Not detailing a vehicle before selling it is GROSS and unprofessional as a well known dealership.Our salesman was knowledgeable and kind. He informed us the salesmen are paid salary so they can keep their prices low.My thought is they must make their money on the back-end by jacking up the interest rates because our bank came back with a much lower number. This is speculation as I have no proof because I did not see the original bank offer.They took the vehicle off their listing page when we allowed them to run our numbers. When we informed them we would be going through our own bank, they immediately relisted the vehicle stating we would have to make a $500 deposit to hold it due to policy . One of the dealership owners was a part of this deal who could have given us the same courtesy we did them.Thankfully, the vehicle did not sell in the few hours it took our bank to approve the deal at the rate we expected.When we traded in our Jeep Trailhawk, it was completely full of gas. It is not in their policy to put any gas in your purchase so this is my encouragement for all of you to empty your tanks on your trade-in because you will not be reimbursed in any way for that!! Just for the record, Honda dealerships will often send you out the door with a full tank!There is a new car buyer event coming up to which I hope this dealership can redeem themselves (full detail at the least/gas card or some kind of reimbursement for the full tank we gave them).The two stars they did get are for the final price of the vehicle and the lifetime warranty.If you can get past the details that made me crazy, this is a good place to buy a vehicle. They also gave us the trade-in value we expected.I will update my review after the new car buyer event!*********************************************REVIEW UPDATE:I started this review with two stars. I had to add 2 more due to the stellar service when we returned to the dealership to tie up loose ends.Our vehicle received a two hour detail complete with oil change and fluid fill ups.I cannot in good faith give a full 5 stars due to the inconsideration we were given even we were running our own numbers.Overall so far, I would say this is in the top 3 chain dealerships in Ohio!I m looking forward to the new car buyer appreciation day!

I had the absolute best experience purchasing my vehicle(that I absolutely love) here. All the staff members were helpful, informative, and kind! Calvin made the whole process so easy and helped me find the perfect vehicle!!! A+ I don t think I ll ever go anywhere else in the future!

This is probably the best experience I ve had getting a vehicle. Cal was able to keep me within my budget range and did his best to get me there! He was Upfront, honest and respectful about the whole process, he even still checks up on you after buying your vehicle to make sure everything is still good! I highly recommend going to Vandevere Kia, and ask to talk to Cal you won t regret it! I m so with my new jeep!!

I love going to VanDevere Buick they really treat you like family. This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from them and my second time from Randy Brown. Randy has always listened to what I would like and not what he thinks I need. I told Randy what I was looking for and what my budget was, I was able to drive away with a new vehicle even with my not so perfect credit. I also love their warranty forever and free car washes. They will also top off your fluids between oil changes as well.

I had excellent customer service at Vandevere. Buying a new car and making a good decision was quite stressful for me, but everyone involved was incredibly caring and considerate of what I wanted for my next vehicle. They gave me all the information I needed and it made the process much more relaxed. They went above and beyond my expectations by removing the wrap on the car I purchased for free.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I truly would. When I agreed to a lease, I was not told until the day it came in that the chip is not installed for my heated seats due to production. The salesman, Nico Curtis, seemed to leave that detail out until 2 months later when my car arrived. I should have realized then, what a horrible car dealership they are. Upon purchasing the different packages, I was present the wheel package that can fix or replace your rims if they are damaged. I purchased this packaged. After a year of leasing the car, I mentioned to the service rep, Justin Hill, that I would like the rims inspected to be repaired or replaced. He arranged the rim person to come out and take a look. I was told there won t be any issues and we will get them repaired. I scheduled a follow up appointment to have my car picked up and taken in for the repairs. After 4 hours my car being there, I was called and told my rims can t be repaired and they need to be replaced. After 2 weeks of calling multiple times, I was finally told that due to the type of wheels I had, the wheel package can t be used with my car. Even though these are the rims that came on the car and the package was presented to me at the time of buying the car. I m unsure if anyone was aware they sold me a package that can t be used and I m paying for nothing now (enjoy the free money VanDevere). Regardless, they re not doing anything to fix it. I spoke to Joe VanDevere in October 2023 about the issue. I stated I wanted all my money back for the package, the rims replaced or bought out of my lease. He stated he would call me the next day, and never did. I followed up with him 2 weeks later by leaving a voicemail. Never heard from him again. This is just one of the several problems I ve had at this dealership. I recommend staying clear of this place!

