Sheri provided exemplary service coupled with the kindness and patience of a saint to my mother and me. Her knowledge of Pathways' policies and details is a major asset to the credit union. We cannot say enough about how she makes our visits not only productive, but fun! What a beautiful person she is!Victoria is also right up there with Sheri in providing excellent customer service! Everyone at the Aberdeen branch has been so helpful and understanding.The only thing that could be improved is the phone banking. My mom wishes the old phone banking service was brought back. She can't work the new phone system and is extremely frustrated with it.Thank you for the otherwise great service at Pathways!

I spoke with Jeanette on January 2, 2024, in regards to a credit card dispute. My information that was needed to initiate this dispute was minimal, at best. Jeanette was extremely patient with me as I struggled to find the limited amount of "evidence" that I had for my case. She talked me through the process step by step and was willing to stay on the phone line while I composed this information into an email. Once the email was sent, she reviewed it thoroughly before ending our phone conversation. However, she also gave me her direct phone line so I could call her personally should I have questions, concerns, etc. at a later time. Within minutes of ending my call with Jeanette, she informed me that she had compiled my unorganized information into a reasonable format and submitted it for review. I can't thank her enough for her professional service, attitude, effort, cooperation, etc. THANKS JEANETTE!

When I first entered the building. The ladies at the front were very friendly. Overall experience was more than I expected. I was treated with respect. Great customer service skills. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Great job girls and continue doing what you ladies are doing.

I recently got an auto loan from Pathways in Aberdeen, Ohio. The staff at this location were helpful and worked hard to provide me with all the info needed to obtain this loan. I was able to receive a loan with a great interest rate and buy the vehicle I have always wanted. I would recommend anyone to bank at this location.

I dont bank at Pathway financial, but I had to do a power of attorney for my mother's account. Victoria was very patience and helpful. I plan on becoming a member. Thank you so much for everything!

I just applied for a checking/savings account and the lady that helped me was Jeanette and she walked me thru it with ease. She answered all my questions and provided a wealth of information. I appreciate that . Looking forward to banking here . Thank you

Jeanette Whalen is always courteous and friendly. She always greets you the same way whether you come inside or come through the window. She helps me get what I need in a timely manner. I will always have a good review with pathways if she is there!

I had issues with another bank and spoke with Jeanette regarding opening a new account at the Credit Union. Jeanette was able to answer all of my questions and get my new account opened fast and painless! I would recommend anyone to go see Jeanette at Incenta for all your banking needs!

My last bank experience was horrible and was nervous about starting over. Jeanette made everything so easy and smooth. Amazing customer service and answered all my questions with no problem! Only thing I'm mad about that I didn't make the switch and see her sooner!!!

I discovered that my Pathways Credit Union Mastercard had been hacked with fraudulent charges and was very distressed. I spoke with Victoria Hansen at the Aberdeen Branch and she walked me through the process of clearing fraud off my card. Victoria is AMAZING. She is not only genuinely kind and listens to your financial problems, buy she quickly and efficiently solves problems. Victoria turned a nightmare into a problem solved. All I can say is THANK YOU!!!! Victoria Hansen is the BEST!!!!!!!!

Showed up after closing time 2 very nice ladies, Sheri and Lori both was more than happy to help, wasn't aggravated at all. Very nice and easy process thanks to those 2. They're a great asset to your business.
