Had a great experience with the guys at this place, very personable and funny. Tony was the main guy I chatted with. Easy financing. I'll definitely recommend this place. It's a small environment but it will satisfy your car purchasing needs.

So I bought a 2014 Mustang GT from these guys November 2019. Tomorrow will be almost a whole year owning the car. I have had not a single issue from this car and I've ran it hard! They sell quality vehicles. When I bought my car from them it was late and close to there closing time. I already had been approved through my credit union but my union was having issues with some paper work not coming through. These guys all stayed WAYY after closing time to sell me the car so I could drive it home that night. They treated me with so much respect and were so genuine. I will definitely be doing business with you guys again! I highly recommend. Thank you guys so much! Here is a photo of her I had professionally done!

Horrible, sold me a junk car and covered it up and didn't allow me to properly take a look at the car. Scammed me to no end, lied to me about it and did improper fixing claiming that: "we wouldn't let you leave with this car in that condition". Very unpleasant. Tried to call them to reason with them only to be shouted at and mistreated then hung up. Now all of my calls are 100% ignored. Very unprofessional

In my 10 + years of car buying this has been one of the BEST experiences yet. Note: I purchased this car from another state and it was still an amazing painless experience! LAZER was one of the most kind, caring, and dedicated car salesmen I've worked with yet. I LOVE my new car and will definitely purchase with them in the future and highly recommend them for anyone that is looking to buy. Anyone can sell you a car but like this process went!!! If I could give 1,000 stars I would. Thank you guys so much for everything! :) :)

My dad and I bought a BMW 328i from this place and it was the only place with genuine down to earth business men, no sleazy car salesmen here. We were overall very impressed. The salesmen were super friendly and talkative. When we came to pick the car up it was all cleaned up thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

I had a very nice experience here! I worked with Sean who was super friendly and quick to respond while I was preparing to purchase my vehicle. This was especially appreciated because I drove from out of state to buy. They were honest and transparent throughout the process. This was my first car purchase but they were patient with me every step of the way. Would definitely recommend!

This has been the best used car buying experience in my life, I am 68 years old and I have never been treated so good at a used car lot and purchase such a great vehicle as I have from Lazer, he even gave me a full tank of gas, I highly recommend this car lot for you used car buying experience, there are none better!

Just purchased my sons first car here. No issues whatsoever, and Lazer was super friendly the entire time. You can tell he's a real car guy, especially when he gave us a peak in their shop to see the classics back there they're working on. Also nice to see a lot that has an on-site shop for various body and mechanical work so you know the cars are being taken care of before you buy them.

This has been the best automobile buying experience I have ever had. Their level of professionalism has been amazing and their integrity is awesome. They took the time to answer each of my questions but I had very few questions since they had laid everything out so clearly. I was not rushed in any way. The paperwork is clear and precise. I am so glad I found Drive Motorcars!

Wonderful car buying experience. Tony went above and beyond with our trade in and with our purchase on our new truck. Very friendly , no pressure, they were so helpful and so nice. Tony even got his hands dirty helping to empty out our trade in andGet my husband's toolbox out of his truck for him. It was just an amazing experience,When we walked in that evening with 30 minutes till closing time we never expected to walk out with a new truck that evening but they made it happen with our financing and trade in. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Good experience and friendly staff BUT, I recently bought a Hyundai Genesis coupe 3.8 from there and I did make it home. Unfortunately it died in the driveway, lost all power completely. Vehicle needed a main fuse that protects the car from short circuits, had a nail in the tire as well. It is used so minimal work is to be expected. Vehicles are overpriced. But overall it was a good experience and better than my previous experiences with other dealerships.

Staff was nice but the car they sold me broke 30 mins after I bought it and they wouldn t help me. Needed $600 in repairs. The power steering went out while I was on the highway. Also didn t know drivers windows was broken when I bought it and they refused to fix it. The drivers rear view mirror was broken and they promised to fix it told me they would call when the part was in but I never got a call. This was my first big car purchase and it was really defeating to end up w such a mess. The check engine light went on the day after I bought it and it s been one thing after another. Got a 2011 Mazda cx7

Great car buying experience. Tony in sales was honest and got us approved quickly also stayed late to work with our schedule. Inventory selection is on point for used vehicles. Would highly recommended this dealership for anyone looking for reliable 4x4 trucks and SUVs and does not want to listen to a sales pitch.

I bought a car, sight unseen, that had to be shipped to Massachusetts from Akron. May not sound like the optimal way to go, but it is a rare car, and was what I wanted.Tony was great. Everything he said about the car was accurate. He said it was perfect and it is. The service he had transport the car also did exactly what they represented and delivered on time.Periodically I asked myself if I was nuts. Maybe so, but it worked out very nicely.

It s been just about 3 weeks since I bought my 2016 Honda Accord EXL from here. Tony was very professional. He was graceful to open on a Sunday just to align with my tight schedule. I was a bit skeptical about the car at first because it was way below the market value. Tony allowed me take the car to an auto-mechanic of my choice and they said the car was in excellent condition. I also checked the CarFax and it had a great report. I m glad I took a leap of faith to drive to Tony s place all the way from Indiana.

The Drive team was great. I reached out about a Honda Ridgeline, worked with Tony and made the drive from Cincinnati to Akron (3.5 hours each way) to pick up the Ridgeline. Drive has a really cool, eclectic collection of cars at great prices. Tony was both responsive and professional throughout the process and shot me straight about the condition of the vehicle, no nonsense - both the good and what needed some attention. I appreciate the honesty and I do know what I'm getting into with a car that has over 100k miles. The next time I'm in the market for a new ride, I'm going to check with Drive Motorcars first.

