We pulled in unannounced with our ambulance, said we had a flat tire and we were out the door in less than 20 minutes!!! They found a nail in the sidewall, had a new tire on hand and had us back on the road in no time. It was incredible! Super nice people, awesome service even though it was cold with slushy ice everywhere! Top notch!

These locations have very low skilled technicians. I wouldn t recommend even letting them change a lug nut on any vehicles. I took a 2000 Ford F-350 7.3 wrecker tow truck in to have some repairs done. Specifically being: a hydraulic ram for the wheel lift, new ball joints, new tie rods, new sway bar links, new tires, and a complimentary oil change. Their top mechanic changed a fuel filter without my consent. When removing the old one, he pounded the filter housing cap off with a hammer and broke the housing. Nobody told me, got my truck back not running and leaking fuel. Was assured by their top tech that it was 100% the filter housing. Upon replacing the filter housing, the truck still wouldn t run. Chugged white smoke trying to crank, but no start. After almost a month or two my diesel technician decided to pump the fuel out of the tank to put fresh in. To our surprise the fuel was literally tan in color, very similar to what hydraulic oil looks like that should have been in the hydro tank to replace the fluids lost when replacing the whee lift cylinder. Their tech has let this issue ride on for months instead of coming clean and admitting his mistake. After quite a long period of time of my truck bring down, me losing money since it s my daily work truck, and countless hours of trying to chase their mistake, they don t seem to care one bit about making it right. Going on 2 weeks now since I ve called and made the shop, as well as corporate aware, I sit here with thousands of dollars lost and spent on fixing their screw up. Would highly recommend anyone steer clear and find a more reputable fit for your needs

Called them for an on sight tractor tire repair. He didn't have anyone immediately but he worked on finding someone for me and got it fixed in no time! Really went above and beyond!! Greatly appreciated

Good place for delivery, arrive, back in to dock empty and go. Just little fun for loading dock depending on with way you came from but not real bad. Either way the load will empty.
