Once again Vans Tire (Canton Rd & Triplett) deserves a shout out.I ve done business with them several times over the last couple years and they have always treated me as a valued customer.The work was performed professionally, on time, and at the price quoted.Marcus and James, thanks, I appreciate all you do !That s why they are always busy. They got our car in super fast and took us home from Ellet to Brimfield and was just wonderful they fixed our van in 4 hrs other places would of taken at least two days. They are so friendly and nice . We will now be lifetime customers.

They are always extremely friendly and do a great job. Has a nice coffee shop next door to sit at and wait for your service to be completed. I highly recommend!

My back tire was leaking air and I stopped in hoping they could help me out last minute. Turns out i ran over a screw. Despite their being quite busy, they were very kind and accommodating and I only had to wait about 30 minutes for them to take my car. I was offered a coupon for a free drink at the coffee shop next door (Artisan) and went there while they worked on the tire. Drink was great and about 30 minutes later my car was ready. They called me and i was able to be back on the road immediately. Honestly the best experience I've had when dealing with car troubles. I'll definitely be going again when it's time to get new tires.

I had my car in to be checked out for an oil leak and James and his employees went above and beyond to take care of me sent videos ect and made sure I new exactly what was going on the whole time while they had the car and unfortunately for me it's a big job to fix my car and I couldn't afford it but they told me about two different ways to get financed so that I could afford to get the car fixed and thank god for that cuz there was no way possible other wise, i was really stressing over it and they made it so much easier on me! So yes my 5 star rating and alot more is well worth it!!! I will be using them from hear on out! Hands down the best place!!! I take my car back on the 29 th for the repair so I'll update!

Was in a crisis, had to have a new battery. This Van s was the closest auto repair shop to where the car was so in I went. I was waited on immediately, and the crew replaced the battery much more quickly than I was expecting. I was very pleased, would highly recommend.

Stupendous customer service and really great prices! They re always running promos. No one enjoys buying tires but Marcus helped so much and made it not suck as much. I would highly recommend

Vans auto was absolutely amazing! I was in a crunch and needed 2 tires. It just so happened at 4 and they were able to get me in and get my car back to me tonight! They even waited a few minutes after close to give me the chance to get back to them! Thank you again guys!

I've came to this Van's for the past few years and have never been unsatisfied. Professional and helpful staff who treat your vehicle with care. Would recommend and have recommended multiple people to use this Van's as their shop. Marcus is great and so are the techs.

I had an excellent experience with Van's today. I used to always take my car to the dealer when I needed anything done. But they were just getting soooo expensive. And they even charged extra for balancing my tires and would at most do a 21 point inspection... Van's however did a 32 point check inspection!!! And it cost a fraction of the price from the dealer! I really appreciate all they did and Brian was so helpful! My car rode like it was brand new! Im so glad i went to Van's! And i plan on being a long term customer!

Marcus and Demetrius took full, professional care of my husband who limped into Van's with what he thought was a flat tire. Ended up being a dry rotted tire that finally gave way - and other tires were found to have same issue. These gentleman put 4 tires, and rear brake rotors/pads while my husband waited - AND found rebates offered by Van's and tire manufacturer. No one knew we would cross paths today, but thank goodness we did! Thank you for taking care of us and making our care safe again.

I love going to Van's! They always are willing to put air in my tires when I need it. When my headlight went out I automatically thought that it would be expensive to fix. These gentlemen fixed it for me for only $32!! Thank you!

The team at Vans understood my time crunch and got me right in! They had my tire fixed with minimal wait and offered me a free beverage voucher from Artisan next door. I would definitely recommend Vans to friends and family. That is how you do business! Thank you

They made good recommendations and found a tire in my price range. The invoice says I declined an alignment check, but they didn't ask. Although they were quite busy that day.

I noticed there was a piece of metal in my tire. I called vans and they were able to get me in the same day to replace it and did an oil change. The service is always fast and great!! I appreciate the work they do to help me upkeep my car!!

These guys are hands down the greatest. There has been opportunities they could have taken me for a ride and were so utterly honest and didn't take advantage of me. They have also squeezed me in at least twice when I've had a damaged tire and got me taken care of so I didn't have to miss work. Thanks Vans!

Took my Flex in for new tires last week and I ended up also needing tie rods. They did a great job. Also, they are super lucky to have Marcus up front there. He s a great guy with great customer service - which is sorely lacking in most places these days. It was refreshing dealing with someone knowledgeable and professional.

I called the Store in Elliot to see if they had a Good year tire for my grandauhter s car. I believe I was talking with Mark. He said he would check to see if he had one in stock. He did and said come on over and his man changed the tire right away. He was very courteous & business like. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you for excellent service.

My tire got a puncture on the freeway. I was able to take my tire over to Vans to get fixed and they were knowledgeable, respectful, and very quick. They had the repair done 4 hours before the projected time. They communicated every step of the process well, and I would highly recommend going to Vans for tire repairs, and new tires!

Marcus and his team really saved the day! I stopped in to get air in a tire and they checked it out and it had to be replaced. They drive me to work and had the job done a few hours later! Fast service, professional and honest! I will continue to go there!

Service writers are super cool, in and out quick. Bought a set of tires on a hot deal 5k miles ago, no quams. Got the tires rotated, think i was in and out, with a flat repair in like 40 minutes. Ill definitely be back for my next set of tires for sure!