Drove an hour and a half to go look at a 2006 Prius. Though the salesmen were extremely nice and seemed genuinely interested in their inventory, the car that I was told had no problems beside cosmetic damage was riddled with issues. Burning smell (possible water pump failure), bad rotors and brakes, defrosters and A/C seemed spotty, and the alignment/power steering was bad (the steering was extremely hard to turn, almost couldn't do it one-handed).Even with the desperation of my situation and in need of a new gas-efficient car, I still wasn't desperate enough to gamble on this car. I understand that it was on the cheaper end ($2300) but that's not the point. The point is that we were told that it was a good car that was turned in due to a catalytic converter issue which supposedly was fixed but frankly I don't trust that judgement either. The only thing remotely impressive about the vehicle was the little to no rust on the undercarriage.Overall, a huge waste of time for my one day off in a work week. I would've gave 1-star if the salesmen weren't as friendly and helpful as they were.

Seriously the best treatment! Tony made the process quick and painless. We went there to look at a specific car which was probably the cheapest they had in the lot ( they have some REALLY nice vehicles and what I mean by that is even though it was probably the cheapest on the lot is that it was still a great car, $2,200 and only 76k miles on a 2002 car that is in mintd condition) and he never tried to upsell us. He was straight forward and after test driving it, we signed papers and we were in and out. I'll come here again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great guys run the place with a really nice selection of vehicles. They didn't have the exact car I was looking for when I was there. They were 0 pressure and just want to make sure you get the right car for you. Definitely would work with them again in the future. Thank you Drive Team

I purchased a car from another state and had it delivered. I had an issue upon delivery that my salesman, Lazer, helped get resolved. I m grateful for the assistance and for the integrity displayed by the dealership. Now I m riding with the convertible top down, happy as a lark!

Lazer and Jason are really awesome. They helped my husband and I step by step to assist us. I was a little concerned because we live in Houston and they are in Ohio but it all work out well. Our red Subaru Impreza arrived last night just like they told me. Same condition and same color we negotiated a good price that I felt comfortable with We Highly recommend these two guys!Excellent customer service!

Big ups to Tony and Drive Motors in Akron, OH. Tony really went out of his way to hook me up with a super nice Infiniti, as I drove 450 miles to make this purchase. Definitely worth the drive, he was extremely honest and thorough. What more could you ask for? First class fellas

Drive motorcars stands out amount the dealer's I work with and that is difficult to do. Lazer and his team are warm and I have seen him go above and beyond to get the deal done. Very friendly salespersons who really know what they're talking about. No rush or hassle. Great place to look if you are searching for any unique cars. Although the service and cars available were great, we bought a Honda S2000 from here and within 24 hours of having the car the clutch went out. We called but were told that they dont know how to work on these kinds of cars. They replaced the transmission in the car to sell it and they dont know how to work on this kind of car. I understand we bought the car as is but we were told everything was inspected and I expected a little more advice from someone who fixes cars up to sell them. A lot of fluids still need replaced which is fine but I expected to have a car to drive day 2 of owning it.

customer service was good but thats because they were trying to get rid of the vehicle so fast. i bought a vehicle from there and it was rusted all over. i was stupid enough to buy from another state and based it on pictures so that was my fault. i took a gamble and i lost big time. there was so much rust on the vehicle that the bubbles in the paint started bubbling. i barely hit the bubbles and the whole paint caved in along with the dry rotted metal. i now have 4 big holes in the vehicle and i felt lied too. the vehicle was suppose to have minor scratches and everything and it had major scratches and dent. i paid 13,000 for the car and will be lucky to sell the car for $7000 for that rust damage. i now have to figure out how to fix the rust holes which will cost a lot of money along with painting it. i am not pleased and lazer told me there was nothing he could do about it. the least he could have done was offer to pay for some of the repairs I will have to put onto the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Ok I'll start with this. I hate small used car dealerships and don't trust them at all. I had been looking for a particular car for almost a year and with no luck finding one in good condition in my area I expanded my search radius , found the exact car I wanted at this dealership for a good price so I inquired about it. I was skeptical the entire time and was very paranoid about driving to check this car out being it is almost 6 hours from home. I explained this to lazer on the phone and asked him to be very honest with me about what is wrong with the car since I am driving so far and I have no problem walking away if the car doesn't meet my standards. He told me the couple very minor cosmetic issues and I decided to make the trip. I arrived to the dealership and he had the car ready for me to test drive. The ONLY problems I found with the car were exactly what he told me. Test drive the car as long as I wanted which was what lazer encouraged. I test drove it and it drove great. I decided I was going to buy the car. I was going to be paying in cash and talked this over with lazer before the trip and he gave me a great cash price for the car. I asked him if any other fees were going to be included and I thought I heard him say 86.50 on top of agreed price. Well when we went to do the paper work there was almost $300 in charges. I then asked him about it and told him I brought a certain amount cash. Apparently I didn't hear him clearly and the charge was 286.50 not 86.50. Unpleased for a moment he knocked off the fee on top of what he had already lowered the price and was very apologetic about the misunderstanding which was a relief. He was great to work with and made me very happy with my purchase. I drove the car home 6 hours straight without one problem. Got the car back to Maryland where I live and the car passed right through inspection without one issue which is very rare here. He also had the title mailed to me in a very timely fashion. We have a 2012 VW Tiguan in the shop 2 days after it was purchased with a flashing check engine light by a customer and the fine folks at Drive Motorcars said sorry about your luck. I see all the reviews but have to wonder what happened in this case. Just fyi.
