Put new springs on my truck took to Firestone to get a 209 Dollar alignment instead of doing the alignment correct they tried heating the spring's and tried pulling the truck backdown they were such idiots they couldnt charge for the so called work and my truck now sits lower than it did when I got their and my steering wheel is now crooked I wouldn't let them work on anything ever again this is like the 3rd. Business that has lost what it means to be a service that I have run across in the past few months people these days have lost self respect and pride in their work Firestone never again and I'm sure they don't care one less person bothering them

I booked an oil change. I've personally never owned a car long enough to need one. They were polite and efficient and matched a competitor's pricing.the customer service area was very clean. In and out in under an hour!!

Front desk receptionist and technician are good and doing well, but the customers' area is dirty and need to be cleaned. It used to be good and clean with free coffee, but now really need to be improved

Had an appointment at one for an oil change. When i got there Told me I would have to wait 2 hours for it to be done. Everyone was very rude. I told them I was going somewhere else to get it done because I didn't have 2 hours to wait and I just got a laugh and a scoff.

Place is horrible and over charge on all services they do. Took my car to get alignment done they told me my wheel barring are bad. $800 to get it replace one side. Took it to two other shop to see if they are bad. Both shop said was the inner tie rod is bad. Took it home, replace it myself took it back to Firestone auto for the alignment (lifetime alignment is only $190) they didn t mention anything about the wheel barring being fixing. Another time took my car to get a brake bleed done (didn t have someone to help step on the brake for me). This was my fault I install my caliber wrong. Had them on the wrong side left was on right and right was on left.. But they was going to charge me $650 to just take them off and switch them. I can buy a brand new caliber, brakes, get it bleed plus labor for that same price. Was my experience maybe other have better luck.

I took my car in to get the light on my dashboard turned off by fixing the problem, my car was put on diagnostics & I was told what was needed to be done to fix the problem, I told them to go ahead & fix it. I spent 3 hours waiting for them to finish the work, when I finally got my car, the light was still on but displaying a different message, so basically the same problem, I drove off & the light didn't go off so I circled the block & brought it back & told them that the light was still on, they told me to drive it for a day & if the light does not go out bring it back. I waited till Tuesday to call & let the know that the light was still on & the message displayed had now turned back into the original message before they took over $300 & told me it was fixed. I was told to bring it in Wednesday morning so they could see what the problem was & was told that I would have to pay an additional $100+ dollars to get my car fixed because the guys who did the work on Sunday chose not to fix the whole problem, I feel like I could have gotten a better job done by a less popular garage who would care a little more about the work & less about their USA wide famous name! I feel like I was overcharged & treated like somebody who doesn't have common sense.Service: Tires

I ordered a tire for my 2023 Toyota Sienna. They told me it was going to arrive the next day. I got a call from them the following day and they told me I have to wait another day. I literally called them 8 different times start from 9am till 4pm to check if they received the tire but no one answered the phone. I wonder how they are in business.

They balanced tires for me and didn't even clean the wheels before putting the weights on. The weights fell off the wheel just bringing them home in the back seat of my car. What a joke. 80 bucks wasted

Not sure they couldn't change my camber even though I just I just changed my lower control arm on pass side and both bushings on drive side so everything was loose

This place is a total rip-off. Sent my girlfriend down to get tires mounted and balanced, so they did thier inspection on the vehicle and said it needs brakes, rotors, and brake fluid flush on the vehicle..... The funniest part of this whole deal is I had just done them less that 2500 miles ago!! Pads, rotors on all corners and a new left rear caliper. When I called to ask why they wanted to try to charge almost $2,000.00 to replace virtually new parts the shop manager said that he went and checked them himself and that they didn't have to be done right away they quoted that because there was rust on the rotors. That was due to the fact that the vehicle has sat for the past 3 to 5 months. This place is a complete joke would not send my worst enemy there!!!!

I do not recommend that you take your car to this corporate auto repair business. They will gouge you. I took my 2010 Honda Civic to them for rear brake service because my brake pedal was feeling very soft and my front brakes were new. They told me that my rear brakes were at 2 mm so I was fine with them replacing them. When they were finished they told me the bill was $650...$565 for the brakes and $85 to "bleed" them. I thought that seemed steep but my time was limited because it was a holiday weekend and I had a road trip coming up so I gave in. Fast forward 3 weeks later. My brake light came on and my pedal practically went to the floor. I took my car back in and they did an assessment. A half hour later they said that one of my rear wheel cylinders was broken and leaking (the same axle they fixed 3 weeks before.) When I asked how the mechanic missed this 3 weeks ago he shrugged and said "Uh...I dunno." Once again I gave in. This time it cost $300 to replace the cylinder. So in essence I have spent $900 for rear brakes and a cylinder on a Honda Civic which is nearly $300 more than most other businesses quote. The repair work was fine and accurate and the staff working there are friendly but this is corporate gouging on the part of Firestone Complete Auto Care. Take your car somewhere else!

