A company that survives on deceiving their customers.I was never told any item i ordered was a special order. Also they did not go over it with me at time of purchase. I m also referring to the 3% credit card fee hidden in small print on all your receipts. Just deceptive and not honest

Great parking area, nice driver's lounge. I would have given 5 stars if the tech would have tightened my oil cap. Unfortunately I didn't find the problem until it leaked oil all over my truck.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff and very eager to assist with any truck issues. In the past few weeks we have had 2 units break down in the area, both were repaired in record time and was kept up to date on all required repairs. both came in under the original quotes.Thank you,Shane M..

If I could give less than one star I would Ordered parts for my truck. They gave me the wrong ones three different times. It cost me over 1 week worth of lost work and $9k. 3 times!!!!!! On top of fuel to drive there. Hotel rooms for waiting till next day. Unacceptable. Then to charge me for the freight on parts that were wrong. I will no longer do business with these guys unless it s my absolute last resort. Suggestion. Go to minot or Bismark. Or Canada.

Came in today for regular service and I was paired with Emily. Emily for start to finish was kind and very helpful. I loved how kind and funny she is! I felt like I was with one of my buddies! Emily is amazing at many things im sure but she is a master of customer service and knowledge. I even learned a thing or two from her. Thank You Emily

Don't trust these guys!!!!! Tried to tell me me turbo was good and I needed a new engine. Turns out the turbo is bad. I told them to start with looking at the turbo. They changed me $650 and the turbo hadn't even been look at or touched, but they told me it was within spec and working fine. They where try to get me to spend $35000-$55000 to rebuild a engine. I don't now Exactly what it needs yet, but bottom line they lyed to me and told me they looked at the turbo, but they did not.

Called on Tuesday 07-27-21 at about 10:30 am looking for some parts was told by the lady that answered the phone that all the parts people were busy. Was asked by her if I could give her my info and what parts I was looking for and she would relay the info to the parts people and they would call me back as soon as they could. I was ok with that I understand people get busy. It is now Thursday 07-29-21 8:49 am and no one has called me back. Must not want to sell me any parts?

Great location! Enough land to make it easy for parking your truck and trailer for Service. The people there are GREAT! Nice store! Defiantly recommend Westlies in Williston!

The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Their service department is efficient and accommodating. The parts department is expedient and very good at dealing with supply issues that arise in this day and age.

I needed an oil cap for my truck so I pulled in to see if they had one, they didn't have the part but the parts guy gladly drove to caterpillar across town to get it for me so I didn't have to with the truck and trailer. Needless to say I'm very satisfied with the customer service

The New Westlie Truck Center of Williston is the BEST! Great people and a great facility. The technicians are awesome. I highly recommend Westlie Truck Center of Williston. Get the word out - they are great!!
