This is a AAA service and that's why they were used. Not their fault AAA took almost 8 hours for a pickup. However, when Joe and I went to retrieve our belongings from the car our cooler with all our travel beverages was missing. Vehicle was locked at VW dealership and cooler was there when Joe got dropped at the hotel by the tow driver. It's a mystery as to where it went.....Overall the driver was pleasant and couldn't believe AAA left Joe stranded for almost 8 hours.Service: Local hauling

Would not recommend. Had my car towed today and he didn t get in contact with us to meet him there. (We were somewhere else getting things situated. The guy wasn t even supposed to come and tow it but I guess communicate failed on their end) He towed it without us being there. The car was locked and I had the keys. The E brake was being used at the moment. He dragged my car across the pavement with the wheels locked in place because of the E brake which more than likely caused damage to my tires and my brakes. And my dealership is currently inspecting for damage underneath. I had to file a damage report because what he did was totally unprofessional on their end. My dealership wanted me to file a report. They also do towing and said it was completely unprofessional. They were shocked when they saw the car show up especially since I had the keys and everything. Very unsatisfied. We called triple A 3 times before my car showed up and all 3 of those times they failed to let the driver know that they aren t picking it up anymore. My dealership was going to pick it up instead because they also work with triple A. This is my first time ever getting my car towed(any of my cars) and it s sad to say I m very unsatisfied.Service: Car towing

This place is sweet in getting my car taken care of. Realistically the price my seam high but compared to others they worked on it for a great price!! Car are expansive to take care of. But they are professional and fast for what they can do. Love them. Highly recommend!!

Worked with Meadows for over 15 years for all our, mechanic work, auto body, towing and for lock outs, always a+++ work, very great to work with and always came in expedient and timely manner rather it was early in the morning and very late at night with a great attitude, Highly recommend...
