Fantastic job. Towed the truck and fixed it right away. i called for quotes to repair to other shops they tried to rip me off. But Jason took care of my truck. Thank you. Look no further. This is one stop shop for your needs and best prices for the service. Got my radiator, air charger, and bumper replaced a few weeks ago due to a major damage caused by a deer collision. Overall I was attended to more than promptly, they got out of their way to get the parts and I was done by Mon evening even though the incident occurred Mon 1a.m.My biggest concern was the insurance settlement since I went ahead with the repairs a little too soon but that worked out as well.Spacious parking, well organized, probably not the cheapest option compared to my home shop but time is money, I was out of my deductible either way. Quality repair , handled everything from towing to delivering parts, painting the bumper, etc.

These folks are great!! And great at what they do, friendly,fast and thorough they towed me in and I was fixed next day there needs to be more folks like this in the repair business

They towed my vehicle after an accident. They went above and beyond in helpfulness, even getting a photo of my vehicle after I'd signed it over. I've never experienced such good customer service, and I highly recommend them.

Took advantage of my daughter when she was vulnerable and shaken up from hitting a deer at 1:30am! Immediately hooked up to the vehicle before giving her a price for towing or asking what she wanted done with the vehicle. My daughter didn t even call them. Then wanted to charge her $200 to tow the vehicle 1.4 miles $145 of that is clean up fee when there really wasn t even anything to clean up. She didn t want the vehicle towed, just moved off the road for the night until we could look at it in the daylight. Now she is forced to pay this ridiculous fee or turn it into insurance in order to get her car back from the crooks. What they did was dirty and it appears from other reviews that this is a common practice for them.

Had a tow from Uppper Sandusky to Ada. Wouldn't give me a price over the phone and jacked me for $225 after it was towed....
