Just bought my husband a used truck here. George Clark was such a wonderful salesman- extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would buy a car from him again without a second thought. When it came time to complete the purchase, Eric was also great. Very professional and very efficient. Even though I could have purchased a vehicle closer to home, I drove nearly an hour for the exceptional service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because whoever cleaned /prepped the truck did a poor job on the interior. The seats and floors were vacuumed, but I had to spend 45 minutes cleaning the other surfaces. All in all, would definitely recommend this dealership.

If I could leave zero stars for this company, I would do so. I ve purchased multiple vehicles over a decade through Sarchione and this is the first time I ve been beyond disappointed in them. I took my truck in for service because something was wrong with the radio. They did diagnostics and said it needed a part and labor that was close to $1000. We decided not to have it done there and get a second opinion and found out that the radio mute button was on the entire time (nothing was wrong with the radio- it works perfectly!). We still had to pay over $100 for the inaccurate diagnostics, which we were not told about the fee and was also told by a service department member to not ever come back. Also when my husband walked in to get the truck keys a lady at the desk said they found a buyer for the truck it s just $15,000 short and laughed (we didn t find it funny and how did she know we were looking to sell it? Salesman talking??). I called the sales person that helped us buy the last two or three vehicles from them, and he said that he would take care of it and ensure we got a refund for the diagnostic charge. This was the beginning of December and I still have not heard anything from anyone there. I reached out to the salesman today and was basically told it s not his problem that I need to reach out to a manager. Great customer service Jimmy! I ve tried to reach out to John Sarchione and the general manager several times without a callback from either. Never again will we be back to any Sarchione for any reason! You ve lost a loyal customer you ve had for over a decade.

Salesman Jimmy was terrific to work with! Super laid back and no pressure. Everything was upfront and straight up with Jimmy. AJ in finance was very clear and thorough throughout the process. Great dealership with great people. Keep it up!!!

I recently bought a new 2023 Ford Explorer Timberline through Sarchione's in Alliance and had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Paumier and Andy Mayle with my purchase. I recommend these two guys for all you new vehicle needs they were great and had all the answers you'd ever need. My purchase was the quickest and fastest I've ever dealt with! These guys are the guys you need when purchasing a new vehicle!

I couldn't find a specific vehicle within a 2000-mile radius, and I didn't want to wait 6-9 months for a new one to be built - Adam at Sarchione Ford of Alliance helped me purchase the vehicle that I was looking for as well as facilitate the transport pickup. If you can't find what you're looking for locally and become an out-of-state buyer like I was, I highly recommend this dealership.

Thank you to Amedeo Marino for an exceptional buying experience. I purchased a new F250, and it couldn t have been an easier experience. Fair price on my trade-in, fair price on the new truck. Overall, it was obvious that Amadeo and Sarchione aren t trying to take advantage of anyone, just trying to sell quality vehicles at good prices and provide great customer service along the way. I will be a returning customer

I bought a Dodge Journey a few months ago from Sarchione. Jimmy actually came in on his day off to meet with me, then came back later to meet me and my husband and get us in our car. He was so down to earth, explained everything to us and went above and beyond to get us in this car. I spoke to a few others from other dealerships and they weren't honest and way too pushy, bordering on creepy. Jimmy was awesome!! Thank you so much!!

Best Ford dealer in the area! The entire staff here has been more than helpful, friendly and attentive to my needs. Salesman Adam White is the best there is! He has continued to go above and beyond even after the sale to ensure that we are happy.

Fantastic experience. Granted, this was not your "normal" car purchase but in today's crazy world Andy made it simple and smooth. Long distance purchase of a beautiful F150 with low miles. Entire process took a week.... signed papers with Notary on Monday and had my truck Friday.

We had the pleasure of working with Adam recently to purchase a used F-150. He was absolutely phenomenal! There was zero pressure to purchase, no ridiculous add ons, and he listened and completely validated our unique needs related to having two large dogs. He was deeply knowledgeable about this vehicle, and the car buying/trading process in general. He gave myself and my husband equal attention, never dismissing my questions or concerns in favor of my husband s feedback.When it came to the financing, AJ was also great to work with. He has a very brass tacks approach, which I personally really appreciate. He didn t try to oversell us on things we didn t need, but did champion the protection plan in a way that felt no nonsense and completely practical.Y all are 45 min away from us, and I have a feeling we will return when the time comes for our next new vehicle. Thankfully, we brought home a very solid truck that should last us for many many years and meet all of the needs of our family.Thanks for an amazing car buying experience!

