We have spent a lot of money at this store ! Thousands and thousands and the recent work they did for us was horrible two of our cars had problems under lights stopped working after a month and light bars on two of our vehicles almost blew off all over the highway they refused to fix any of it without us paying another thousand , the new guy at the desk lost our business! You did intend on charging more my son came out with a typed up Invoice

Stopped by to see what it would cost to have my speaker looked at because it buzzes. We were going to lunch at Chives next door. Frank was great and popped outside to listen to it. He tried all different settings and figured it was part of my backseat door handle that was causing the rattle/buzzing sound. Thanks Frank it was great to drive to work with the volume up. First time in over a year.

The guys at Horizon Audio are great. Friendly, knowledgable, and want to make you feel like you are part of the Horizon family. Had a remote start put in my daughters car and they got me in early and got everything done quick and professionally. I would highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.

Such an amazing job! Walked in with a few ideas and he informed me of some better ideas and I rolled with them! I am really glad I did! The car looks and sounds absolutely amazing! Really happy with the sales, install and the one on one attention to make my car look and sound great. This is the 3rd vehicle I have brought to them, and it just keeps getting better and better. Thank you!

I ve done business with these guys plenty of times. Always treat me very professionally. Always super helpful, and make sure they get you right every time. Especially one worker, I believe his name was Scott? He s the guy to go to.

Aaron, at Horizon when the extra mile in replacing the radio in the 5th wheel trailer.I was not able to bring the trailer to the shop, but that was not an issue for Aaron. He came to the house, he even did it after hours on his way home. He was able to find the issue and order the replacement head unit. Aaron kept us in the loop during the whole process.If you have a travel trailer and you want a great sounding stereo call Aaron and his team.

I will first state that I have been a store manager of a which involves customer services and sales. If you're looking for that at the Alliance Horizon Audio store please look elsewhere. As I needed a broken tail light replaced. I went into that location on 4/21/2023 and had them order me a set at exactly 1:59PM. After doing some research online I called the minute they opened the next day (4/22/2023) to cancel the order. I had the unpleasantries of dealing with Faiz, which within seconds stating that the product had already shipped. He would then proceed to tell me that he would try to cancel the order, as if it had already shipped my $98 deposit wouldn't be refundable. As I didn't hear back from Faiz until 5/15/2023 when in which he called me to ask if I still wanted them to install the tail lights they ordered. Mind you, 3 weeks 3 days later. I then explained how I had already bought somewhere else and had my new ones installed for the same price as horizon would have charged. He then stated and I quote, " Well that's a shame cause now we are keeping your $98 deposit". That was fine with me due to his attitude and the condescending tone in his voicemails and calls. Horizon can kindly keep the $98 and lose all the potential future revenue that they may have gotten, not only with my truck but also the wife's jeep. I have utilized their services in the past and have loved the customer service that I've had with Scott and Tony, but now the cousin of the owner Faiz is there he's willing to lose all future profits for the store over $98, which is 1 hr of labor. It's harder to find new customers then it is to keep the great ones.

I'm sure I'd be giving five stars if I went there but for my minor problem that I had and understanding technology the person who answered the phone gave me a few suggestions on what I might try and the problem was handled without ever taking my vehicle up there. They won't be able to help everybody like that but I'm sure from the intelligence of the person answering the phone that there's no way they won't do an amazing job on your car stereo system or whatever you have them install.

Awesome employees as well as 10 star service. I would definitely recommend getting whatever service you need from these guys. They certainly know what they are doing. Backed by their 100% warranty on anything they do.

Scott and Tony r amazing they installed carbon wing carbon skirt and remote start radio and soon interior lighting I cant says enough about this shop I'm definitely hooked on there excellence. Thanks guys

I just want to give a shout out to the team at horizon. You guys did a fantastic job with my rims and tires! My speakers sound better than they ever have! I'm thankful that I found a place that knows what they are talking about when it came to product and knew what I was talking about when I was describing what I was looking for. My husband bought a remote start for the car. It was a great place. Dropped off and picked up on time. They said 2 hours and the timing was perfect. I would definitely buy more from them. Maybe window tinting next time

Owners are good guys. . . Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and selection is up-to-date. We've taken 3 cars here over the years.::::Update:::: I've had my windows done now for 4 months.... Still looking and holding up great.

This is my 3rd for 4th time going to the horizon in alliance and every-time I go back the service gets better and better. Scott helped be resound my entire Jeep and did an excellent job. Service was great and he helped get us the best deal possible. 5 star employees along with 5 star work that done. Will definitely be going back!

I ve been going to horizon audio for many years for all of my cars needs. Not just because it s a local store for me, Mainly because they all care about the customers needs and ideas. Aaron is phenomenal and so is all of his staff. Very knowledgeable and understanding. I recommend shopping here hands down. They have the best deals!

I have been a satisfied customer for a long time and upgraded stereos in several vehicles over the years. Aaron and Sean are good guys and try to make everyone happy and satisfied at a reasonable cost. Just bought another vehicle and will be looking to upgrade the radio pretty soon.

I had leather seats installed in a vehicle and they did a great job. There was a small issue and Aaron (the owner) took care of it and made it right. I appreciate the great customer service provided by Horizon Audio.

Every time I call these guys they all say have an answer for me. Had my windows tinted in my 2014 Chevy 1500 back in 2017 an it was an outstanding job as usual. I won t go to anyone else with any of my audio needs or window tinting. Hands dow the best around!!!!

I stopped in today in alliance and a gentleman named Scott helped me and he gave me the information I needed to fix my problem with my stereo. He is a really nice guy and you should go see him with any issues or anything you may need. Great job and thank you!!!

Horizon Audio of Alliance is awesome. I've gone there for better than 10 years for installs, audio equipment and also help. They are always friendly and the store is clean and stocked with all kinds of goodies for your ride! Very well done Horizon Audio!!

Took my car to them to fix what I perceived to be a bad ground wire on my line out converter, and was told that I had bad "signal wires". After paying for the fix and installation of new wires, I learned that now my remote gain adjustment does not work anymore, my car still has buzzing while nothing is playing (even with the stereo turned off), and, in the 13 hours since the "fix", Randomly got quiet whilst I was playing music. For a professionals job, It worked much better when I installed it myself the first time, and lasted A LOT longer than 13 hours and didn't have this loud humming sound.
