I went to them because of the Google Reviews that I read ahead of time. The 5 star review is appropriate. They were upfront and honest and got the work done quickly and at a fair price.I recommend this service provider.

The Last Stop Auto Shop is the only place my husband and I take our cars. They always do a fantastic job fixing our cars. The prices are great and they are HONEST MECHANICS. Highly recommended.

These guys are fast and friendly...they have fixed our car time after time and it is a 2002 Saturn! They also fix our newer vehicle and when we need them we can always count on them to help us....if you need a mechanic you can trust them ! Thank you guys always

Recently had some work done at a local dealership (recall work, done for free) and they handed me a list of items my car needed, most of which were known. And a price tag to take care of them that seemed incredibly high to me.I brought my car to Last Stop since they had done work on my wife's car as well as my daughter's car.Not only did they do the work considerably faster than the dealership quoted, they found things that were actually wrong with the car that the dealership missed. And the price was nearly half of what I was quoted. Better work, faster, for less cost? Count me in!All bad parts were shown to me, everything was thoroughly explained and I am now driving what feels like a brand new car...and I didn't have to break the bank to do it.Cannot recommend these folks highly enough, if there were more stars to give I would do so.

Great guys that do great work. I have taken both of my trucks to them multiple times and Every time they do a great job quickly at affordable prices.I will not go anywhere else they go above and beyond for the customer!

James and Ron are the best. :-) They are honest, friendly, and know their "stuff." The prices are the best around. My dad, brother, and my son (if he can't fix it himself) all take their cars there now, too. The shop is always clean and they go out of their way to get your repairs done quickly. what can I say? These guys are well known for their honesty, fair prices and are very skilled (I could see for myself) Ron and his son (forgot his name) are friendly people and down to earth when it comes to prices etc. I definitely gonna continue taking my cars there and recommend this place to everybody. Sometimes can take a bit to get an appointment but hey, if they are always busy it s because they know what they are doing. God bless your business!

My engine blew due do the weather the end of January. James and his crew did an amazing job to repair my car and keep it safe until April when my engine was in stock. They worked with my warranty company AND my insurance. They put a new engine in as well as some other parts that needed fixed. James drove around even stopping at the car wash making sure it was all ready and safe for me to get back in. Despite the long wait and personal issues he is going through himself him and his team did an AMAZING job from customer service to repairs. Thankyou!!Service: Engine repair

Incredible service, the owner took care of my vehicle personally. The techs were professional the shop was very clean. The price was fair and they actually saved me money compared to the previous shop I got an estimate from. They also found a major safety concern , a spring was broken on my strut and the last shop that serviced my front brakes installed the new calipers upside down. The owner took me out and pointed it all out for me. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. Thank you James and Ron for being courteous and professional. I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely the best service shop I have ever been to. I have been taking the company fleet there for the past six months. I am so impressed that I now take all my personal vehicles there as well. Top five reasons to visit them is as follows: #1 Ron and James care about every car that comes through that door as if it was their own. #2 They are not only reactive but are proactive with their consultation and maintenance. #3 They don't take shortcuts, very professional and THE PRICING IS ON TARGET. #4 The ladies say Ron is easy on the eyes and that James is a close second. #5 Their shop is clean, the stocking caps for sale there are the bomb, and the waiting area has a TV which is usually stocked with yummy treats!

I do most of the work on all my vehicles but sometimes there those issues where you don't have the Tool, or you need a lift and a professional set of eyes and ears to figure out what the problem is and get it fixed. The fellas down at Last Stop Auto Shop are the best mechanics anywhere around and that's the truth. You want an honest me basic who isn't going g to lie to you and rip you off? Who won't let you spend more than you have to and save you a lot of money? Last Stop is where they're at.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We need more people and businesses like this. I have never left a review for anything but these guys are honest and knowledgeable. I have never been more satisfied with an auto service ever. I will be a repeat customer. I will tell everyone I know about this place. Service above and beyond when another shop messed up my vehicle. They had it running better in minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Took my Subaru in as I smelled something burning (I knew it was a head gasket leak tbh...it's a Subie). They saw it too, but told me it wasn't worth repairing until it gets worse, as it is a MAJOR repair and taking the whole engine down and apart could create new problems. They were honest about that, which I appreciate. The leak itself was very minor and they say it's safe to drive, which is true.They also spotted a few other issues like my leaking power steering pump and rear rotors. They gave me a quote, used some humor about how Subaru was proud of their pumps (as they cost near $500 for the part alone), and didn't pressure me to do anything.I trust these guys to look at any issues down the road, and I'd recommend you do too.

First off id like to say thank you guy you're honest and I love that . You have saved me a lot of . I've been taught a lesson to never buy a car from Avery Auto that place!never again! I know where to go next time I need an opinion on my next car or just need work done. I really do recommend this place.

Went to a dealership first, who told me I needed $1000 in repairs ASAP. Went and got a second opinion at Last Stop Auto Shop. Found out I DIDN T need what the dealer quoted me immediately. I fact, my front brakes were only 30% worn. The dealership supposedly did a full inspection but neglected to tell me I needed a power steering flush and also overfilled my fluid (LSAS showed me the overfilled reservoir and black fluid). The dealership also spilled oil all over underneath my hood and left the clips from my wiper blades loose inside when they changed my blades. Never again. Last Stop Auto is my go to for now on. Honest and reliable.

Absolutely love this place!! It was referred to me by one of the owner's mom who I used to work with. Car wouldn't start at Tallmadge Rec center. It was after hours for Last Stop Auto and I FB messaged them asking for tow company suggestions which they helped me with. Got the tow and brought my car to Last Stop. James was very helpful and explained things in a way that I was able to understand. When I picked my car up (same day), his partner showed me pictures that they took of the problemed area so I can visually see what the issue was. Plus, they offer a discount for military. This place is top notch all the way!!
