I don't do reviews at all but I knew I had to for my experience with Action Sport Cycles. It was great from the very 1st phone call I made to them. Heather was outstanding she told everything I needed to know gave me a time frame an it was spot on. I called back a few days later about adding a winch an snow plow. Her an the nice lady in the parts department went way above to make it happen. The day I went to pick up my sxs it's like walking into a family's home nice an welcoming the guy in the service department went over every inch of it in great detail. They did me solid I recommend them I'll be going back to them for my next toy. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could

Bought my third ATV from Action Sports Cycles. If you want a great experience buying an ATV go though Action Sport Cycles. Friendly staff, fast service.

Best shop around. Don't waste your time at hardings or any of the other horrible shops. These guys are polite, professional and fast. And by far the best on price. Thank you guys so much

Nice place and all but if you go to have them look at your tires or anything they will instantly do what needs done in the back before telling you and charge you without any knowledge

They had some nice four wheelers, motorcycles, and side by side. Not many but for a small business store they had nice one's. It took a bit before someone came out to talk to us. We just looked around while waiting. She was friendly and apologized to us for not being out sooner.

The mechanic is knowledgeable and friendly, front desk less so. It took me 2 and a half months to get an appointment for a repair (busy, somewhat understandable) but now it's been over 2 months there and still no motorcycle. Also, no calls or updates from them other than what I have had to call in and push for. So yes 4 months total of waiting and still counting. Not a good experience.

This has to be the worst parts department ever. I was looking for generic aftermarket turn signals and was handed a catalog and told to find them. Parts department looks like a flea markek!

I called to schedule an appointment to get some work done on my shadow. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude, told me that this was a Yamaha/ Suzuki dealership and I would have to take my bike somewhere else. I have had the bike serviced there for last 3 years and the previous owner since was purchased new in 94.... Never again!!!!

Picked up my new Yamaha MT-07 yesterday from Action! Heather was excellent to work with from the first time I called them looking for one when there were none on showroom floors anywhere, putting up with me every week asking about the status of delivery, to the day I picked up! Made buying my first motorcycle extremely easy. Dave was also very friendly going over the bike with me and making sure I felt comfortable before leaving to ride home.Would recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle, dirt bike, or atv.

Bought a wr250r from Action. One of the best experiences i've ever had purchasing a vehicle of any kind. Service department knows what they are doing, and sales staff was extremely helpful without being pushy. Got the deal i wanted, got the bike i wanted, and could find a single thing to complain about. Action is definitely a place to consider, i would go as far as to say it should be the first place you look. My new "goto" shop for sure. Thanks for the great bike, great deal, and great service!!

Went there to buy a wolverine Heather was vary nice to work with. Have bought parts there before and have always been fair. It's a small shop but the parts and service are always willing to help.

Got me in and out fast. Needed a tube for a dirt bike. They had it replaced it and we were on our way. Nice staff.

The guys are always helpful but the women that works there should not be in customer service of any kind she's borderline rude and makes me feel unwanted everytime I go in or call. Seriously contemplated giving them my business multiple times because of her.

Very honest motorcycle shop. Sales, service, or parts your guaranteed 100% customer satisfaction. Parts department went above and beyond to see my autistic son had his dirt bike up and running..

I went to Athens sport cycle because I have a side by side Yamaha 1000 and I need a transmission repair they did not repair the transmission and didn't need it but they did repair and replace my clutch plates prices are a little high in my opinion but what can you do not many places who work on side by sides but the price was okay because I did save money by taking the transmission out myself which was a great pus of course now I believe my differential is bad and not my transmission to put the clutch in it was well over $1,000 plus over a month get it done only bad thing was they told me if I took it out myself the transmission he would only take about two weeks my life's been a little over a month and I finally got it but they did do a good job and I guess they're busy I believe they had problems getting the parts and that's what took so long cuz it really wasn't that hard of a job since it was just the clutch plates but if you're looking to get your side by side or motorcycle fixed or to purchase one this is a good place to go they seem to be honest people and will work with you I hope you get what you need

Friendly helpful staff. They stock alot of parts for bikes, and also have great service mechanics. Husband has been going there for years.

Not a place to buy a bike. Service department, however is fine. They deal with older, vintage, bikes and parts. Amazing how every review except this one (mine) is 5 stars. Hmmm.

I'm 39 y.o. this year and my dad used to get his stuff from these guys. It's not a load of bull what these guys are telling you, they probably have it or can get it for you the fastest. Many times I have been blown away by the things i have found with these guys. Knowledgeable, these guys live motorcycles!

Drove an hour and a half to buy an Harley Davidson Street Bod that was on sell, yet, when I arrived the customer service was extremely lacking and nonresponsive.We drink drove there to pay 12,000 for that bike, yet, when we got there it was 3:37pm and the sales rep stated she would not sell us the bike today, due to, them closing at 4pm.Like, really, :(, you'll let 12,000 walk out the door just like that ? Good luck with sales.
