There is a difference in service at different Cadillac dealers. Service Manager, Jeff Monk, along with John and Dakota at Dave Towel are simply the best. If you are in the Akron area, do yourself a favor and go to Dave Towell Cadillac for your service.

This was easily the best car buying experience I've had. The price of the car was exactly what it was listed as online and the documentation fees were accurate.Bill Woods was fantastic to work with. He never wasted my time like so many other car salesmen often do. He didn't try to push me into buying a completely different vehicle that was nothing like the vehicle I was interested or anything like that. There were no surprises once I came to look at the car and the paper work either.Even the dreaded warranty upsell section was pretty painless. They did ask about a few things of course but actually took no for an answer and didn't spend an hour trying to convince me I'm wrong for saying no.Overall I couldn't be happier about the whole experience.

The staff was very friendly and quick to help us! For being 21 and driving an Escalade at this point in my life, my success sometimes isn t taken seriously. Or seen as parents money. However this was not the case here. We came to view 2 new Escalades because we love our 17 so much, there were none for sale which is no problem at all! We were merely here to look. When the time comes to purchase another one we will definitely return.

I purchased a 2015 Cadillac XTS from Dave Towell Cadillac 14 days ago. Before I purchased the Cadillac I had it inspected at Makey's and they discovered that the outer tie rod ends may need to be replaced. I explained to Mike Casto the results from Mackey's inspection and Mike then explained to me that his Cadillac dealership had never replaced or repaired outer tie rod ends on a Cadillac and also retrieved the service manager from his service department to back up his claim that outer tie rod ends had never been repaired or replaced on a Cadillac at this dealership. I then asked him to please do a check on the outer tie rod ends for me before I purchase the vehicle He then continued to ask me if I had an extended warranty in place for the vehicle. Now, as this being a luxury dealership you would expect to have luxury top-notch service backing any vehicle that they're going to sell making their customers feel secure and safe. Personally myself, I am a high-level mechanic and have retired and worked in the automotive industry and I am fully aware of the safety issues in regards to someone mentioning to a dealership about outer tie rod ends. Especially after a full inspection being done by a reputable repair facility like Macky's. This is a safety issue concerning steering on a vehicle.

Can't possibly be happier with Bill Woods in sales. He was professional, honest, and willing to provide actual information and data for why charges or things were the way they were. No BS or hardball. Willing to listen and work with a customer to give both sides what they came for.Update: These guys have been amazing! Almost 2 years after my purchase they're still calling and emailing to make sure I'm happy and remind me I have car washes for life. Spoken to Bill Woods coincidentally after he's sold cars to a couple of my customers, and they've been just as happy with him and his professionalism as I was. Great all around staff and dealership!

Great experience, great car. Purchased a 2011 SRX with 56,000 miles and it's in awesome shape....like new inside and out! Salesperson Kathy was great and low pressure. The car was not at the dealership, she took me to the detail shop to look at and test drive it. No way that car would have lasted 5 minutes if it got back to the dealership! It would have sold as soon as it got back on the lot. Thanks Kathy and Thanks Dave Towell Cadillac for an easy low pressure experience and a great car! Cannot tell you how satisfied I am.

I am on a budget due to on disability. Bill Woods was our salesman. First off, he told me the car I was gonna look was excellent shape. It was not, it had rust and was hit back end. So then he said I have a Ford Taurus in great shape, it was. He had told me my interest rate was 5.9. He said car was priced at 14995. We thought it was funny that it was same price as other car. We signed the papers. When I got home I said to my fiance.its weird that price was the same. We looked up car on their website. Price was 13700. My fiance called them and told the manager. He gave us the 13700 price. Then I decided next morning to look at the interest rate. It was 7 percent. I was very angry. I am returning the car today even though I love it.

I always get great respectable service, I just wish they didn't keep changing the price to get a new key fob. First I was quoted $200, a couple months later over $300 and last week when I went to get the recall fixed it was $435 for a key fob. REALLY!!! What is the real price? I feel I'm being scammed on the true cost of a key fob.

Wonderful dealership! We purchased a car from here and the salesman was very honest and they offered the best price for our car. They gave us a fair deal on our trade and genuinely wanted to help us. These folks still believe in real customer service! The finance department was also wonderful. They were very patient and can really get you an amazing rate!

Very pleasant experience here. Fast, friendly and professional. Jeff was my service advisor and reminded me a lot of my preferred advisor Martin at Thompson McConnell Cadillac in Cincinnati where I m from.My only recommendation... and it s not an problem at all, is to possible have a refrigerator with bottled water in the waiting room.If I ever need service again while I m in the Cleveland area, I ll be sure to call these guys again. Thanks!!!

Our first stop to start looking for a new car was Dave Towell Cadillac in downtown Akron. My wife was very nervous about being "high pressured" into buying a car when our intention was only to start looking. Our worries were soon dispelled when as we were approaching the show room, we were warmly greeted by what turned out to be the man that we bought a new Cadillac from less than a hour from that moment. He was charming, considerate, thoughtful and above all informative. Not only did he answer all of our questions, he addressed our concerns.The experience was like running into an old friend that you hadn't seen for some time as we were "catching up" on our lives.Despite the fact that my wife and I promised each other before we went looking that we wouldn't buy a car that day, Saturday, we did.When I stopped in on Monday to sign the papers and pick up the car, past experiences of being, again, "high pressured" by the boss in the back room to add items to the contract. Again, the anxiety of that mental image did not take place. The manager made me feel that I was part of the "family" at Dave Towell Cadillac and couldn't have been more courteous and helpful to understand all of the paperwork.In the end, buying a new car from Dave Towell Cadillac in Akron was a pleasure and we would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a new car. We are completely satisfied.

By far the best car buying experience I have had and it was done over the phone from Colorado. Bill was great to provide all the information I needed to feel confident in my long distance purchase. I called for an oil change and tire rotation maintenance service on Monday, Aug. 31st and they were able to get me in same day. Upon arrival, they knew who I was, and got right to work. They also beat the time for the service which exceeded my expectation, since I was on a tight schedule. Great job and thank you!

Great old-school family-run operation. Service scheduling is a snap. Good conversation with sales staff while car is being worked on, and lots of nice new cars to look at while the work gets done on my car. Service folks attentive with updates and always meets their promised timeline.

We purchased a 2008 DTS in January of this year. We assumed it was in good working order. However, several months later we found out that both the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced as well as the struts. Also, the tires had not been rotated for so long that the uneven wear now made it necessary for two new tires. All our emails to the salesman have gone unanswered and we are now looking at several $1,000 worth of repairs for a car we have only owned for six months. Very unhappy to say the least!

I expected a luxury dealer to have that luxury atmosphere. The floor looked as if it has been cleaned in weeks. The showroom reeked of burnt coffee so bad I was getting ill. I was there getting service so u was sitting for 4 hours. 2 hours longer than quoted. No vending machines or even a water fountain. Landscaping was hideous. Looks like as if the cigarette butts all over had been there a long time. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. Is there a rating lower than one star. The sales staff didn't even approach me to see if I was buying?