From the time I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, until leaving with keys in hand, my buying experience was amazing and stress free. My salesman, Adam White, was very kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The receptionist was nice and helpful when I asked for a non pressure salesman. Great job Sarchoine for hiring these two associates that made my day better!

Looked at pickups for close to two years, really didn't want to pull the trigger on a $50K+ truck but then it "was time". My 19 year old F350 while still in decent shape needed replaced. I spotted this RAM on Montrose's Web listing and stopped in to check it out. It was one heck of a great price, I was second in line but first with the cash. Great sales experience given they were in the driver seat with buyers lined up. I've had the truck for about three months now and put on about 4,000 mostly work miles. It has given me zero problems and has performed better than expected. I also give the sales team and administration great marks for being very helpful during the purchase process.

Terrific place to shop for a vehicle. Dave Kress was great with getting me set up for buying my F150. If John Sarchione shakes your hand saying he's going to make things right he does. Really great place to pick up a vehicle. Definitely going to come back when I need another vehicle!!!

Unfortunately I won t be able to shop here. The way the service department treated my best friend while working on his damaged vehicle is unacceptable.Details The transmission on his 2020 vehicle went bad. Friend bought an extended warranty that should have covered the repairs. Vehicle was turned in for repair. Two months and the vehicle had yet to be returned. Finally vehicle was completed based on the GM requirements. Service claims that only half of the repairs they completed were necessary. All the while GM says differently.Long and short of it, dishonesty is not acceptable. Fair treatment and quality work should be a given.I am certain that I will seek out another dealership for repair and service moving forward.

We bought my vehicle from Sarchione, Alliance a year ago. They ve done a great job with every service I have needed. They also really came through for me today. As I was in Alliance my tire pressure warning light came on. A rear tire was quickly losing air. I got my vehicle to them. They took it right in, found a large bolt in my tire, patched my tire up and sent me on my way in about 30 mins with NO charge.

This used truck has been a costly nightmare! The salesman was dishonest during this sale and did not disclose to me the hidden problems with this truck. The truck was never serviced to begin with and I asked multiple times during the purchase if it had been. The old fuel filter fell off the truck and left me stranded in a canyon with no cell service two days after purchase. Now the truck is in the shop and the emissions system from the EGR, DPF and exhaust is so clogged the truck hardly runs. This is gonna cost me thousands to fix and I have only had the truck 2 months and barely drive it. Obviously the truck never went through any multiple point inspection and I'm sure the salesman sat back and laughed about how much money he made off the resale. I asked repeatedly during this sale if the truck was inspected and to disclose any potential problems. They said there were no problems the truck is mechanically sound. Three shocks were blown out and have invested over $2600 hundred in paint and rust repair far beyond what was visible that I was aware of. This is the most dishonest experience have ever gone through. The only reason One star is given is because this site will not let you post unless one star is given. Vehicle safety and integrity does not seem to be a priority at this dealership.

Car buying is by no means a fun experience. It's stressful as ever! Lucky for me, Dave Kress dealt with my near panic attacks and helped me though the experience (if you didn't pick up on it- this was my first car). I am now the proud owner of a Ford Escape that I love. I would recommend Montrose and more importantly Dave Kress to guide you through your car buying experience. I also want to throw a "shout out" to Josh in the financing department: he was patient and great with explaining everything and working the best plan for me.

Chris Kraft took care of fianc� getting a new vehicle. The process was super easy because Chris made it that way. He didn t rest until he found the perfect vehicle for us for our price range and everything we needed in a vehicle. There was even a time when I said, This one would work he disagreed and found a better one. There s not enough stars to rate his exceptional customer satisfaction.

I can't express how good of an experience I had with Christopher Kraft and Eric Meyer. Usually, when I buy a vehicle I feel pressured or a little uncomfortable. I didn't feel that way at all; I'm very happy with my experience.
