I believe because I m black and I have a nice car they messed up my car! Someone at this shop went thru my things had all my items in my backseat of my S90 Volvo I only brought my vehicle in for a paint job and got it back with the clutch malfunctioning. I made them aware of the problem and they said I brought it in like that I have never had a problem with my vehicle at any point. I ve only had it since April and the shop had it for 3 weeks itself. They said they broke something with assembly and they charged the insurance company for it. Smh bad business for people of color are my thoughts .

If you get the chance to work with Joe Polevka, you re in great hands. He s an excellent communicator, coordinator and overall good guy.The repairs done by the shop were to my expectation. One small issue came up, but was dealt with IMMEDIATELY.Highly recommend!

You can't even tell the car has been in an accident after we got it back, it looks & drives perfect!***Special shoutout to Joe Polevka who dealt with the insurance/handled the entire process and kept me posted on everything from day 1! The worse service I ever received from a repair shop. Won't ever recommend or use Montrose. Incompetent repair staff. Had my car for almost a month. Ordered wrong parts, shorted the battery causing the radio fuse to blow and blamed it on a bad battery and added a new battery to my insurance invoice. Installed the new battery and told me my car was fine. I paid and took car off lot and less than a hour on the busy highway it completely died. My wife was driving in the left lane and managed to avoid all traffic and make it to far right shoulder. (76 right before Kent exit) Towed it back to Montrose and they wanted to charge me for diagnostic test and repair cost. Clearly anyone could tell the blown radio fuse was caused by them. (Radio and car drove fine prior to taking it to them. I drove it with the cracked/broken grill and bumper for a day and a half.) They didn't even want to go half. They said it's out of their hands once it goes to the repair side? I towed it back to my house, troubleshooted and found they also blew the alternator fuse causing the battery to not charge when driving. That's also something I told them check the very first time they said the original battery wasnt keeping charge. I understand one part does body and another does under the hood, etc. I used a basic fluke meter and found the problem. Not an alternator gone bad like Brian and Doug thought. I also found they used old clips that were prior on the car. Bumper kits come with new clips so why weren't they installed? I'm only one person but best believe if anyone ask me about a body repair shop I will tell them Montrose the worst. The only good experience I had was my many calls being answered by the three polite ladies. Then that was ruined by the incompetency of Brian and Doug. My wife breaking down on that busy highway after they said my car was good still plays in my mind.

Montrose collision always goes above and beyond! By far the best around. The staff is very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure you get the best service! Dropped my car off to be fixed when I went on vacation and came back to a fully fixed car that looks new. They even detailed the inside! 10/10 recommend to anyone needing body work on their car!Service: Body & Trim

I took my Fusion in to have the interior detailed. When they were finished the interior looked great until I noticed the left edge of the steering wheel. I could tell that about three inches of the smooth leather had been hit by something rough and was severely abraded (see photo). I asked for the manager to come out & look at it and he had the nerve to say I brought it in that way. A completed pre-service checklist form for obvious interior spots needing special attention that THEY completed didn't mention it...because THEY did the damage. After the manager came out, the form disappeared off my passenger seat. He refused to take responsibility and refused to replace my steering wheel that they damaged.

I would give about 3.5 stars (if possible). The work done was great so no complaints there, but the cost is way too high for the amount of work done. $250 for pushing back a dent on the bumper (plastic part) without any painting. 2013 Ford fusion's bumper is not a simple smooth curve, or I would have done it myself. Still after a lot of digging through online forum's I expected about $150 max for something that took them about an hour of labor and no parts included.Service: Body & Trim

Doug at Montrose Collision was excellent to work with! It was our first insurance claim and He answered all of our questions. The original place we spoke to said it would be 4-6 months to get parts in for the vehicle. Doug was able to get the parts in just over a month! After it was ready to be picked up, we looked over the car and found a few paint issues, but they were fixed right away. I would highly recommend Montrose Collision. Excellent Customer Service!!!

