Hands down the best customer service ever! They were fast, courteous, professional and super personable. They fixed a huge crack in the windshield and I am beyond thankful! It s great to be able to see out of a clean and clear window! I ve waited so long to be able to have a dependable and trustworthy company to repair my windshield! These guys are literally THE BEST. Not only dis they work around my schedule but they were here super quick and took no time at all fixing windshield and the price was extremely fair. Service was out of this world I couldn't believe how kind and amazing these guys are. The work speaks for itself my windshield is gorgeous thanks to these guys. Highly recommend!! Also I Had issues with my driver window motor and they offered to help fix it! I had other questions too that didn't even pertain to windows and they still were able to help. I mean these guys are beyond the best I will always use then no matter what. Thanks guys again my Riviera looks amazing without the huge crack down the middle.

Had my car broken into and they came out to my house the next day to replace my door window. Kristian was very nice and extremely professional. All I had to do is give him the keys he did the rest. He completed the job in less than an hour and it looks as good as new. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services.

I had Kristian come out and replace my windshield on my 2013 F150 while I was at work. It was such an easy process. He showed up to my office, got my keys, replaced it, and I didn't have to do anything. The best part was his prices were so much lower than all the competitors. I would highly highly recommend using Accelerated Auto Glass for all of your auto glass needs.

They were friendly and did good work removing and replacing windows, my side corner window was put in properly however, the rubber at the bottom wasn't laid down flat like the other side. I will haveto get someone to see if it can be glued down more.. I should've had the job checked before they left but they were so nice I didn't feel the need. Accelerated Auto Glass replaced my front windshield sometime in March and did a great job, no issues there. A few months later, the rubber strip separating the roof and front windshield began to come loose. I reached out to them to schedule an appointment to come out to my office around 4:30pm. I didn't hear anything from them until I decided to reach out to see if they were still planning to come out around 5:00pm. They said they were unable to make it out (I shouldn't have to be the one reaching out to figure that out).I was finally able to schedule an appointment with them. They came out and replaced the rubber strip. However, a few weeks later it became loose again. I was able to schedule another appointment with them to replace this for a second time. This time at the end of the appointment he mentioned that "if this comes loose again there's nothing I can do". Not professional and not what I'm paying $200+ dollars for. Well, it came loose a third time. I reached out to have him come replace this again. Never heard anything. Emailed Accelerated Auto Glass, texted, left voicemails. Nothing.I will never recommend this company to anybody. It's one man working out of a truck, which is difficult to do. They may need to hire someone to help work the customer logistics. I'd imagine they'll reply to this review saying something along the lines of the warranty doesn't cover this and to email them to discuss further. From my experience their email is useless.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They have fixed both my windows for me! The first one he did in the freezing snow i felt so bad but he did such a great job I had to call him BACK out for my front window! I even suggested them to my sister and they did her rear window! Kristian is literally the most relatable and professional individual ever! They are polite and affordable! I don t plan on having any more broke windows, if I do I m calling them!

Out of 3 online quotes, Accelerated Auto Glass, got back to me first and was the most cost effective. Competitors quoted me without moldings for the windshield and then tried to tac on and extra $75... not with Accelerated Auto Glass! Gave me a flat rate from the beginning! Christian showed up to my work place the very next day, was friendly and had a great attitude about him. He was extremely efficient and careful while working on my vehicle. You can tell that they care about what they do. Accelerated does a great job texting you with updates and ETAs. Hopefully I don t have to replace my windshield soon but if so I m calling these guys back!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Awesome attention to detail. The team and especially the tech did an amazing job replacing my shattered windshield on my Honda. Some places were a little bit Leary on it due to the rust but they took care of it, got it to the bare metal and took care of me on the price. Cheapest prices around, thanks again!

I had them replace a cracked windshield. They showed up at my work replaced it and it was good to go. 2 weeks later my headliner was leaking water badly. I asked them what the issue was and they insisted it wasn t from their work and told me it was a draining problem. After going back and fourth about that, I scheduled it for the dealership to look at it. There were gaps in the seal that weren t filled properly. I have proof with pictures and the notes from the dealership explaining it was a poorly installed windshield. Showed it to these guys to get a refund since they didn t want to help and expressed how it wasn t their installation. They have been ignoring my messages and blowing it off. I ve heard others have had the same experience. I d suggest using safelite. You get what you pay for. Now I have stains all in my headliner and am out $155 at the dealership to fix their mistake.Services: Window installation, Auto windshield replacement

They got me scheduled quickly which I appreciated because my windshield was shattered so I couldn't drive, so it was also helpful that they were willing to come me. Mr. Chin did a great job on my windshield. Would recommend

Such amazing service to schedule the appointment, and the technician that replaced the glass was just outstanding. They beat anyone's price but I would have still used them if they weren't the cheapest. Great company to do business with!

Last year November a foreign object hit my windshield as I was driving down the road. Accelerated Auto Glass was cheaper than Safelite, so I used Accelerated Auto Glass. They came out right away and replaced my windshield. When the job was done, the guy told me that if I had any problems (ie. whistling in the windshield) to let them know and they would come back out to fix it. The next day while driving the car I noticed that there was whistling coming from my windshield so I called them and the guy told me that it was normal and to give it about a week, if it's still whistling, give him a call. A week later there was still whistling, I reached out to them again, they told me that they would be out to fix it that Wednesday. Wednesday came and no one showed. The following week, someone finally returned my calls and said that the weather was too bad for them to come out to fix it. Eventually (a few weeks later) I had to drive to them in order for them to fix it. They couldn't find where the whistling was coming from and they said that they added more glue to the bottom of the windshield. There was still whistling when I left, but I was in a hurry so I didn't have the time to go back for them to try again. Fast forward to a week ago, the weather is warm and I go to the car wash. By the time I got done running my car through the wash, water was leaking through the top of my windshield. I immediately called them, left a voicemail. The next day I texted them and still got no answer. I tried calling them today and the phone was disconnected. Do yourselves a favor and just call Safelite or some other service.

I called them to report one of their vehicles was speeding enormously fast and driving erratically and it didn't seem to bother them at all. The person who answered the phone said they'll take care of it but never took any vehicle information license plate or anything so that told me they didn't care. If they can't be trusted on the road I definitely wouldn't trust him to work for me at my home.
