I would highly recommend Don's. Everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. They did a beautiful job replacing our hood and excellent color match. I feel they even went a beyond by sprucing the outside and inside a bit . Thanks for the great service. Much appreciated!

Don s Collision shop was professional from the original assessment, to scheduling the appoint and parts and even helped when I had an issue with the rental car company. The office staff and mechanics, painters were all top notch and way above my expectations!! I hit a deer last November, and my car had parts on back order and my car was sitting for 9 months. Melissa and the team called me every week with updates and even gave me information to help with rides and other things I needed help with. Over all they were so helpful and I really appreciate everything they did for me!

Excellent experience with my car repair. Shop communication was very good, handled everything with my insurance company, and I was even able to leave my rental there for Hertz to get it when my car was finished saving me the time coordinating returning my rental car. 100% Satisfied!

They did a great job. When I dropped my truck off they gave me a day they thought it would be done, sure enough it was right on the money. Truck looked great and I have no complaints. Would recommend!

I had a great experience here in 8/2021. I went here due to a fender bender and they were great from the beginning. Took care of all my insurance stuff and the work was completed MUCH quicker than estimated. I will go back if God forbid, something ever happened again

The insurance co recommended this shop and when I looked at Google, I saw the reviews online and was looking forward to trying it. From the beginning, the experience has exceeded my expectations. The communication was excellent, the workmanship was perfect and I picked up a freshly washed car. Super impressive team there- friendly and wonderful! Dons was an absolutely top notch shop. They looked at the vehicle, set realistic expectations and timeline, ordered parts, installed, finished, cleaned, and contact way quicker than expected. They worked directly with insurance AND Enterprise for vehicle pickup. I cant think of a single thing they could have done better. I worked with Jason and he was professional and patient through the whole thing.Service: Body & Trim

I m telling you, Don s is the BEST in the central Ohio area. They are very good at what they do and are very particular about doing a great job. The staff at Don's is hands down the most professional team I have ever encountered. The quality of the work is far superior to anything I have ever seen. Let me say I am a customer for life. I highly recommend Don's for any collision repair. My truck was involved in an accident, and this team repaired it the right way. They handled everything from start to finish. They were able to complete everything in a very very timely manner, and communicated with me the entire time and kept me in the loop about everything. Very happy with the results from my service; my car looks brand new. I was able to see pictures during every step of the repair. Communication was excellent. The staff is very friendly and the quality of the repair seems great. On top of it all, the turnaround was very fast. I will be recommending Don s to any family and friends in need of body work.

Can not say enough good things about this business! From the second I, and my Weimaraner Grace, walked in we were treated like family! This was by far the best customer service experience from anywhere, let alone car repair shop. From the the Owners to the staff, every was extra helpful and kind and went above and beyond. Melissa very nice and accommodating, Jason was super full in explaining and keeping me up to date. They took excellent car of my car and had everything done days before expectation.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone I ever came in contact with, wether in person or on the phone, was extremely polite. They did a great job on keeping me updated about the progress of my vehicle and the parts that were ordered for it. Once my car was finished with the repairs (front end damage) I could not believe how fantastic of a job they had done. They completely blew away my expectations and I received the car in a short amount of time given all of the work they did. 11/10.

Very pleased with their service. They were quick and efficient. Most of all they dealt with the other insurance company to speed up payment. The shop is clean and has state of the art equipment. They helped with return of rental car.

They did a horrible job with their time management and said it would take 3-4 weeks instead it took 6 weeks and I still had to take it back after all of that to get the alignment fixed. Honest, quick and very well priced. After recommendations from many friends, we have been happy customers for years. Not only have the repairs & tune-ups gone well, but on multiple occasions they have talked through an issue over the phone, saving me a trip and check-up a few different times (like when my heat shield was coming off).
