Very pleasant dealing with Jeff in Service department! His crew gets the job done correctly and it is very easy to from the freeway and my SRX looks good when I leave your dealership! Thanks!

Stopped in for a quick briefing on my Navagation system there was no charge didn't need to see the mechanic it was a hands-on visit which I really appreciated quick, helpful, and painless

I went in to get pricing on service to my Cadillac and had to walk around the service area to get help. I was told there is only one service technician so wait times ate long. To getca key fob programmed I have to wait two weeks. To have them fix my sunroof a 110.00 fee to diagnose the problem. Jeez my su roof leaks! Why should I pay to diagnose the issue? I don't think this makes sense.
