The associate who helped me took good care of me. Looked up the windshield wipers I needed and then installed them during heavy snow. Also provided me with scissors to open accessories I purchased. Much appreciated!

The lady that works there is so great! I went in to buy oil and was having trouble being able to tell how much. She came out and did it for me but also showing me so that I will be able to tell on my own in the future! Thank you so much! And yes, I know how to check my own oil but there looked like there was something in it. Thank you again! You are so helpful!

Ordered my items online for pickup, it was ready very quick! Surprisingly they also had everything I needed in stock. When I arrived the person grabbed my order and even helped me install my new wipers! Overall, a good experience.

I am blown away by the exceptional customer service !!! the employees were so friendly and helpful. they taught me things I didn't know I needed to know. I will definitely be back. I only came here because PNC was offering cash back for shopping here. typically, I would go to Auto Zone but I will not be going back there anymore.

The customer service and knowledge of the employees that work at this store is atrocious. I ve never had a good experience in this store since Brent left and no one knows what they re doing there. Also they have a very political, right wing radio station on in the store all the time. I m not calling this out because it s right wing politics but because I feel that having a political radio station on in a public store like this is incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. Also none of the employees seem to know how to properly wear a mask. Apparently they think they re just chin straps. This store is convenient because it s so close to me but I will now start taking my business to the Cuyahoga Falls store. I ve never seen a more poorly run parts store in my life.

Had the truck part I needed, but only after the employee took over an hour in the back finding it for me! It's all good, he apologized and gave me a discount. Will return when I don't have any other apts in the day.

They had what I needed small automobile lamps that someone who lived here before us. Somehow they wired the outside landscape lights for this type of bulb.

It needs a better selection of floor Matt's seat covers and stickers although my brother took me in for a part but didn't carry it a reverse lockout out cable that got snapped in half going over a gigantic speed bump at my work they installed at the gatehouse. I actually got stuck on it. I drive a 2013 Dodge Dart sits low to the ground but that speed bump was ridiculous as they have two smaller ones right before the gigantic speed bump. I have no reverse currently as I have to go to dealership and who can afford that. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. But no part.

VERY good service. Came here directly after being charged for windshield wipers across the street at AutoZone which I had to immediately return because they didn't fit, even though their computer system said they were the only kind that would work. Called Advance Auto Parts up, Jake helped me and got everything straightened out and put my wipers on for me. Everyone was very friendly in the store and I definitely recommend going here over AutoZone for anything you need!

This location does not price match. Other locations I ve been to price match their competitors. Also if you go across the street to autozone, they price match.

Very responsive to questions about the oil type for my vehicle. They provide a funnel for pouring oil. I will return.

Clueless employees! Sold me a $200 battery when my alternator was bad and then wouldn't refund the money. Gentleman who installed the battery guaranteed that it was the battery even when the light stayed on. When I asked he said it might take a day to fully recharge and a light with them go off. Well the next day my car died middle of the road in a "fantastic" neighborhood after I picked my children up from school!!!

Their prices are reasonable and they provide excellent customer service. Hopefully I don't need to get something from them for awhile, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go back.

Staff is very helpful and typically very knowledgeable too. Even if you're looking for something they don't have in stock, they're glad to order it or tell you where else to find it.

IF u want info u must find the right person there, as they will hire anyone. Which is fine because what do u expect when your looking at a 19 yr. old female. Don't expect much but cheap prices and cheap parts , sometimes

Very kind gentlemen working in here all the time, always there to help you and figure out what you need in times of car trouble. More friendly then the Auto Zone across the street, the employees there are like lifeless zombies.
