Pretty disappointed in this service center. Went to the place to have some UNDER WARRANTY items fixed, including wind noise on one window and after arguing with them they then told me that NOTHING was covered, even tho it states it is, but they then agreed to replace my frunk seal under warranty, since my frunk tub fills with water when it rains, but the guy that STUTTERS and STRETCHES OUT EVERY WORD had a problem with it. So I leave it there and come back 3 hours later to them telling me they could not replicate the issue by spraying it with a hose for twenty minutes and no repairs were done. Such a joke. Guy was a HILLBILLY and should not be working for TESLA. Should have just went to Lyndhurst. Avoid this service center at all costs! Google local guide here, I would not even trust these vultures to put air in my tires!

Staff were pleasant and the repair process was relatively seamless, but when I picked my vehicle up after they had it almost 4 days it was at 50% charge, the tire pressure was still at the same 37-38 cold psi when I dropped it off, and windshield fluid was low. I barely had enough charge to get back to work and then home. In cold weather I was surprised the service center don't provide a courtesy "fill up" on the battery after they had the car for the weekend.Compared to other brand dealers I've worked with in the past, I expected to get my car back with at least the tire pressure and windshield fluid courtesy items addressed. Especially since "check tire pressure and condition" was one of the services listed as resolved. Not the kind of service I would expect from Tesla and it certainly damages my image of the brand leading up to my lease end.

Jake and Dillion are so great at Tesla Akron! My battery pack when bad on my 21 M3 40k mileage. So I needed a whole battery pack. The whole experience was amazing! They always do great work and super friendly! 10/10!!!

I have delt. with Jake here several times and must share, he is a pleasure to deal with. He always seems happy and is accommodating. Living in North Canton with a 2015 Model S, I have dealt mostly with the greater Cleveland location. I have not given them a bad review, as that isn t my style. But they generally act like I am interrupting them, rarely smiling and for sure not happy. I am very grateful this Akron location opened and can deal with them!For what it is worth, every mobile technician I ve had interactions with has been awesome. Love having my car serviced in my driveway or at work - what a great service. Gee, never heard of a mobile technician with any of the older car companies mobile service is a great concept!

Cancelled my appointment the day of. I rescheduled, and the next appointment they cancelled 2 days prior. Then couldn t fit me in for 2 weeks. I eventually stopped trying to get an appointment and chose to go elsewhere.

Friendly and efficient. Found the issue and replaced what was needed with no argument.Came in for an intermittent issue covered under warranty. They were able to diagnose remotely and knew exactly what to replace for the appointment. I don't want to ever go back to a conventional auto dealer.Service: Auto maintenance

Friendly, fast and helpful!Nice lounge area with comfy chairs and free wifi while you wait for your car to be repaired. Also coffee, bathroom and conference room in the lounge area.

Came in an hour early but it didn't matter. They took the Tesla X in right away and are getting me out quickly. Always top notch service. Thank you Tesla!

The Tesla Akron Service Center puts the Tesla Pittsburgh Service Center to shame. The Akron center was extremely competent, timely and professional--everything the Pittsburgh center wasn't.I drove 90 minutes to give the Akron center a try, compared to my 30 minute drive for the Pittsburgh center, and it was totally worth it. The Akron center gets my business going forward, for sure.
