Wonderful ethical people. Been using this shop since 2015...Never a problem. Thorough workers....polite service desk employees. I'm female btw. They treat women with respect....

first took my truck there to have four new tires put on, all was good. took my car there the next day to have four new tires put on it and when i went to pick it up it was waiting outside with a missing lug nut. all they said was that they had a hard time getting the lugnut off and that was it. didn't say bring it back we can fix it nothing. so i called the next day and they said bring it in, which i did and towards the end of the day i called to see what the status was. they were now telling me that i had to replace the whole wheel bearing assembly. i let it sit there over the weekend and called monday morning and the guy i spoke with said they put a new wheel stud and lug nut on it. i picked up the vehicle and drove home noticing that my steering wheel was off center to the left while driving in which i've never had this issue before. so i called up and the guy was rude and told me to bring it in and they would put it on the allignment rack. well i picked up my car later that day and nothing had changed, steering wheel is still off center to the left, i'm sure they never even looked at it. never will i rocommend this place nor will i ever repeat buisness with them ever again. i spent a lot of money on tires with this buisness and as far as i am concerened this is very poor buisness practice

Being from out of town having issues with my TPMS . Thinking I need them replace the friendly service manage was awesome. They chechek them and reset them and had me back on the road in less them 30 minutes. Thanks Williston Tire...

I stopped by and got a quote for 4 tires, they quoted me a good price, Once they were installed and ready the invoiced me for $100 more per tire then quoted. GET YOUR QOUTES IN WRITING.

These guys are the best! Bailed us out in an out of state emergency. Planned to head home to KC, MO from Glascow, MT but had a flat tire on a Saturday morning. No new tire near us, so we headed to Williston Tire. They stayed after closing on a Saturday to help get us back on the road in no time! Lifesavers on a holiday weekend!

Fast friendly and efficient service. They were even as kind to tie up so.e extra damages while working on my tire replacement free of charge! Happy to have their help and would definitely recommend or return if needed! Thanks guys you are great!

Good to know that there are honest people out here. Instead of changing my tires on my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, Dave, did a thorough check of my tires and used his critical thinking, mechanical decision making, and gave me his recommendations. I will ALWAYS come back here.

Got balance and rotation. 58 dollars. Free if you got your tires there. Took a half hour. Not bad. Honest price for what I had done. Free coffee while you wait. Close to other places if you wanted to wander the area.

Went in at 5:30 to try and ask if they are licensed and able to fix my tire under my warranty. I was told they don t deal with that stuff and they ll only accept the warranty payment as a credit card and they were closed. Their hours online and on their door say 6:00 for closing time. The guy ahead of me couldn t even get his tires because they were closed so he would need to come back another time. All the guys show up at 8 and leave at 5 so some old guy can tell you they are closed and they won t even try to help you for an hour. Avoid at all costs

Great service and friendly staff and they are not just tires I get my oil changes and tire rotations done here also. They also offer other services at reasonable prices.

We were out of town and blew a tire.Gimped the last 20 miles in. Couldn't find a used to get us thru anywhere in town.I did need tires anyhow so we stopped in to see them.Had us in and out in less than an hour with 4 new shoes.Great crew great staff.Thanks ladies and gents!I'd definitely recommend

The shop is really hard to find... I called to get directions and they were not helpful with that, While I kept searching I thought to myself, this should be my first clue not to come here, I continued on anyways... I went in I told the girl what I wanted done, as I just needed one tire because I got a flat the other day and I ve had two of the other ones replaced within the last six months. She said we don t usually replace just one but I ll look at it ...(Mind you when I called this morning the guy who answered the phone said nothing about me only needing one when I told him I only needed to replace one).. She came back in and told me no sorry we have to replace all four.I understand that sometimes it throws off the balance or whatever but I have just gotten two new tires on my vehicle recently and I know for a fact I do not need to change all four tires a complete waste of my time considering I had to call off of work today to get this done and schedule an appointment with them for 11 o clock to not even be able to get my tire done because I told them I will not be getting all four tires done and if they can t do what I want I will go elsewhere

Dropped my truck off to have the A/C serviced it was in and out and 40 minutes so then they let it sit in front the shop with engine running for another 20 minutes just I would be charged for a full hour they told me that recharged the a/c it still wasn't working when I got it back I asked for them to take another look at it they told me it must be another problem and that they weren't going to deal with so much for serving my A/C that I payed to have done - In the five years that I been here I haven't found one honest mechanic or auto shop in all of Williston they don't even care if there ripping you off it's so much business they'll never miss you

I bought 4 new tires special order and only put 2,687 miles on them and 3 out a 4 are separated. The nipples are still on the treed. Had to spend another $500 for 4 more new tires. Not coming back here again for tires.

Been coming here for years. Last couple years they have slipped a bit. Simple tire repair takes nearly all afternoon and the price is a bit steep. Overall they are decent..but not my first choice.

The service here is excellent. Even if I could find lower priced tires or tire services, I will gladly pay extra money to come here. The guys inside are knowledgeable and extremely professional.

Great place to get tire work done, sometimes it is hard to get an appointment, but they try and get you in. They stand behind their products and work. This is one of the few places that will not try to upsell you on tires, in fact they convinced me to go with a less expensive tire, and they were right, as I didn't need the tire I was looking at for that application.

Quality products poor service. Quoted 1300.00 for brakes and rotors. Went to another shop was quoted half and found out i didn't need half of the things they were going to do.
