Went in around 3:45, muffler issue was diagnosed and fixed in about an hour even with it being close to closing. Inside was beautiful and everyone was super nice! Excellent price and above and beyond service, with a comfy waiting room. Will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone I know that needs car work!

Bev, works at the desk, she is very nice and easy to talk to about what s wrong. Mike is the owner is a fantastic guy. Bev or one of the guys will call, and let you know what s going on with your car. This shop is top notch and great value

Overpriced. Kid was extremely rude and let me know it wasn't his first day in the muffle shop. Not in those exact words. Worst service I've seen in long while. Will never do business with them again. Beware of the overpriced simple fixes.And as you can see by the response of this person he is clearly delusional as well. In no way shape or form was I rude to you. And judging by your responses to other customers I'd say you developing a negative rep. Flipping it on the customers and blaming them will help you in no way. Hopefully this review helps others to stay away from you. And yes after your 10 min 100$ fix I had a beautiful day.

I took my husband's car in for some sudden loud muffler noise. The woman up front was very kind. A technician came out quickly to talk to me about the problem and five minutes later was out there again telling me what they could do. Ten minutes later it was all fixed and ready to go. Great price and excellent service. Couldn't be happier!

Prompt and professional service. They took me in right away even tho it was lunch time, didn't gripe or complain. The lady behind the counter was very nice as well, we talked the entire time I was in there. Would def recommend.

Amazing quick work, honest people and an amazing aquarium and welcoming environment. Priced way lower than I was expecting, and I was in an out within an hour. They really do cut out the middleman for parts. Thanks for working on my Cavalier :)

Honest and good quality!- never been here before and read that they had great credentials. Took my civic here for new suspension springs and they were able to get my car done 2 days quicker than most places at a competitive price. They were honest about just replacing the springs, they check the shocks and struts and they said no need for replace. The guys at the place were really respectful, kind, and honest. Definitely gonna be a go to!

My muffler started getting loud so we decided to go to Decker based on their reviews and we were not disappointed. We showed up without an appointment and were in and out in under a half hour. The price was reasonable and the service was incredibly fast. My muffler is whisper-quiet now. We will definitely go back if we need to get more work done.

Very disappointed by our experience here. I asked my husband if he could take my SUV here to get an estimate on a muffler replacement. We were impressed by all the great reviews and additionally, their website says that they offer free estimates.So, when he brought it there today, he was told that it would be $20 to inspect and give a quote for replacement. My husband stated that it clearly says on their website that they have free estimates, but they argued that their policy had changed and they no longer offer free estimates. This is the very definition of false advertisement. If you don't offer it, remove it from your website. Needless to say, they lost a potential customer today. We understand $20 isn't really much, but it really is the principle of it. This information needs to be clearly stated instead of saying your business offers free estimates on your own website.EDIT: I am changing it to one star for their response. That response speaks volumes on their customer service. My favorite part that they called potential customers a waste of time. I am glad we didn't choose them afterall. They wasted our time with their false advertisement.

I had just bought a 2008 Impala that needed a muffler, and called these guys to see if they could take a look at the exhaust system on my car. They got me right in, and figured out I needed a muffler only, (no unnecessary parts). They ordered one from their supplier, who seemed to be taking too long to deliver, so one of the guys went over there and got it. They installed it within minutes, and I was back on the road in under an hour. Great service,, and a great price. I'll go back here for all my exhaust system needs because it's hard to find a good shop like this.**Update**I've been to this shop twice more since my first review, and I can say these folks have taken care of me every time.I had to get get a muffler on a 2006 Impala a couple of years ago, and they hooked me up in record time that day, and a good price considering they were in the process of closing the shop when I showed up that day.Today, I had to get an exhaust on my recently purchased 2005 Silverado truck, and once again, they did a great job for me. A factory spec exhaust and my truck isn't obnoxious sounding anymore. Love it.I give this business six out of five stars.Service: Exhaust

Huge shout out to the folks at Decker!My Dodge ram 2500 muffler has been on back order for several months. They fabricated up an F250 muffler to fit it, fast at extremely reasonable cost, great quality work. I will be back for my other trucks to get work done here !Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I was quoted a price of $250 over the phone. Once I arrived they quickly determined that I actually only needed $160 in parts and labor. I was very impressed that they gave me the number I needed rather than just doing the work for the quote. Before I left they asked me to review the work done (it was excellent). They did so well I got a quote for some work I may need done soon as well (also liked that number). This is an honest shop that does very good work. I recommend anyone stop by if they need some work done. I've already told everyone I know about Decker. A class shop.

6 months ago I had my brakes replaced on my Volvo and heard scraping nosies from the front end of the brakes I bring it back to the guy and he claims nothing was wrong. I ended up taking it to another mechanic and he bled the brakes and fixed the issue they where supposed to fix. I go back last week and the owner who s seriously mentally ill and high strung says he s not going to do the job because I came back with my Volvo and complained about the noise coming from my brakes I explained to him I wouldn t have to come back if the job was done right the first time.. He said he wants to wipe his hands of the whole thing and I took my business to life time brake and lube where they treat you right and do a professional jobServices: Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake replacement

Excellent fast and friendly service. I expected to need to drop my car off and arrange for a ride back to my office and then a ride back at the end of the day to pick it back up. That wasn't necessary because they were able to replace a broken resonator and had my car fixed and back on the road in 20 minutes flat, including paperwork.Top notch, highly recommended !

I wish every shop was this great. It's rare to find a auto shop that treats you good, is HONEST, and really cares about the quality of their work. I bought a DIY exhaust kit for my truck, and I couldn't quite get it right. I took it there and they had it fixed up in less than an hour. If you need any work done you won t be disappointed if you take your vehicle here. Easy on and off from the freeway, so worth it to travel an extra mile or 2 no matter where you are coming from. I took my Tundra there expecting to wait on the right parts, but much to my surprise they had it fixed and out the door in an hour or so! Every person there were super friendly and helpful and truly take pride in their work.

These guys fixed my wife's rusted out, decrepit exhaust in about an hour on a Saturday morning. It was expensive but well worth the price to have a quiet wife and a quiet car. Super helpful and highly recommended.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Really good experience. From the time we pulled my car in, it was all hands on deck. I had a quote in the first 5 minutes. The sitting area was clean and inviting. The aquariums,plants,maps and pictures take your mind off of car repairs (which i loathe). It is a family run bisiness and they take pride in service. My son and i were out in less than 45 minutes. Hopefully i won't need to, but if i have to, I'll be back.

The best muffler place in town. I was putting off getting my exhaust fixed, not wanting to pay an outrageous price, get taken of advantage of or spend all day waiting. I went in and had the best experience! Decker Muffler has it all affordable prices, high quality work, quick dependable service and an awesome staff. I'll never put off a repair again. Thank you!

My first time at Decker Muffler...recommended by a couple friends. I pulled in, no appointment, they got me right in. My exhaust was apart in two pieces...the nice fellas at Decker totally hooked it up for a really great price. I checked out their work when I got back to work...very nice welds...these boys are awesome...super nice, priced right...and do a great job. I highly recommend them !!!!
