Nico served as my sales rep and he was exceptional! I love how he was respectful and efficient with my time, honest in his dealings, and extremely knowledgeable of the car I desired.Better still, he made sure that I understood and was able to use all of the vehicle features and functions.Lastly, he went over-and-above by calling me a few days after my purchase just to see how I was doing and if I had any new questions about the car. Just stellar service.So if you re looking for a dealership and sales rep, look no further. Nico is honest, upfront, efficient, knowledgeable, and an all-around great guy to work with. Vandevere Kia has winner in him and if you choose him, you won t de disappointed. For real!

Buying a vehicle has never been so easy! We bought a Ram 2500 and I highly, highly suggest you ask for Dave. He was our salesperson and he was just amazing! He explained everything so that we understood every step. Very friendly. And our finance guy Dave was great. I had Nico as my sale representative and he was amazing. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. He worked with my price range and it was nice and easy process! Nico has sold my whole family cars and it s so nice having him be able to sell me my car! I m so appreciative of Nico and VanDevere for helping me get a brand new car!! Thank you!

Visited Patrick this week with my grandson looking for a car. Patrick spent time with us and helped Jackson find the perfect car . He is always professional , patient, and very knowledgeable. We have purchased cars from him in the past and know we will get the best deal and the best care from him. Thank you Van Devere for having great employees and such a reliable business ! I set my appointment after finding my desired vehicle online, and I was seen first thing the very next morning as I asked to be. My salesman was Gavin, and he was phenomenal at guiding me through the process. The finance rep. was also thorough, explanatory, did not rush me, and broke the cost and coverage of additional warranty add-on packages articulately & thoroughly. Everybody was friendly, helpful, patient, and respectful of my time. This was my first purchase from VanDevere and it will not be my last.

We were in need of a bigger vehicle for our growing family and went to VanDevere Kia as they were recommended by friends and family. We had a very relaxed experience, and didn t deal with the hassle of pushy salesmen. We already had an idea of the car we wanted to purchase (Kia Carnival) and Patrick helped us out! He was understanding of our needs, and went over the entire vehicle with us once we purchased it. Patrick also followed up with us a few days after our purchase to make sure we had no additional questions or concerns. Highly recommend VanDevere Kia on Market street!

Incredible Customer Service! Ken is the best. First time I have gone to this Kia Dealership and I felt like family. Ken was very professional, personable, and has a great sense of humor. Ken in the service department was awesome!! It's very apparent that Ken loves what he does and is extremely proficient and knowledgeable!! When my wife and I entered the showroom for the first time ever we were immediately greeted by a gentleman at the desk who directed us to a salesman who spent the next couple of hours working with us to find the 2024 Sportage Hybrid we were seeking. That afternoon we purchased and drove away in a model one level below what we really wanted, but the one we wanted would have to be ordered and take months to arrive. A couple of days later we decided we really wanted the more loaded model, and called our salesman to see how we could make it happen. After a meeting we agreed for them to order the model we wanted, and we would drive the one we purchased until it arrived. We know there will be a price to pay when we trade in the new one we are driving a few months after it was purchased. From our discussions I am confident the financial damage will not be too bad. The Hybrid models are in high demand.

I wish the Kia dealers could treat me with respect and not have such a sour attitude spending 1+ hour trying to sell a vehicle.It s not easy to sell EVs in todays market, you d think with a $4000 tax credit, they could be a little nicer, but nope.

It s a fight, they wear you down and try to sell every package and promo to nickel and dime you. Have a family member come in midway so you have a fresh set of eyes and ears. See photo for the life long car wash quality. Ran in through twice..

Great place to buy a car. Got my Sportage here 8 months ago for a good deal- mom has since bought a car here as well. They treat you like family, and their warranty is awesome. Collision center also fixed my car well after a hit and run. Recommend them 100%

VanDevere is my FAVORITE car dealership. I ve purchased 3 new cars from them within the last 22 yrs, one in 2002- Pontiac Grand Prix, the second in 2014- Kia Sorento, and my 2024 Sorento.. I ve kept each one approximately 10 years; they make service so easy, they pick your car up and drop it off when it s done.This past week Nico approached my husband and I and asked how he could help us, i advised him we wanted to look at the 2024 Kia s-we were looking at them before hand and fell in love with the Sorento, He asked what we wanted as far as color, accessories, i told him and he pulled up the exact car i asked for! It was PERFECT! He knew the features so well, he gave us a lesson over everything, which was A-LOT, I need to take a class to learn everything-LOL .He told us about the dinner for new owners, we went to the one in 2014 and it was so nice. I had an unfortunate experience happen. I reached out to the service manager and with a collaborative effort of the owners and collision they made me whole. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Between my household and my parents we've purchased 6 vehicles here. Our loyalty lies with Van Devere. Great job guys.

If you need a car, Van Devere Kia, is definitely the place for you to go. Patrick Scofield really was an amazing salesman. I don't even want to call him a salesman because he was helping me fill my need for a nice reliable car, not TRYING to sell me a car. He was very considerate of all the things that I was looking for and and my budget. He was very patient with me. He checked on me after I got my car and continues to check on me. I would highly recommend for you to go to Van Devere Kia , from wherever you live to visit Patrick Scofield to purchase your next vehicle! I my 2023 Sorento!
