get it done because of how much money and time it was going to cost me, but now I don't have to worry about it at all. Plus my car is running a million times better. No more headache... Very pleased!

Uptown Auto is 5 stars, every time. They are timely and accurate in all they do, customer centric in everything they say and do, honorable and never trying to line their pocket with work that isn't needed. You won't find better!

They lied about multiple things that supposedly needed replaced on my truck. I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion on each thing and they both said Uptown was way off. Seems like they just try to fool you into replacing stuff that doesn t need to be. Was also told it would take 30 minutes to get it looked at and it took 3 1/2 hours to get it back. Way overpriced on tires as well.

Got into Alliance around 7pm on Friday and went to eat. Made a trip to Walmart after dinner and when I went to stop, the brake pedal hit the floor. Made it back to the Holiday Inn Express without incident and ask around for a repair shop. The front desk recommended Uptown Auto Service next to the Texas Roadhouse, it was close so I took a chance.The plan was for a quick repair and onto the range by lunch, well that changed. What started as one line leaking ended up being three. By the time it was done all the lines were bad and they replaced them. I advised my predicament, 5 hrs. from home and I needed to leave Sunday. The mechanic and the Service Manager, John Marshall, stepped up and stayed three hours past close on a Saturday to finish the job. They could not find the brake line kit available on a Saturday, so they handmade all the lines and got the job done. They offered to take me to the range or back to the hotel while they repaired it, but a ton of gear would need to be transferred. The repair cost was fare for the time they spent and the inconvenience I caused them. I recommend these guys if you are in Alliance for training and need auto service or tire repair.

They charged me $280 for a new battery. $115 labor! I am a student at Mount Union and I believe I was railroaded. Will never use again or recommend.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Honestly this place gets talked about alot and it's always bad but my personal experience they are great. I rather have a shop be completely honest with me than try selling me parts and things that are not broken or bad and that's what they are they tell you what they recommend and what's actually broken and leave the decision on what to do up to you. Couldn't ask for better service

Awesome service, they gave me great service, for a great price and they even showed me the issues with my vehicle and gave me options that were beneficial to me. Honest and trustworthy service.
