They were friendly however I called for an item they had it, I m on my way but didn t have it out and ready for me to check out. Now I m standing there repeating myself over again to retrieve the item I need. They get a 4 star because of it.

I went to return a core box for an item purchased yesterday and treated by a commercial account sales manager named RECKY not like a customer but a thief. I have never disrespected and treated this way by Auto Zone employees ever. I called to corporate customer service number to file complaint and the automated response directed me to regional office which in turn directed me back to corporate office. So there is no way to properly file a complaint and this is the only option. I went to the store to return an old item to get my money refunded, provided commercial account number and name and basically treated and forced out of the store by this employee as a thief. I m putting this out here because this is the only available option to get to the customer service if they read reviews.

I absolutely love this Autozone, MOST of the staff rocks and they pretty much always have what I need! Clean and organized with excellent customer care and support. Old man Mike and Dillon definitely exceed expectations in every aspect going more then above and beyond for you, ya you, the customer!

Michael installed a new battery in my truck after two other parts stores said they couldn t due to high voltage. Thank goodness for Michael at AutoZone!

Solid store, good place for information if you need advice on a DIY project or anything automobile related. Prices are a little high on most things. Get to know the employees if you can, most of them have been there for a long time and will share their knowledge with you to help you save money and time on whatever you're working on

I just went to AutoZone just now because my brake lights were out and I need a new windshield wipers. Dylan saw me outside and immediately offered to help. He was so helpful, quick, very polite, and professional. This place has my business from now on. I hope you guys give Dylan a promotion because it s very rare to see someone give this kind of service!

Me and my boyfriend visited this location looking for a few specific parts. Dylan K (per his name tag) helped us out so quickly and politely. He looked up a video online to help us and then was simultaneously helping another customer find parts and answering a million phone calls! I don t usually write reviews, but he was seriously amazing!

Unfortunately...my car was sick. I went to Auto Zone to have my battery checked. A gentleman named Blake helped me the first day. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained what was going with my battery..he was very patient. He also gave me tips on car washes and where to get my fob changed for remote start. Very personable and agreeable.The next day unfortunately I had to go back and puchase a battery. Michael was also very kind, patient, and helpful. He changed my battery very quick and easy. He worked diligently and I only waited a few minutes. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. Such a pleasant environment during this pandemic!

Great service, Attendant eager to help and even offered to attach windshield wipers. Although turns out the wipers wouldn t fit.I guess Hyundai has a monopoly on back window wipers

2-starts because typically I have good service HOWEVER... I came in for a new battery a few weeks ago because I was told my battery was bad. The employee installed the new battery and at first everything was running fine. Then a few days later, my car was running worse than ever. I took it back a few days later to have them check what the issue was, and they said it was most likely the alternator and that I needed to take it to a professional and that it was dangerous that I was even driving it. I took it to the shop and they fixed my car in SECONDS. Turns out, they didnt screw in the bolt that holds that battery in tight enough when they installed it and was causing a bad connection. They tightened the bolt (at my shop)and everything works now. I cant believe I took it to this Autozone twice and it was their own doing that caused the issue in the first place, something so minute. I will go out of my way to not go to this location ever again.

Shout out to Mike at Autozone!! Long story short, was having a rough experience with Batteries+Bulbs about replacing my car battery, the guy had no idea what he was doing, it was a whole nightmare. Called up Autozone and spoke to Mike told him the situation and he had me covered. Got a refund from Batteries+Bulbs and headed over to Autozone where Mike was able to find a matching screw that the previous guy had lost inside my car AND replaced my battery all free because it was still under warranty! I will never ever again try to go anywhere else! Autozone for life! Thank you again Mike!!

The staff replaced a head light for me that was very onerous as it was more tricky I believe to reach than most cars. However , both Sean and Vicki worked diligently until it was satisfactorily replaced. They were Awesome ! What exceptional customer service !

I wish we would have asked the gentleman what his name was, but this was by FAR the best experience we ve ever had purchasing an item for a vehicle. Thank you to the guy who helped us replace our truck battery tonight - your customer service skills are exceptional. We will certainly be repeat customers.

Great review for the manager at this store who installed my wiper blades.... Victoria I think was her name. However, the employee who waited on me was new and although he was the one who helped me buy the correct wipers and completed my transaction, he said he had to wait on the other customers who were walking into the store and needing help.. I waited at least 10 minutes.... then after I approached him again and said Really? You are going to help customers who are just walking in? All I need are my wipers installed . He said Well it s a free service so I need to help the other customers first. Upon hearing this the manager stepped in and apologized and installed the wipers. It took about 2 minutes.

These folks do a great job at getting you whatever you need. Happy, courteous, and helpful employees with very understanding management. If they don't alrdy have it in stock, they have a great system of making sure they get it in a quick and orderly fashion.

Tony was a great help with my car, I appreciate it so much. He did everything in his power to make sure I was all good to go. My spark plug got stuck in my cylinder 2, he helped me get it out and I appreciate it so much.

Shaun, on countless occasions over the past few years, has been so friendly, helpful and kind when I or anyone for that matter walks in this store. The usually gloomy world of DIY auto repair needs more and more people like Shaun... And Victoria! She's been super patient and is always quick to lend a hand for anything. Her smile is contagious! Michael and Sean are my favorite team members. I'm from a different city and was stuck with a flat and no jack. Both team members went above and beyond to help me find the safest/ budget friendly options. Also, showed me how to properly fix my tire so I was safe going home.

Had a battery go bad on me within the warranty period (it happens). Mike helped me and was extremely courteous and friendly. He checked the battery while it was still in the car, determined that it was bad, and promptly replaced and installed it free of charge. I have bought several batteries from AutoZone and only two have failed within the warranty period (the other one pretty much on the last day of the period on a Lexus 350 that ate batteries). No hassle replacement free of any charge both times.

Shawn and, the Vietnam Vet (Mike I think?) have always treated me very fairly and are pleasant to deal with. I appreciate them and that's why I go to this store for almost all of my automotive parts needs. Good folks to deal with.
