Brett, Ben, Charlie, and the rest of the crew at this Midas location have treated me and my family like we are their family. I really appreciate how they give options and recommendations on what should be done and what can be deferred. They are upfront with the costs. You and your car will be in the hands of exceptional professionals. They operate honestly and put their customers first.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. They managed to get me in before the booked appointment and resolved all of the issues with the vehicle very quickly. I appreciate all of the help. I will definitely come back here for all of my vehicle needs. I suggest others do the same.

Had the best experience today! We were able to schedule day of, they sent an email and were ready when we arrived, whoever was working front desk around 4 was very knowledgeable, gave us an service time estimate, and was done even earlier than he quoted. The free tire repair was honest, they did not try to sell us anything else, and we were in and out in less than 30 min. Very appreciative of the service here :)

Hands DOWN! The BEST, Most Honest shop Ever. Took my daughter s car in for a brake and air inspection. We were positive she needed new brake pads and rotors. Well come to find out, she didn t. The man who helped us said they just needed cleaned up from brake dust and the brakes were fine. Also gave us the heads up on the air repair that the dealership would have to do. SUPER Impressed with the honesty and integrity, as it s So very hard to come by now days! Especially when dealing with car repair shops. If you re looking for Honesty you ve found the right place.

The best Midas location in my opinion. Always knowledgeable, willing to help, very hard working in any weather conditions. This Location deserves better such as fans in the garage for summer. I remember it being so hot that one of their own employees had to go buy an huge industrial fan out of pocket just to help the team not getting exhaustion. You guys are truly great !!

Wanted to give this place a huge shoutout for helping me with my car. Long story short- I took my car to a Valvoline to get my oil change. When I was there, the worker mentioned I had a pretty significant oil leak and needed to get my car looked at. I was able to schedule an appointment with Midas quickly. Once I got there, the workers took some time to inspect my car. The workers discovered that there was actually not an oil leak and the area where my oil is located was just really dirty. I was so pleased to hear that I wasn t going to have to pay a bunch of money to get this fixed.I really appreciate this company for being so open and honest about my car. I feel like there are times these car companies can come up with additional problems to nickel and dime you but not this place! We will definitely be moving our car services to this place!

Dropped off 2 cars for oil changes and tire rotation today. Greeted by a very professional young man that was very accommodating and helpful. Cars were completed very timely. Also provided a full vehicle inspection. At pick up he provided a detailed explanation of all the services provided. Been using this location for years and always had a good experience.

Very positive experience, considering I'm spending money to fix a car. Ben, the Assistance Manager, is excellent; he is attentive, clearly communicates the repair process, and answers questions in an easy-to-understand and professional manner.

The techs performed a full inspection of my vehicle with a reasonable price for it. They went over most of the issues they identified and explained the repercussions of not having these issues performed. Due to an extreme total for all services provided, I chose to take the car home and have the services performed at a later time. When I came in and dropped my vehicle off, they provided me with a quote for the services I requested, took the car and had it available 3 days later (the work was extensive.) They called me and provided a new quote when they identified a concerning issue. They weren't pushy and they didn't advise me of issues that weren't obvious. What I mean by that is other shops will recommend a bunch of services that aren't necessary and they didn't seem to puff smoke on my maintenance requirements.

On my way home today I realized I had a nail in my tire causing it to flatten at an increasing rate. I called Midas on Friday evening about an hour or so prior to them closing. They told me to come through in spite of the time constraint. After fixing my flat they didn't even charge me for the labor. I've been going to this location for many years. I can honestly say these folks have been the most trustworthy and honest mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I wrote a 5 star review 6 years ago.. and it's still 5 stars today! I've moved all over the city and still drive to New Albany to this Midas- they are that spectacular. They've helped me to keep driving my almost 14 year old car without destroying me financially. They're honest, trustworthy, and dependable. Went in for a brake service and explained that I needed just the minimum required repairs as I do not plan on keeping my vehicle much longer. Quote went from $300 to $1000 with added repairs that were not needed with parts incredibly marked up. They also refused to do the minimum requested services. I ended up doing the repairs myself for a fraction of what they were going to charge me.

This is my go to place for any car issue. Have not experienced customer service to their standard and knowledge break down from any car repair shop to their level. Ben is phenomenal and as long as he s still there you can know this shop with be running great.

I brought my car there to find out why the car could not accelerate. Initially they asked me to pay $150 for testing and diagnosis to find out what was the cause. Two hours later they called me and asked for more test! and it would cost $150 more! they should not charged the customer tests after tests for additional money. I took my car back after I paid $150 for nothing.

Visited this place to fix my splash shield today, the work was done quickly and professionally, and the mechanics showed me which part got damaged and offered me practical solutions. This is the greatest experience I ever had at a car repair shop. Would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a place to get their service/repair done. I would give them more than 5 stars for my experience.

Saved the day when I got a nail in my tire an hour + from home. Fixed in less than an hour and I was on my way, at no cost. Thank you for saving me a night in a hotel during a winter storm. Highly recommend.

They damaged my vehicle and refused to correct their mistake. I went in for a simple front brake replace. They left a large rod under my vehicle and immediately after driving off their lot I could hear loud grinding. I had to bring my car back several times while they pretended to not hear the sound. Then I contacted their corporate office which was useless. I'm now out hundreds of dollars and will have to spend hundreds of dollars more to have their mistake corrected.

Came in for a routine oil change as well as an inspection of my brakes to see their condition. Dropped the car off around 9am and got a call that it was ready by 10:15. Was shocked at how quick the turn around was considering they had what looked like a mostly full garage when I arrived. Not only was the service quick, but when I arrived to pay and pick up my car, I was told they threw in a $20 off coupon for my oil change which was another great surprise. Additionally, the personnel at this location is top tier across the board and really strive to provide the best customer service possible. Overall best experience I ve ever had with a car shop and plan to come back to this location every time now. 10/10 highly recommend.Service: Oil change

Joe and his team provided the best customer care while taking care of my vehicle. They informed me of the issues found and explained what was recommended for the best performance of my car. Joe was also helpful to many customers in identifying support for financing for repairs that were needed. He also gave money saving suggestions to customers about their situations with their vehicles. I just had a great experience at this location. I was only there for an oil change, but as I sat there and listened to Joe the manager talk to all the different customers was a terrific experience. He was so kind and respectful to all the customers and was very appreciative of their business. I would definitely recommend this Midas location.

Paid for oil change and tire rotation. Confirmed when picking up "so they rotated the tires right" and received a 'yes'.Paid walk to my car, the same tire I marked with sharpie is in the same spot. So... guess I'll check if my oil was changed now? If you can't trust a shop, you can't go there.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I had a flat tire and I went to this place, I was very hesitant at first because I had a bad experience in another Midas few years back. But it turned out to be one of my best experience in the mechanic shops. The guy was super friendly, and provided an excellent customer service. The best part he didn't even charge me a penny to fix my flat. I couldn't believe it, I thought he was kidding. From now on that's where I'm going to take my car for any issue.Thank you very much.Service: Tires

I ve had a lot of work done here the past couple years. Has always been a solid, reliable place for me. There s a guy who works there named Brent, who is super cool, and has always helped to give me a clear understanding of whatever issues were going with my vehicle. Great shop.