Everything that I heard about VanDevere from friends and family was absolutely correct. From picking out the perfect car, to test drives, to the paperwork, every body was very accommodating to both wants and needs. Randy Browne knew what he was doing throughout the entire process which greatly sped up the time we needed to be at the dealership and gave me that much needed friendly atmosphere as a first time car buyer.Will absolutely be coming back to the VanDevere family in the future. Ask for Randy!

Randy and the other team members were very nice and attentive. When my first car wasn't the right fit, Randy helped me find another one with better features and in the same price range. I am very happy with my experience and will probably go there again.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it was amazing. Randy Browne assisted me with finding the right vehicle for me that had the features I wanted but he went above and beyond when making sure the car I got would fit my budget. The salespeople here truly do have your best interest in mind when they are assisting you with a potential purchase. I definitely recommend buying from this dealer. Not once did I feel pressured to look at cars outside of my range. Randy continually checked with me to see exactly what it was that I wanted and needed for a car, and time later I walked out with my car!

Another great experience at VanDevere !! Everyone works so hard to get you the best deal as well as everything you want and need in a vehicle !! Zero pressure to try and put you in something you truly do not want. They would rather lose the sale than to see you unhappy. They really take all the stress out of buying a new vehicle. Had a great experience at Vandevere. Price was better than elsewhere. The warranty and other incentives set them apart. Randy Browne went over and above with customer service. He even spent time checking on us in the weeks after the sale to make sure we were satisfied when we returned for service.

Dylan was awesome to deal with. He worked not once, not twice, but three times to get me into the car I needed. Each time working to get the best deal he could. I would recommend any VanDevere dealership. The process was easy, very open, and very personable. Highly recommended for your next car buying experience.

Cal was very patient and helpful. He did not rush me and let me take the car on a long enough test drive to get a good feel for it. I had test driven a similar model at another dealership but the drives was too short to make a good judgment. I appreciated the extra time.

While it did take longer than anticipated to get our vehicle back due to shortages on parts the repairs on our vehicle amazing. It was definitely worth taking our vehicle here to be repaired even though we live an hour and a half away. We bought our car here and trusted them to fix it correctly.

Dylan was awesome. He was upfront on things, no hidden agenda. When my mind changed in the middle of our vehicle hunt, he didn't hesitate to find what I wanted. We were able to trade-in 2 vehicles and now have the perfect car for our family! There are so many benefits to be part of the Vandevere family!

Just did a fantastic job for me. He was able to go take a look at the car for me the day I called him because I was not able to get there. He was also able to help me by doing all of the purchasing over the phone and keeping me informed the whole way. He has gone over the top to ensure I was able to get the car I wanted. Definitely made totally my other car a much easier experience.

We have purchased several vehicles from Vandevere's.Every person, every time has been absolutely wonderful! It doesn't matter what department, sales, finance, service...all are fantastic and really do treat their customers like family. I totally love my new KIA and would recommend anyone to work with them. The salesman Yahwsh was very honest and as helpful as he could be. The business, altogether, was attempting to be accommodating this was appreciated. The issue I have (a huge issue for me) is that once they price a vehicle, that is the lowest they are willing to go. This fact is touted as a positive characteristic, but it just isn t. If THEE car is at this lot, I encourage you to take a look and consider shopping here. If you have options, other places are likely better as these folks are unmoving on their prices.

I recently stopped in to look at a GMC Sierra Denali I found on their website. It was everything I was looking for. From the second I walked in the door. Rocky greeted me and set me up with Justin Courtney. After making sure I was comfortable and had a drink. We got down to business. And let me tell you. This was THE best experience with a dealership. Especially a non commissioned based company. Justin and the crew went above and beyond to get me into this truck. I truly can t thank them enough for their service from my trade in to getting me comfortably into my GMC. If you are looking to get into a new or used vehicle. I HIGHLY suggest The VanDevere Bunch!