I took my vehicle in for service because of a factory recall. Staff members were nice and very professional. Shout out to Andre in the service department. The work was completed faster than the estimated time I was quoted, this is a plus as I had chosen to wait for the repairs.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My car was here for OVER A MONTH for a job that was estimated a couple weeks tops, and now is having all kinds of problems less than two months after getting it back. All problems related to the initial fix. I plan on having them fix their mistakes and then NEVER GOING BACK and will be telling everyone I know how garbage their service is. A total rip off

This was by far the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. I walked in with a service contract expecting to pay my deductible. Come to find out that I was being charged 2x the service time that my contract thought was suitable for the job being done. After talking to friends and family in the auto industry, I come to find out that I was being charged almost 3x as much as the job should have taken. It was then that I started calling other dealership to see the service hours they charge for the job, it was 1/3 or less then what I was being charged. This place ran a scam. They got paid by my service company tract and then charged me as well I walked out paying way over what my deductible was because they only covered so many hours. This place is a fraud and scammed me. Not happy. Will never ever return and will never ever suggest them to any friends or family. Very disappointed.

I m in town visiting (bought my car from this dealership) and needed my $20k service. I made an appointment, dropped my car off at 8am, left my number was told they would call when finished. Hours went by, no calls or VM... Called a few times no answer. Went up there and Service was closed until Monday.I was due to drive back out of state Sunday to get back for work Monday. Needless to say, no one called, no one left a VM. All I got was oh sorry I had to ask for my services to be complementary... I had to ask for them to drop my car off. I had to pay for an Airbnb for a few days, as I can work remotely, as I can't take off in the middle of the day week to drive 12 hours... I now am here until the weekend (so I can drive back) which is why I have an Airbnb...They didn't even wash my car and clean out the inside like the dealership typically does when you get a service... The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced... I'll never buy from them or get service from them again... They have cost me more money than the initial service would have been, I'm more than $575 in the hole now...If you do get a service STAY with your vehicle the couple hours, unless you don't mind going a few days without it...Services: Tires, Oil change

Customer Service is non-existent! Rude receptionist who states her boss would go off on her for not finishing her data entry, so I could stand and wait till she was free without greeting me.Quality of work is shoddy at best, be prepared to be lied to as well. They claimed to have washed the car prior to picking it up, however the shop used salvaged parts on our vehicle, complete sticker lining of a dog sticker on the window from dirt and grime, scratches on the door handle and orange peel all over the handles. Used to be a good place...not anymore!!

Didn't look over my car before they gave it back, and it had a tail light out. Then when I said, who broke my tailight? My service advisor says it must've happened before it came in. he said "oh well with the condition the car came in..." I said "so it isn't your job to make sure the car is in working order before you give it back?"Then I realized they put a Montrose license plate frame on my car without my permission (with some very rusty screws. could've at least used new ones) and tried to gaslight me and tell me the plate frame was on there the whole time. in front of me AND my boyfriend. Nice try. He made up a reason. that it was rattling so they were diagnosing an issue! B.S. NEVER HEARD IT. I know what y'all do, I'm not stupid. So is gaslighting your policy for dealing with angry customers? Wow. Service advisor Wallace Snyder. he can drop the nice guy act, nobody's falling for it.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

They repaired my vehicle in just a few days, I was notified of the progress, and everything worked great and looked brand new they even cleaned my car! I was very pleased with my experience, especially in light of the accident that led me to need repairs in the first place. Insurance was a breeze too, no hassle.

Great experience all around. They did an excellent job with the repairs, my car was ready when they said it would be ready, and they charged me exactly what they had estimated. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. I highly recommend them!

The Service department preformed a simple Tire rotation because Lugnuts had swollen and could not be removed during an oil change at Valvoline.I was told this is a common problem with Fords. I was hesitant to come back to Montrose after my last two service adventures with them. The tire rotation was handled in timely fashion.

Dropped off a bumper for paint. Not your typical customer (normally people are driving their broken stuff and leaving it for repair) but still very accommodating and friendly. Also brought something Korean (Hyundai) to a Ford collision center and they didn't laugh at me. Points there.

Had Montrose look at my 2016 Ford Explorer which had a leaking A/C system. Told me the rear A/C lines are corroded and leaking due to Ohio conditions and salt even though the line is basically aluminum??Montrose gave me a price of $2399.45 to replace them or a price of $1014.75 to cap the rear lines to stop the leaking. I looked up the parts and replacement kits for the rear line replacement/OEM parts via Rock Auto, Napa and Amazon are $350 vs Montrose Ford's $750. That's over a 100% mark up and the parts. The parts are also life time warranty vs Fords 1 year. Even to cap the lines, the parts were $75 vs Montrose's $265.When questioned about the huge mark up, they had no answer and brushed me off.I won't be coming back to Montrose.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