The staff was very helpful & friendly. Alex took the time to answer my questions thoroughly (and those of other customers whose conversations I overheard). Unlike many other tire stores I have visited (but didn't purchase from), I believe I got honest answers to my questions & got a fair deal for my money. Firestone Auto also has an app that I find very useful for scheduling appointments and researching specials & discounts.

So my girlfriends brakes went completely out in her Camry while I was driving it. I was able to get it home, and then got it towed to Firestone because they were the only ones open on a Sunday. I went online and booked an appointment. Was told it would be done the same day. well we get there and then the guy tells us they won t even be getting to it until the next day. (Had we known that before getting it towed, we would ve went somewhere much cheaper the following day when most places are open) We didn t want to have to tow it again, so we just said that was fine and left. The next morning we get a call saying that the car needs new calipers, rotors, pads, and put new fluid in the brake lines. Quoted us at about $730. We just said oh well, and told them to do it. Thinking we are getting charged so much, we figured they would be nice parts. Well when we get the call to come pick it up, we go straight there. Once inside, they told us everything they did, which is what we originally agreed on, and then told us the bill was $1200 . ARE YOU SERIOUS?! They didn t even put brand new rotors on, they just resurfaced them. The calipers also did not look brand new as well. We are extremely unhappy about this. If you give someone a price, and don t do any extra work, then you need to stick with that price. There was zero additional work done on the vehicle. We feel ripped off completely and was not expecting it from such a well known company. I will NEVER recommend this company to another person.

My appointment was at 1pm. Got there at 12:30. Waited for an hour and a half with no service of my vehicle. End up walking out. I will never do business with them ever again.

Completely unprofessional. Made an appointment for 10am for a wheel alignment. I had my truck there 15 minutes early ready to go. I was told it would take an hour. I work minutes away from the shop so I went back to work. At 1pm the truck is still not done. I was told because I left that everyone else that came into the shop had priority over mine even though I had an appointment and was there first. My job is meeting customers at their homes and I had to reschedule several afternoon appointments because they did not have the truck done anywhere near the time frame they gave me when services were requested. Never called to state it was finished at 2pm and the guides of the arm were broken when I picked it up. They stated that "it happens. After arguing with them they offered to pay for the replacement part for the broken guides. Will not be returning.

Great service, I was coming in from Pittsburgh to get tires for my Daughters car. Made appointment night before but made it for Wednesday rather than Tuesday. They still fit me in on Tuesday and did a fantastic job mounting tires. Now that's above and beyond! Many thanks!

They will fit you in. They do a good job. Their mechanics know their cars. But it will cost. Pretty pricy unless they are running a special that day.

Excellent Service! I came in on a day that sucked, hit some road debris on 77 and blew out my back tire. They got me in right away and even though they were backed up and normally appointment only, they had me out in less than an hour. Could not have been any more appreciative of the service I received! Thank you to Andrew and Nate!

Replaced my exhaust system and the quote they gave me was ridiculous so I talked down to a more reasonable number. Had a deal, then when I went to pick it up they charged the initial rate and would not give me my car back without paying the ridiculous charge. The service was good, just the pricing and bad experience I had there makes this 2 stars.

A lady in our building was losing oil and she kept telling me noone would do a oil change because her car 2 oil pans or something . I have no car jack so I drove it part wat up a ramp but all I could see was oil dripping pretty steady from up front . So I called Firestone because they're closest and $36 for an oil change seemed good. And when we got the car there we told him to please check for any oil leaks prior to the oil change. Well the guy came back and told her the bad news , its leaking from every conceivable place and he said to seal up all the oil leaks would cost you more then a 03 Taurus is worth. So no oil change needed but I just appreciated the honesty of the employee and Firestone as a whole. Inside that store was a quote prominently displayed ,it read ;I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business !Harvey S. FirestoneSo I definetly give this store 5 Stars and recommend it for anyone seeking a reputable car service shop

Always excellent service and honest people. Brought my car in a while ago for new brake pads since it had been quite sometime and they were squeaking at me. After taking the car back, the mechanic consulted with me that he thinks I could get at least 2 more years out of the ones I have (only half way worn and I've had the current ones about 2 years) and that it might just be salt/moisture from the time of year. Didn't even charge for the diagnosis. This has now been my regular place for other car issues and maintenance:)

Had great experiences here until today. Had a 9:30am appointment for an oil change. Dropped the car off at 9:15. I called for a check in at 12:30 and they said they were just about to pull it in. No problem..until 3 hours later. I called back since I had not heard anything. They said they were about to pull it in. I told them not to and picked it up untouched. If I wanted an oil change at 4pm, I would have scheduled it at 4pm.
