Dana always greets customer with a smile and has a great knowledge of the repair if you have any questions. I just got an oil change this time and was in and out in about 30 mintues. This included checking tire pressure, filling up fluids and check of the front end, brakes and engine. Excellent service

A couple months ago I brought in my ford Taurus for a transmission overheat concern, I dropped the car off at night and the following day Ziad and his technicians looked over the car and called me to drive the car for another week to give him more info and data he can work off of. I brought it back to him and was prepared to spend thousands and wanted to just get a new transmission but Ziad recommended a much cost effective route and reassured me it was a good way to go, I went ahead and had him do the work on the car and it s been months with zero issue and my car is running great. I highly trust these guys with my car with their expertise and courtesy towards their customers, highly recommend them!Service: Transmission

I was referred to Millenium by a trusted friend, and now I'll be one referring others. Ziad and his staff are trustworthy, professional, and efficient. When I reached out by phone, Zaina was very friendly and reassuring. She presented several different options for us. A well-known local dealership gave us a ridiculous quote for a new transmission. Choosing Millenium ended up saving us over $3K. If you need any kind of automotive work, please call Millenium first. Get their opinion first, before spending unnecessary money elsewhere.

Reliable and honest service. Best of all, they are a local resource.Millennium offers quality service and I would suggest going to them over your standard dealership.We were told by a Ron Marhoffer service shop that our transmission was faulty and needed to be replaced. The cost was $4000. This is 6 months after a brand new engine replacement (under warranty). Millennium diagnosed the issues PROPERLY and confirmed it was not a transmission issue but a Axle Shaft. Total cost for repair was ~$375.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Millennium Auto is the best auto maintenance repair shop I have used for the several decades I have been driving and traveling the Country. They always take great care of my vehicle at a fair price. They are honest and don't recommend unnecessary work like some auto shops I have been to. They are well networked and able to find the best deals and rebated for your parts and service. I have a car that is almost 20 years old with over 200,000 miles and it runs great still thanks to the amazing work of Millenium auto. They stay up on the latest trainings, conferences, certifications and repair best practices for today's vehicles. They have a top rated, comprehensive, and updated auto shop. They are also a wonderful faith filled family business who pay it forward in their surrounding community and Church family. They also truly care about their customers, take time to listen to you, provide thorough analysis and communication to you, and have compassion and great people skills with all ages and for women as well as men. That kind of amazing customer service is hard to find these days and is reason alone to choose them. I count them as dear friends, not just a business. May God continue to bless them and their wonderful auto business. We travelled from Michigan to Ohio to purchase a specific vehicle from a dealer in the area (Drive motor Cars). We set up an appointment with Millenium to have it inspected. Zaina was very helpful, kind and customer service oriented. When we got there, they got us right in the door. The service technician (BF) was extremely thorough. I was most impressed that he came right out and talked about what he was finding. He showed concern about our best interests and explained, very plainly, what was wrong. We have a great service tech at home in Michigan that we love, but if I'm ever back in Akron, we will be going to Millenium. Highly recommend their service and personal touch. They have the technology as well, we received a full digital report of the findings. Super impressed and happy we were there. They saved us from buying a really bad car with a bad engine that the dealership had not disclosed. These people restored our faith in humanity.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This is the most honest, fair and transparent company I have ever encountered in the Auto repair industry! Don't be mislead by their name...they do it ALL and very well! They are always friendly and always do a great job. Had an oil leak on my high mileage vehicle. They were in communication with me the whole time and showed me what they found. But he best part was they didn t freak me out and try to make a ton of money fixing something that didn t need to be fixed!! Seems like a great place. Very professional, very clean shop. I talked to them and said nobody cant get the parts to fix my transmission because no one makes them or has them. I emphasized I wanted new or rebuilt not used because it's less than 10 years old and only 110k..they told me to bring it in so I did and they told me the same thing I said to begin with and charged me 99 bucks.

Wow really blown away by the level of transparency Millennium Transmission & Auto offers its customers. This was THE BEST SERVICE I have ever received from an auto shop and I am making them my primary servicer moving forward.Details:Their text message alerts and website are cutting edge. I received text messages with links to their website throughout my vehicles service. The website shows photos of exactly what is being inspected and what maintenance they recommend, as well as estimates. I have never had such an easy experience with automotive work in my entire life. To top it off, their staff was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. They allow after hour drop offs and pick ups which is a HUGE convenience.5 out of 5 stars hands down and they probably just earned a life long customer. This is a great company to work with. They are kind and courteous of everyone that walks through the door. I have been taking my vehicle to them for several years now and they are wonderful ! They work with warranty companies and make things right. They do everything there that needs to be done to a vehicle as far as keeping it running. And they know what they are doing. I have had NO PROBLEMS what so ever ! They are a great group to work on your vehicle. They are the only ones that I can have work on my vehicle that I can trust . They are a great group to work with there and they are all certified to work on vehicles .I am a very happy customer that will never leave them !!!!!!

Over the last 10 years I have had two transmissions completely rebuilt from Z and his team at Millennium . They are a great business with an owner that has compassion for his customers! They know I personally NEED my vehicles on the road to service my small business and they get me in and out in a timely manner!! Couldn't ask for more which is why I continue to use this business!!
