My car was hit & needed a new passenger headlight. Fender, and bumper. They replaced everything with name brand parts. The paint job is perfect. They even made my rims look brand new by fine cleaning the whole car. I m so excited to take it to car shows again. Thanks Mark!

Before and after pictures say it all! They're very easy to work with. They give status updates twice a week. My car was estimated to be completed between 19-25 days. I got my car a little early, which is a major positive! An unfortunate situation happened with a tree falling in my backyard and the branches hit my car. They were able to help fix my car with no complaints. They also did a thorough job cleaning the outside and inside of my car. Which is awesome!

Very friendly and efficient. Appreciated the updates while repairs were o going. Workmanship was e veptional. Also was surprised they did a full vehicle cleanup both inside and out. Would recommend them to others.

I met Zach and he provided me a free estimate and five star service. I had some weather stripping sticking out of my doors and he fixed it free of charge. I had duct tape residue on my car and he taught me a trick to get that off as well (a sprinkle of thinner took it right off) again free of charge. I appreciate the AMAZING customer service and will return to Gerber for my future Collison needs

Gerber was the recommended repair shop with a lifetime warranty through my insurance company. When I called to set up repairs, the receptionist was RUDE and said repairs had to be authorized by the ins company and I would have to authorize in person not over the phone (collision shop = damaged vehicle, not accommodating or convenient). When I finally got authorization and took a day off of work to go authorize in person, the RUDE receptionist decides this is a good time to tell me they are too busy for anymore work. The dealership was able to authorize over the phone.

I took my 2014 GMC Sierra here for repairs after getting rear ended. All of the staff were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. The repairs were finished quickly enough that my vehicle was returned to me a day ahead of schedule, and they did a very good job; the truck looks like it did the day I bought it. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for one. Also, the repairs are guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle, and the warranty is honored, I was told, at any of their locations in the country.

They're okay but mainly if your insurance wants you to go to them remember these guys work for the benefits of the insurance company Not the customer so if you're the consumer it's Best to shop around to find a place that you're comfortable and satisfied with period They do Good body work

Very friendly and professional. Completed an estimate on my 2013 Chevy cruze damage for free. Took time to explain things to me and wrote me up an estimate. Definitely would recommend!

My twenty year old son and his friends were in a car accident in Akron while visiting from Florida.We needed to get the car repaired quickly because they were all twenty years old and could not rent a car and needed to be home within a few days. Mike and his crew at Gerber were awesome. They were very understanding of the situation and worked with our insurance company to get the car repaired and ready to go in two days!!!! They were very patient with my constant calling and worrying and more than met my expectations. The car looks great and we could not be happier. They turned a very bad situation into a pleasant experience.

My truck is super important to me, hauls my bikes, my family, and my dogs. I got rear ended and needed my bumper repaired. I was anxious about the process, but this was a big nothing!! I am so extremely satisfied with Gerber, I will be continuing to stick with them. The staff is sensational, each person there takes a really genuine approach to making you feel comfortable with the situation. I hope they have an awesome Christmas and hope to see them again, but for a positive reason! If you are considering a repair center, no contest: Gerber 100%.

Professional service and great communication. The staff handled all insurance communications without issue. You can tell both Zach and Mark take pride in their work and the company. I would not hesitate to return for any future collision repairs.

I had an excellent experience with Gerber. My car was backed into while parked on the street and had some decent driver's side damage. (This was the second time in a month, believe it or not!) The first time this happened, I let Progressive handle everything. I dropped it off at the Progressive service center and they wound up taking it to a local body shop somewhere in the Green area. I was not happy with the results. So when the second accident occurred I decided to choose my own body shop. I picked Gerber on a whim and I am very glad I did. Not only did they do top notch body work (I've been a mechanic for almost 10 years now, so I know), but they fixed the discrepancies I had with the last body shop's repairs! The manager (I forgot his name) was extremely professional and gave me excellent customer service. I know results may vary, but I was super impressed with Gerber and will definitely use them again if I ever need to (which I hope I don't!).

I submitted an online estimate and was a little annoyed how long it took but realistically everywhere is backed up and things are taking longer. Lee called today to follow up, needed to see it in person. He was honest with me about not being able to cut any deals since I was paying out of pocket and gave me a fair estimate. It was 2 grand cheaper than their nearest competitor.

Excellent service by technician. Extremely fast service. Pleasant schedulerThey saved my recently replaced windshield that was impropperly installed. Showed me the defects and installed it with a little extra measure. Glad i chose them. Gladly choose them again

As of now, this place barely deserves 1 star. Fianc� took her vehicle here as a "recommended" body shop through insurance company, for minor damage. It was estimated to take 3-5 days. Well, due to the stupidity of 1: not starting the work the day it was supposed to be started 2: leaving a luxury vehicle parked on the street overnight with no fenced lot or cameras, which led to someone hitting said vehicle, leading to more damage, causing more time of dealing with operating with 1 vehicle in the household while I'm trying to work 50hr weeks and 3: what body shop has 1 freaking "painter"? Apparently the whole shop freezes because 1 guy is on vacation.. Now, since the vehicle has been in their possession, a 3-5 day job has become at minimum a 3 week fiasco for now both of us. Now, I know not everything here is fully on them, but really, a national chain shop can't afford to protect their customers vehicles better. I have cameras all around my house that cost $120 and catch everything. So overall, my 1 star is due to the treatment of customers vehicles while in their custody, security, and the lack of at minimum decent planning and scheduling around jobs.

Excellent customer service, excellent collision repair. ALL of the staff I had any contact with were there to answer any questions and made me feel comfortable. Definitely would recommend Gerber. My vehicle looks great! Thank you Gerber.

Didn't think they could fix it. Paint match was perfect. It looks like it never happened. Had to iron out a small sound issue but now driver side better than passenger side. Thanks guys. Looks and sound great!!
